The hotel is impeccably clean, and the beds are incredibly comfortable, making for a restful night’s sleep. One of the highlights for my family was the indoor pool, which we absolutely loved. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind.
The location is unbeatable, with direct access to Lenox Square Mall, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. Whether you’re visiting Atlanta for business or leisure, this hotel is in a prime spot.
Overall, our stay was fantastic, and I highly recommend JW Marriott Buckhead to anyone visiting Atlanta. We will definitely stay here again!
Sanitation: Clean, including public spaces, the swimming pool and gym are very clean
Environment: Classic
Service: I have been through 3 front desks, two were very enthusiastic, and a fat H sister was cold and indifferent
The food at the hotel was great, but I highly recommend the restaurant across the street—a Thai and sushi bar that was so good I ate there two days in a row!
Everyone, from the valet to the front desk staff, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The bed was super comfortable, and the bathrooms were modern and well-maintained. Overall, it was a pleasure to stay here!
