Reviews
Checked in late and dark, couldn't really
See what was going on.
The next day, Monday started to see the disappointment.
"All- Inclusive "
Our room was dated and in dis repairs
"Broken"
The shower cubicle only had on sliding door .. when having a shower water whent out onto the bathroom floor.
Extra towles to mop up water.
The step into the bathroom was loose, definitely trip hazard.
The main light in the room didn't work
Only side light by TV & door working
The toilet rool holder was broken. Sharp metal stub sticking out.
There is no hot water in the shower for 3 days
Only last night /day hot water after
Complaining to receptionist.
If you have mobility problems as in walking
This is not for you .
Differences in levels and the steps are steep. Going down to the bar area and pool
Bar.. if you want to drink the local alcohol
Any branded alcohol and cocktails need to be paid for.
Restaurant .
Food can be hit and miss depending on what the chef is given in the food order.
If you have any dietary requirements
It's hard to translate .. food allergies
The chef does try his best to accommodate you and the head barman
The server are young teenagers, and they are just following orders but extremely helpful.
Pool area
Small pool . Needs updating same as sun roof area above the bar
House keeping
Our rooms clean daily
But you notice that rubbish and left out food trays dont get picked up and cleaned
I complained 3 days about rubbish on sun deck.
Never saw a management untill last day when checking out. Very rude attitude
Spa / Gym dont work stopped two years ago.
After every day complained, some of our rooms were fixed or repaired
Positive
The location was 10 minutes flat walk to beach. & shopping area
2 local supermarkets within 5 minutes of hotel
The agents Martin to book travel day trips or experiences, he was good with local knowledge.
We made it our holiday and what we needed from it.
I would come back to Turkey , in a resort or better class of hotel.
Staff really loverly helpful and loads of fun, genuinely people. Veysel manager, Ali head barman, Serafettin chef, made my holiday .. highly recommended..
Food disgusting ate out from being alinclusive ,,best thing was a portion of the staff were approachable , inclusive finished at 10 pm , if your taking children nothing for them would not recommend
Date 2nd sept 2023
The rooms themselves were very clean, and were cleaned well daily. However, one of our rooms had an issue where the AC was spitting some water out, so we had to move the beds away from the AC in that room. The balconies on the top floor rooms had a very nice view of the mountains. Some locks on bathrooms would get stuck which was very irritating. The top floor hallway stunk of pee on the last day, which was a shame, as the hotel was very clean during the rest of our stay.
The food in the all inclusive was hit and miss. Half the time it was average and the other half it was quite bad. It seems the food was catered to the majority british tourists who visit the hotel, however, a more authentic Turkish cousine would have been nice.
I can't fault the staff at all. They were extremely friendly and would always be willing to help us with any issues and ordering taxis. The staff save this review from going down a star.
The hamam and sauna were not available, however as you have to pay for these, it is not a major issue, and we could go to one outside the hotel. The gym was not available for use.
The outside area of the hotel was very nice and the pool was nice too. Location was also ideal.
Overall, if they improved the food and issues around AC and locks, as well as the smell on the last day, I would be able to give them a higher review. The staff bring the rating up. The hotel is absolutely fine for a 3 star hotel and I would come again, just not with all-inclusive.
Nas at the reception speaks a bit of English along with other languages and will help you as much as she can.
The rooms are not as advertised but the room service in regards to cleaning is brilliant although they dont always guve enough towels or bedding.
The food is not as good as I thought it would be there is mostly chicken rice and salad most days but some of the dishes were really nice.
The sauna is not working and neother are the turkish baths or gym so dont expect to use this!
This is a quiet Hotel. The alcohol and the beer was very good and served for 12 hours a day.
For an all-inclusive hotel, the food was the best I've had. obviously you get what you paid for, as this was a low-cost Hotel the food was not perfect but reasonably hot and varied, not having the same food more than once a week.
A great plus is that the air-conditioning was free and worked very well.
Also the WiFi is free at the bar and around the pool.
At this time of year, a lot of the sun loungers are in the shade, but to be fair with temperatures at 36 degrees centigrade, it was a blessing. Also at this time of year the hotel was very quiet and there is no problem getting a sun lounger in the morning.
I would recommend this hotel well and I certainly would go back again.
A good size but very dated, shower didn’t work properly and most of the fittings were falling off the wall.
Reception wasn’t very helpful when we complained (not very good English)
However rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels
We had All Inclusive (drinks last from 10am/10pm)
Food wasn’t the best for a wide selection, more tailored to the Turkish diet. But can’t really complain when you’re in Turkey, it was all really nice what we ate.
Pool is a good size and gets the sun all day.
Shuts at 6 and is cleaned every day
Got to say the Bar staff carry this place! All of them are very friendly.
They run the excursions from the bar (as do most places) great recommendations and really good pricing compared to other places we looked
A few comments paint them in a bad light; we certainly didn’t get that experience!
