The hotel is conveniently located near Centennial Park. Upon arrival valet was prompt and patient while unloading our car. They even helped get a luggage cart and off load bags. The front desk reception was nothing short of amazing. We had a king suite for a room which was very spacious and clean. The room was comfortable and I would absolutely stay again.

Let me start with the staff at this location was great. The hotel is right across from Olympia park and next to a Waffle House. The hotel itself seems dated and not kept up. The rooms and lobby had an odor. Can’t describe it but it just didn’t smell fresh. Valet guys were a little rude but I believe they are contracted. They are fast though. The area is sketchy with homeless people around but they really don’t bother you, they are just around. The doors stay locked and they have insight security at night and require you to use your room key for access. Only one elevator is functional. I wouldn’t return bc I prefer a more modern stay but it’s okay for 1-2 nights but def wouldn’t recommend for a lengthy stay. Valet is also $50/day but there is across the street parking at your own risk

I don’t often review hotels (even though I travel 50-60% of the time and see many), but this one stuck out for many reasons. The front desk was beyond kind and accommodating, with a great sense of humor. We were here for a show, so the hotel could have been overwhelmed, but they accommodated our bags after checkout and offered us conference room space if we needed it for a short stint. The lobby itself has nooks and crannies with seating if you do need to huddle for business purposes. All in all a great stay!

Incredible service!!!! The bartenders David and Quaneisha at the main bar on the ground floor were so nice, generous and enthusiastic. Great conversation and great service. Genuinely kind and interested. My friends and I just went for drinks and it was truly a great experience. I highly recommend this bar. The lobby and the hotel as a whole are very fancy and a nice place to hang out.

Fabulous Hotel. INCREDIBLE SERVICE AND HOSPITALITY! Never had better actually! The kitchen management Sonja and Kim were exceptional as well as the front desk clerks and even down to Peter the maintenance man. All did their jobs above and beyond with dedication and professionalism. I will always come back to this location when I visit Atlanta. The area was close to downtown fun activities like shopping and a giant carousel but the noise level was great. We slept perfectly. Thank you so much for everything guys!

Hotel is within walking distance to the stadium, park, Coca Cola Museum, Aquarium and Congress Center.
Room is big and well equipped, beds are good.
Breakfast was very good and the service was great. The bar service with barkeeper Lisa was outstanding good

Check in was quick and staff was very courteous. Rooms look great. Lobby perfect to just grab a drink. Location is perfect!!! Right down town. We walked over to Stats for dinner cut right through centennial park. Valet is high but if you don't plan on driving save $15 and park across the street for $20.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean but unassuming space. Room was modern and very functional, except for the lack of light. Nice bathroom size, felt almost spacious. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was very disappointing, especially considering the cost. Sadly I actually preferred to go next door to the Waffle House. They call it a Europe style breakfast. I've traveled Europe, stayed at AC Hotels there, and this is not comparable in any way.

Loved this stylish room with a bungalow feel right in the middle of the city. Nice European closet setup. The sliding glass door to the bathroom was super chic. Nice tile detail in the shower. Favorite amenity that is really unique: fog free mirror in the bathroom. Very appreciated, but the mirror was hung a little low so the fog free part is focused on your belly, not your face. Unless you're 4 feet tall. Convenience store has a thoughtfully selected product choice. Mexican coke, beer, wine and even champagne in stock. Very friendly front desk staff.
