Blue Bay Platinum

I've never been all-inclusive, but I didn't think it was my kind of holiday
But blue bay, you have converted me. We stayed in apartment 3404, rooms clean and spacious beds really comfy Housekeeping... our lady was fantastic thank you for looking after us. Spent a lot of time at the relax pool. Alex the bar man was the best kept the place
pours a good beer. Thank you. Food was excellent good choice every day. Serving staff work damn harm. All in all I had a great time.

I was on the hotel for 7 days! I like the yard, it has bars, a lot of pools! For five stars hotel It has minuses! The rooms are very small for 3 people. The lighting in the rooms was very dim! On to the food It was good, but not perfect. The staff was very good. They were very kind with guests! They did their job very well! In general it was very well! It’s so beautiful! The location is top!

Great hotel and the staff were amazing.
The room was a bit small and we got a two single beds and we can’t push them together as there was electrical outlets in between them.
Food was great so much to eat and it changed everyday.
With four pools and a private beach area you always could find a sun bed.

Our experience at Lalila blues was a pleasant one. We enjoyed all food & deserts that was served . The people were friendly and helpful. The place was clean and fresh. Our experience of the spar facilities was outstanding, very enjoyable and experienced staff who were very attentive and helpful. We recommend the spar to all who stay at this hotel as it’s one of the best we have come across and very good price as well. All in all a five star event. From Mr & Mrs Lad.

We stayed there 7 days last week. I loved the environment, everyone seems friendly, specially the staffs. I am leaving this 5 stars review for the friendly environment and one chef who specifically stays front of the dining area, She adores my son so much and I loved that. My son liked her very much, she is the cutest. Everything was very clean and they maintained hygiene properly. The food quality is good.

This was one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed in! Stunning rooms, gorgeous pool, cleanliness was spot on, food was yummy and the STAFF?? Let me tell you - those people will treat you like family!!! Despite getting extremely sick and having the worst time from health point of view I will never ever forget how kind the chap at reception was to me and my mum. And the beautiful girl at reception that looked like a doll and the lady that was overseeing guest situations. I feel like crying when I think about the kindness and compassion that they offered me while I was there and poorly. You will not find a nicer place than Lalila Suites in Marmaris ❤️ book and don't even hesitate. You will feel treated like royalty and they will support you whatever your needs might be. Also check in was super quick, WiFi works fast everywhere, reception chap helped us with our luggage when we arrived AND when we were leaving, aircon worked perfectly and room has awesome light control system on the wall, shower was so good!! Thank you for supporting me and for all your kindness while I was out there and when I got sick. Beach is 5 minutes walk, doctor is 1 minute walk, all the shops and bars are on your doorstep. Everything was perfect, just such a shame I got so sick. Please note this was NOT the hotel's fault, it was my own health issue I had. Xxxx

Nice hotel, I went at the end of the six weeks holiday, it's not recommended if you want peace and quiet. Lots of children at that time. They have an adult pool, which is too small. Very friendly staff pool side, and in the restaurant. Would I stay there again, yes. But not that time of year.

Advertised as a 5 star, but this is a Turkish 5 star. If I had to rate it, it's probably more like an English 3 star plus.
The food was really good with a snack bar that served pizza, hot dogs, burgers, wraps, etc. The main restaurant served something for everyone and the food was lovely. However, when busy, we had to wait for a table and queue for food.
The 4 pools were nice and had plenty of room, but beware of sunbed wars first thing in the mornings.
The room was very basic and more akin to a premier inn.
Drinks are not served at the beach, and therefore, you can either carry some down from the hotel or pay a fiver for a bottle of beer from some very friendly Turkish men.
Ice cream and puddings were served all day, and the kids loved that.

The Blue Bay Platinum in Marmaris boasts a modern and clean environment, creating a pleasant atmosphere for guests. The hotel's Relax Pool is a standout feature, offering a serene escape for adults. Special mention goes to Alex, whose exceptional service significantly enhanced our stay.

The all-inclusive dining options were satisfactory, providing a decent variety. However, the evening entertainment was inconsistent, with the party night being the clear highlight. Unfortunately, the lack of daily bed linen changes, despite the overall cleanliness of the hotel, was a disappointing oversight.

In conclusion, the Blue Bay Platinum offers a comfortable stay with some excellent amenities, but it falls short in certain areas. The hotel's strong points include its modern design, relaxing pool, and friendly staff, particularly Alex. However, the inconsistent entertainment and the need for more frequent bed linen changes detract from the overall experience.

It's a clean hotel in a good location and I enjoyed my 3 night stay.
The room: very clean room, good air conditioning and fresh blankets and towels. Unusual and unnecessary control panel for lights, and only two plug sockets - neither next to the bed!
The pool area: lots of sun loungers crammed into a rather small area and lots of competition to secure one. Loud music from the snack bar was annoying. It's not a relaxing spot due to the pool games and excessive crowding. There are large decorative stones around the pool which are a bit dangerous and unnecessary. Pool is not cold.
Food/restaurant/terrace: a wide selection of food and drinks but gets a bit samey and predictable and sometimes pastry items are a little dry. You need to make your own ice coffee (ask for a glass of ice and use the machine yourself). Terrace cafe is a nice spot.
Overall: well kept hotel that has recently been refurbished. The staff are pleasant and not overbearing. Check in and out was very easy. It would work very well as an adults only hotel.
