I stayed in Usta Park Hotel 5 nights during October 2024, and I feel very comfortable.
The location is excellent, the room is very clean, the bed is comfortable, the breakfast was good (repeated all the 5 days but was OK), the staff are very friendly.
There is Turkish Hammam in the hotel and is free for guests (just the basic hammam).
The only disturbance was the neighbor Mosque's Microphone was very near to my room and the voice was very loud.
The location is excellent, the room is very clean, the bed is comfortable, the breakfast was good (repeated all the 5 days but was OK), the staff are very friendly.

It is somehow good but the rooms are so small and it's expensive compared to its rank among other hotels in the area

Rooms are small ( at least what we got), no napkins in the room, only one small water bottle for double occupancy, No glasses, No tea cups, only two paper cups every day for tea. The shower was broken. Breakfast was average. For the first time, I saw charging for eggs on live station if you need fresh omelette 😁. They need a solid upgrade to be in the 4-star Hotel Category. Reception staff was really good. The location is amazing. Nearby restaurants are very good and very lively neighbourhoods.

I live in an economy room. Clean, towels changed daily. Breakfast included. The staff is polite. Good luck with the hotel.

The rooms is so small and not very clean the service is bad we asked for baby bed they give us a laundry bag with small Mattress inside it and the safe lock was not working,we asked them many times to fix it but no one did it
No mention that the reciption guy was rude with us when we told him about how the rooms is so small.

The staff
The breakfast was good but the food needs to be covered. Flies were sitting on the food.
The tour from the hotel to Uzongul was good.
The location was perfect just in town center.

Excellent hotel for visiting Trabzon!
Stayed here with my family for 10 days and had a lovely time. The hotel is perfectly placed right at the centre of the meydan and around the corner to a great coffee shop (“the coffee shop company”).
Breakfast was nice, very quiet and simple 7-10am
The best part was the service. Muhammad Hafiz at the front desk was extremely helpful, respectful and well-mannered. The cleaners were also so sweet.
I recommend it!

We had a classic double room with street view, the room was spacious, bigger than most rooms in Turkish hotels. On the other hand the closet was relatively small, due to the presence of the mini-bar within the closet, this resulted in the fridge being malfunctioned for few days!
The breakfast buffet was on of the best in Turkey as well, versatile menue, changes on daily basis, they hardly repeat some of the dishes in one week, but some dishes are fixed on daily basis (omelet, cold cuts & jams)
The staff are super friendly with kids, unfortunately they don't speak English well, so the communication is not always easy, one employee speak Arabic and he was of great help.
Again super friendly staff especially cleaning ladies & valet parking staff.
The location is great, near Trabzon meydan, most of the facilities are within walking distance.
My only comment is regarding the building maintenance, it was manifested with mold everywhere, the bathroom has no ventilation outlet & the kittle in the room smelled of burned milk!
