Tilya Resort Hotel

Don't stay here if you are not interested in the water park. It's half an hour away from city center, it costs 700tl for a taxi. Breakfast is bad except for the tea and sweets. We once had dinner where we ordered chicken burger, it tastes terrible and I doubt that it's even chicken, it tasted like meat. Bad service, don't bother calling the reception from your room, no one answers. First day I called to ask for bath robes, he hung up the phone on me and I got nothing. After that we had to go down to the reception if we needed anything. We once asked for an extra towel and had to convince the employee that we need an extra one 😐. Only Turkish channels and Arabic news channels are working on the TV. The hotel needs renovations. First day on check in, they wouldn't give us the rooms before 2pm and they refused to give us wifi password before getting into the room. The hotel is understaffed and the last thing they care about is to serve the guests with the best service. Communication is hard because of language barriers, this is the first hotel I've been to where most of staff don't speak English nor Arabic

Service is awful they don’t let my kids swim in the waterpool because they have mosquitoe bites they can’t get doctor for us to prove it

It is far from Al maidan and the other places. The rooms are very small and the furniture is old. The hygiene is not good for the room and the towels. The breakfast is not that good. The good things are the sea view and the water park only!
