-The only good things about this hotel is the food and some workers that were always shouted at by the managers but even the food can be repetitive.The workers are really nice and do help you alot.
- beach is around 7 mins away walk which isn't bad and to be honest is really nice.
- Managers here are soo moody and rude especially the night manager who never even spoke to me ever only gave me dirty looks.
-Lobby barely has any A/C and they had the cheek to turn it off at 10pm everyday to which I had to complain every single day.
- If you live on 4th or 5th floor leave 10 mins earlier than your usual plan as there is only 1 lift per building.
-the wifi in this is non existent has to spend extra £20 for a sim which had data. connects but does not work. I kept complaining about this to which workers could not help.

if you under 5ft 3 the pool is too high for you to stand anywhere so do plan accordingly.

Room are really bad and old but everyting else was good service and the Animation team are realy cool specially eren and ahmet misafirlerlen cok ilgeleniyollar cok menmum kaldim onlarlan tatilimin tadini cikarttilar and the location was a dream i love this beautifull see its an awsome beach spot at the turkey

Unfortunately the hotel was of a poor standard compared to others we have stayed in in Turkyie. We would not recommend nor stay there again. The all inclusive was very poor. The food was the same every day, breakfast, lunch and dinner. The chicken was often still bloody and raw. The choice was extremely limited. The alcohol including the 'Troy' draft beer was watered down. Neither bar mixes drinks the same. Overall we were very disappointed as we're others we spoke to during the holiday. There are other hotels far superior in quality than this one for a similar price. We tried theis hotel, very disappointed and would not recommend.

Very bad food. Very bad service. The hotel needs from urgent renovation. The staff is not polite. It's very dirty in the hotel and around the hotel. I don't know what people like in Turkey - the price is higher and the service is lower.

I so so loved it! The staff was very kind and helpful. I would love to come back anytime.
I had a Birthday and the staff left one cake on my room. More then, waiters gave me a watermelon juice and one fruit salad with sparkler and wrote on: ‘Happy Birthday’ with chocolate souce.

If you like cockroaches in your room and food that makes your stomach ache this is the right hotel for you! Rooms are old, broken and smelly. Service tried it‘s best but this hotel is in a terrible shape. Feel very sorry for people that save up the whole year only to go to this horrible hotel.

excellent stay higly recommend it for familys with kids... since we did not have the even shows were very kiddy stuff.... but was surprised how nice clean and organized and busy the resort was...thanks again

We had an amazing time at sultan of side from 8/8/23 to 18/8/23 we loved our room (2103) pool view.amazing location food was good.massive shout out to the animation team Hakan,Muti,Eren,Ahmet and Gul made us feel so welcomed and entertained throughout our stay.we hope to see you again

The staff is friendly, everyone is smiling. They cook chic, the tables are just bursting with dishes, 70% of the staff speak Russian. The prices near the pool are reasonable (children's circle 5$, magnets 5 lira, caps 5$, etc. in the evening there is a children's disco, then a performance. Cleanliness is everywhere. Many vacationers with children, children are not bored🤗 in general, we will return here
