Supreme Hotel

The people are friendly.
The rooms are simple somewhat outdated but clean every day.
There is a salad bar but as a vegetarian your dinner stays with fries and salad which is a shame because the food for meat eaters changes every day. And if I ask they say nobody is vegetarian here. Which is really not okay because I paid also for all inclusive and I don't feel included so this is a no go for vegetarians!!!!

Staff lovely cant do enough for you allways there to help make sure your OK rooms cleaned every day fresh towels.food is poor for the English they cater for the Turkish and German but if you ask the chefs there Happy to make you a little something different sometimes it was the Turkish holidays so was very busy with the Turkish witch made it a bit uncomfortable as they were so rude making you feel Intimidated.

We were travelling with an elderly lady an required a room on the bottom floor(as the building they gave us rooms in didn't have a lift). We arrived late so for the first night she had to walk up 4 flights of stairs to the top floor, however, on the next day, a lady who speaks good English had sorted this issue and gave us a room on the bottom floor, however it would have been good if they could have helped us before we arrived(we tried to contact them and On The Beach multiple times with no help). The staff did however offer us use of the safe and AC for free to make up for this.

The rooms themselves were very clean, and were cleaned well daily. However, one of our rooms had an issue where the AC was spitting some water out, so we had to move the beds away from the AC in that room. The balconies on the top floor rooms had a very nice view of the mountains. Some locks on bathrooms would get stuck which was very irritating. The top floor hallway stunk of pee on the last day, which was a shame, as the hotel was very clean during the rest of our stay.

The food in the all inclusive was hit and miss. Half the time it was average and the other half it was quite bad. It seems the food was catered to the majority british tourists who visit the hotel, however, a more authentic Turkish cousine would have been nice.

I can't fault the staff at all. They were extremely friendly and would always be willing to help us with any issues and ordering taxis. The staff save this review from going down a star.

The hamam and sauna were not available, however as you have to pay for these, it is not a major issue, and we could go to one outside the hotel. The gym was not available for use.

The outside area of the hotel was very nice and the pool was nice too. Location was also ideal.

Overall, if they improved the food and issues around AC and locks, as well as the smell on the last day, I would be able to give them a higher review. The staff bring the rating up. The hotel is absolutely fine for a 3 star hotel and I would come again, just not with all-inclusive.
