Premier Nergis Beach & SPA

We've been back a week from this hotel..The two weeks we were there, the staff bent over backwards, to look after us. I can't thank you enough. You made our holiday. The rooms are nip and clean. Even when my Son went to the bar, his drink was ready for him in arrival. The food was about repetative and not much selection for vegetarian
. We made the best with what was there.

The following includes a review of the hotel and Marmaris, as a place to visit

The hotel is located on the promenade so it is close the beach, bars and restaurants as well as centre (I think). The downside of this is that some rooms can experience noise either from the road or music from the hotel or nearby bars. Still, rooms have pretty good noise proof windows so this was not much of a bother for us.

Staff are extremely hard working and attentive. They are always on hand for anything and will look after you. As a testament of this, the hotel, pool and rooms are very clean.

Food is alright but could be more diverse, especially the fruits and the snack bar could include some healthy options.

I liked that the hotel provides floaties, which is great for kids so don’t need to purchase these.

Some recommendations: better bracelets as the paper ones easily get loose and lost. Internet also could be improved as it sometimes did not work, especially if trying to watch a movie.

The following have nothing to do with the hotel and are my opinion of the local area.
Marmaris is a great place if you love shopping, partying, fake designer brands, loud music and familiar feels. What I mean by this is that the place is designed to please the “typical” tourist, at the expense of authenticity, traditional music, food and activities. It s all about drinking, spending money and partying.
Going for a relaxing walk quickly becomes tiring as you get harassed by shop and bar owners to come inside and buy something. It soon becomes annoying. No one seems to be genuine and everyone just seems interested in what they can sell you.

The beach is narrow and of pebbly sand and the sea is dirty. I saw food, a lot of plastic and run off from creams, body oils and glitter. From the few trips we did it became pretty clear that natural areas and traditions are sacrificied for money.
I would not visit Marmaris due to the things mentioned.

We have been here on vacation at the Premier Nergis Beach Hotel for 4 days now it is a beautiful place. With excellent views from our room.
The service from Kayra in the dining area has been excellent, always looking after us at all times with a very friendly manner.

The beach is very near to get to and not crowded, the food is excellent and lots of shopping nearby.

Fantastic hotel in a fantastic location.

First impressions exceeded my expectations! Hotel super modern, very clean and good air conditioning throughout. Beautiful beachfront location. Lovely welcome from reception upon arrival and were offered chance to grab food, despite arriving just a few minutes before the snack service closed. Reception were easily contactable throughout the stay and helpful, spoke good English. They helped us take our luggage to the room.

The hotel foyer is absolutely beautiful and well designed with a spiral staircase. There are 2 lifts available.

We had an interconnecting family room, which was essentially two double rooms with a door in between, but each room had a separate bathroom and balcony - it was absolutely ideal ! Rooms were very clean and cleaners were lovely. Toiletries restocked everyday.

We also had another room with limited sea view, this was absolutely gorgeous and from the left got a very good view of the sea. Wasn't expecting such a good view considering it's marketed as a limited sea view, so pleasantly surprised.

Hotel facilities are pretty good, considering it's not one of the massive resorts. Sunbeds generally available, often went to the beach in the afternoon and didn't struggle to find sunbeds. No beach bar, but nearest bar is just a minute away. Bar staff very friendly and queues at the bar were never particularly long. Would be nice if they had more choice of soft drinks e.g. smoothies or milkshakes, but was nice to have iced tea as an option.

Had a treatment at the spa, which was amazing! The person who runs the spa is very friendly and talked us through all the treatments, even throwing in a cheeky discount. Turkish Bath was very dignified and felt comfortable throughout. Highly recommend.

My only main gripe with this hotel is the repetitiveness of the food, only reason gave 4 stars rather than 5. What is on offer is generally nice, and always found something to eat. Enjoyed the European vibe of the food. But after a week, would get a bit bored with it - always the same sort of rice, salads, potatoes .... Would also be nice to have option of having ice cream, as this is not offered at all. Breakfast was nice, but could have more fresh fruit options and would be nice to have omelettes prepared with your choice of fillings, rather than pre prepared ones. Restaurant staff were lovely and attentive. Staff not necessarily the best with allergies, but this may have been due to language barrier. Desserts were not labelled, which would have been a big help.

Entertainment only twice a week, but hotel is in such a perfect location and lots of entertainment neighbouring so personally was not that bothered by this.

All in all, a fantastic stay, thank you for looking after us well and already looking at coming back !

Amazing stay !! We have just came back from here with our 8 month old daughter ! It was amazing and would definitely stay again!! Very clean, staff are lovely, food is the same most night but always something for you to eat !!

Fantastic place went last year and nothing at all to main about , the stalk especially the manager were faultless , I can’t sat that for myself but I was sorry I made a mistake about the hotel from the drop if place , would go back forever if I could Thankyou to everyone that runs that lovely hotel xxxx

Stayed here for 14 nights with my husband and sister 26th sept to 10th oct,we had a room in the second block didn’t really bother us but found the room small,but it was cleaned every day,all areas to sun bath always had sun beds,food was not too bad,what we ate was nice,was repetitive and it was turkey or chicken everyday,it needs a change of meat,it lacks entertainment and somewhere to watch football,staff are really nice,husband spent day and night in hospital and the staff,one in particular was brill I’m sorry can’t remember your name,would I go back,yes 100%,,sian

A fantastic stay in this hotel. Everything was above what we expected. The food was excellent, with so much choice and variety each day. Although local drinks on offer were a little disappointing apart from the beer. The whole hotel was so clean and kept that way with so many very friendly staff that cared and worked hard. Our room was cleaned and linen changed daily. The only thing I would say is have a soft cool cotton top sheet rather than the throw which was slightly rough. A large bottle of water was left in the fridge every day, along with tea and coffee. Even the sunbeds on the beach were swept of sand regularly and the area around them tidied and cleaned.
Don't let the noisy bars along the coastal walk put you off, there are some quieter and you can't hear any noise in your room.

Amazing view from 3rd floor sea view room. Service, security, food, drinks, cleanliness, maintenance, grounds, pool, spa/hammam, gym, access to private beach … can’t fault the place. There’s also a 24/7 mini market adjacent to the hotel, ideal to buy extra water for your room, milk for hot drinks etc., ice cream or snacks if you arrive at silly o clock in the morning. ATMs and money exchange at Blue Port shopping centre, a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. Plenty of ‘genuine fake’ shops, gift shops, barbers, tattoo shops etc. a couple of minutes walk away too. The only downside of such a good location is that the hotel is surrounded by bars that play loud music in the evening until midnight. If you want to be in a busy area and are happy to listen to at least three different bars playing loud music between 9-12 every evening then it’s an ideal place to stay. At other times there is little noise from the surrounding bars. The hotel itself has a DJ on a Tuesday and Friday night, again only playing loud music from 9pm to midnight, there is no other entertainment provided by the hotel, but there is plenty to be found at one of the many busy bar/restaurants a stone’s throw from the hotel. If you want a quiet late evening drink overlooking the sea, then this place might not be ideal, otherwise we found the hotel excellent.
