We stayed here for 10 days. The Service was verry good , the Food also and everything was clean. The best thing was the Animation Team. They Are so carefull and we had so much fun with them . We will go here again

Was the first time i come to this hotel and of course will be not the last thanks for make me happy and make my kids happy A very special thank you to Shaimaa, who works in the Mini Club — she was absolutely wonderful with the children! Her kindness, energy, and warm spirit made a big difference. We especially enjoyed doing yoga sessions with her and dancing at the Mini Disco — both were so much fun for the kids and the parents. Shaimaa truly made our stay more joyful and memorable. ❤️ 🎨 With its anime-inspired charm, peaceful energy, and great care for families, Crown Serenity is the perfect destination for a relaxing and magical holiday. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely return!

Havuzlar geniş, animasyonlar eğlenceli ve personel genel olarak ilgiliydi. Plaj biraz uzak ama servisle ulaşım kolay. Özellikle Loveholidays rehberimiz SEVKAN Bey’e çok teşekkür ediyoruz. We visited the Side Crown Serenity Hotel as a family and arranged our holiday through Love Holidays. The hotel was clean, well-organized, and very suitable for families. The pools were spacious, the entertainment was fun, and the staff were generally attentive. Although the beach is a bit far, it’s easily accessible with the shuttle service. We would especially like to thank our Love Holidays representative, Mr. Sevkan. His friendly attitude, helpfulness, and professional approach made our holiday much more comfortable. It’s truly a great fortune to come across such a guide!

Amazing hotel, great location perfect for families. Staff are helpful and friendly. The food was amazing. Beach shuttle bus runs every 15 minutes, would definitely return.

**HONEST U.K REVIEW**

RECEPTION -
After a late arrival we were welcomed with a friendly manner from the reception. Nothing was ever to big or small for these guys and they genuinely went well and behond for us.

FOOD -
Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner all the dishes seem to be the same and wouldn't really say it's been catered for English people. Though there were a couple of nights the food was really good especially at the beach bar.

DRINKS -
All drinks were really good the local larger, cocktails and softs drinks. It seemed cocktails were made at a higher standard in the hotel lobby bar and only place in the hotel you can drink from glass, everywhere else was in plastic cups.

ENTERTAINMENT -
Day time entertainment was good the staff truly cared if you were enjoying yourselfs and would often come up to you asking how your day has been. Night time entertainment on the other hand wasnt good, we would often not end up going down to watch it there was only one night that was good and it was only because an external company came in.

**DO NOT USE THE HAIR AND NAIL SALON ON SITE**

The guy is a scam artist and will try and rob you told my fiancé to have her nails done will cost €17, After constantly asking will it cost €17 and him saying yes and at the end saying it was €50 the guy makes prices up on the spot. Within 7 hours of the nail being done 2 fell off, management didn't seem to care and refused to give the money back.

PHOTOGRAPHER / PARROT MAN -

The photographs were done to such a high standard and were really nice, the price to get them printed was really expensive but the quality that was put Into them was worth the money so I can't really complain about that.

OVERALL REVIEW -

Would I rush back to this hotel again? The aswer is probably not, I'd like to say a special thankyou to the staff that were working really hard and trying to constantly make everyone happy. One of the biggest negatives about this hotel is the fact none of the rooms are sound proofed meaning you will be woken up at 5am every day to Muslim prayer from speakers.

The Place Was Amazing!
We First came in and checked in the staff was so friendly! But the only thing is the first day the Wi-Fi was down and broke but the next day it was back.
There is a games room and at 9:30PM everyday there is activities and there were black men like 6 doing backflips, front flips and juggling balls it was amazing because it was 3 euro for candy floss or popcorn. And if you buy all exclusive you get every free food and free drinks!
There is a morning gym. There is a Bar.
There is Amazing Rooms you can ask for another bed and they will give you it too cause my brother didn’t want to share a bed with me so he called the staff and he got the bed for free!
ITS A 5 STAR YOU SHOULD DEFENINTLY GO!!! 😊😊😊
