Difficult to find parking 😒

I definitely enjoyed my stay. Room service was on point, room was super clean, front desk was nice.

Nice staying in Atlanta. We have a great show exhibition there.

Service at this location is always top tier. Enjoyed sear after dark on NYE.

Great location. Helpdesk service was excellent.the food i ordered wasn't good.

Location is downtown Atlanta nearby other hotels and restaurants. 15-20 min drive from the airport with little traffic. Hotel is huge and has plenty of space for a conference. My King (Murphy bed) room was very spacious, included a full living room (2 sofas) open to sleeping area, kitchenette and dressing room, large desk with chair and another space to seat 3 people in case you want to have people over. My room was super clean but some furniture was showing wear and tear. The kitchenette had granite counters, a dorm sized fridge and sink with cabinets. There was a wardrobe in the entry space as well as coat hangers on the wall. Several floor length mirrors for checking your outfits before going out.
Service was OK. My room was not tidied/bed made while I was there 3 nights. Not sure if that is their policy but I was fine with that. We attended a conference where the breakfast and lunch was provided and several items ran out quickly. Some dishes were not replenished often enough at meals, though there were over 1000 people at the conference so I get that is a huge crowd to keep up with. They seemed to run out of popular dishes before mealtime ended. Food was good, especially desserts.
We didn't have much time to explore the city, but walked to some restaurants within 2 blocks or so and there was usually people walking to/from hotels as well as some people panhandling. I would stay here again if visiting ATL.

Hotel itself is great, sublime architecture and all. Staff was kind but I had four minor issues:
1. Elevator seemed to work sporadically. At times I couldn't go to my floor and have to take another elevator.
2. Out of five days they forgot to clean room and fill towel for two days.
3. The water pressure in the shower is almost a drip.
4. There's seemingly a minor rumble that happens sporadically that can be felt in my room.

It was great place to stay! and front desk staffs were really friendly, appreciate it! Recommend it :)

I just attended an SBDC convention there and had to share my amazing experience. I was there for 7 days and experienced all that goes with attending a convention as well as using various services.

The front desk staff was so fun, engaging and welcoming. Any time I had a question they answered it quickly and fully. Any time I ran into housekeeping or maintenance in the hallways they were beyond friendly and helpful .

The reason I didn’t give 5 stars for the room was that the bathroom floor had not been cleaned any my room (241) had an ugly and dirty concrete wall outside my window so no view. That spot would make a better spot for house keeping storage than a paying guest.
