Hyatt House Downtown

I was on a business trip to Atlanta for an exhibition. This hotel is probably the cheapest one near the exhibition hall. The breakfast is not rich but filling, and the breakfast style changes slightly every day. The sanitary conditions are OK, and it takes only 7 or 8 minutes to walk to the exhibition hall. Some comments say that the front desk has a bad attitude, but I don't know how to communicate, and I didn't encounter this situation. This hotel can be said to be the first choice for low-cost business travel

This Hotel is in a great Location. The front desk staff are meh. Not very friendly. The Breakfast is pitiful, sausage sitting in a pan full of grease, I know sausage is greasy, but I’ve never seen it served sitting in a pan full of greased. So not appetizing at all. The first day the French toast sticks were stuck together and half cooked. Fruit bowl never refilled. Charging $15 for that is insane!! I will say the Breakfast attendants are sweet and helpful. The parking is ridiculous, I have to pay $45 per day for an attendant to go park my car 50 feet away. That’s just taking advantage of people. I should be able to park my own car instead of being rushed out of my car trying to grab all my things, shopping bags, etc. Hallways are very loud throughout the night. Ghetto guests allowed to say the worst cuss words and talk any way they want to loudly in front of other guests and Children. I finally had to say something to this one girl. This is a family friendly Hotel as the Aquarium, Coke Museum, Centennial Park are all located within walking distance. Hotel staff shouldn’t let crap like this happen or continue. Good luck if you need towels, an extra blanket, or whatever, Housekeeping doesnt clean or replenish anything and that was on my third day. You have to call and ask for it, but the phone doesn’t work in the room and I had to use my cellphone to call the front desk. I had to go get it myself and the guy couldn’t get into the linen closet cause someone locked the door and they didn’t have a key. He had to go to an open room and get it from there, SMH. I paid over $200 a night to stay here and I’m very disappointed. Won’t be back. Will go stay at the overpriced, outdated, Westin instead and pay for an Uber to drive me and my family to where we got to go.

Everybody in this entire Hotel had the greatest disposition and was very helpful. The entire Hotel was clean. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was prepared nicely and a very good value. The only problem I had was when I set my laundry out for washing it came back a couple sizes too small. The rooms are very nice but there was a horrible smell that came from the drain in the shower.

Great service, valet, front desk staff, maintenance always smiling and appear happy. Nice view, clean rooms. Fair prices, found in a pinch...
Happier here than I expected.

Comfortable stay. Across the Aquarium. Clean, friendly staff, and convenient location. Their customer service is amazing. The showers are big. Modern updated plumbing and fixtures. I'll be staying here next time for sure.
