The hotel offers stunning and unique views that really make the stay special. Waking up to such a beautiful scene every day was a highlight. The room was comfortable overall, but there were a few small issues that could be improved. Some essential items, like an iron and ironing board, were missing, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the shower design wasn't ideal, as water tended to spill onto the bathroom floor, making it tricky to walk around. Despite these minor drawbacks, the gorgeous views and overall ambiance made it a memorable stay.

Excellent Hotel, we tried many hotels nothing like sera lake resort.

The hotel is fairly nice. Stuff are so friendly and helpful. Specially Tariq and Wesam I really appreciate their assistance during our stay. Rooms need to be enhanced. Location was nice but it’s difficult to get into it.

I like the views at this location and the staff were very friendly specially Wissam.
The breakfast at the terrace view 🤩 and the buffet is good with many options.
The resort organised a transport for my family with the best driver Mr.Ibrahim.
All my family enjoyed his rides and he is very polite and helpful 😍.
The resort needs to renew their towels since they are very worn out with holes.
I had two connected rooms and we had a very nice porch. The furniture and design is old and the wall colour feels depressing and the lighting is not enough.

The stay at the resort was great. The breakfast was delicious and there was slight variation from day to day, and the view is fantastic. They provided free spa services and they have a small but sufficient gym/fitness room
The staff were generally welcoming and respectful, and were helpful whenever we had any questions.
The downside about the rooms is the lightning could be better, as it always feels dimly lighted at times when the sun is starting to set

Our second night at the hotel and we are very pleased with the family... They deserve their price to the fullest. Most of them are 5 star hotels. If our path falls, we will not hesitate to come here again.... ...

Excellent facility with a unique view and friendly staff... The presence of a spa, Turkish bath and fitness center and the friendly approach of Ilker who works there are the main reasons why you chose this place.

Beautiful place
At the top of a mountain overseeing the lake.

The bad side is the management.
If you are lucky you won't need to meet the management, then you will enjoy, if you have a bad luck like mine, then you will hate the whole country.
They will give you all the promises you wish to hear but will do none.

Such a bad hotel! I don’t want to even rate this hotel from how bad it is! We had booked a month prior to coming and requested our rooms to be on a higher floor with the sera lake view. We ended up being given rooms on the -1 floor and facing a kids play area and carstop! They have given our rooms that weve booked long time ago and i mean weeks ago to guests who have booked only a few days before arriving! At the reception the manager refused to help us and all the staff were sitting inside the room having conversations and LEAVING the reception desk empty. If this isn’t rude i honestly don’t know what is AND let alone the fact that they left the reception unattended. We stayed helpless for a long time and they didn’t even bother to try to make it up for us for ANYTHING. If you just want to book a hotel for the sera lake view then i recommend booking by the sea (Ramada plaza hotel is one example to book at) and just head to visit the lake because the rooms in seralake hotel are 2 star quality. Why pay this much for such hotel when you can pay it at a 5 star hotel by the sea with all landmarks around you? Trust me when i say this hotel is not worth it.. the staff are rude, helpless, useless, not family oriented and don’t care about anything but taking your money ! Be careful!!!
