Reviews
Everyone was extremely nice at the hotel, location is great too!
Rooms are super clean and comfortable, great restaurants and MASSIVE fully stacked Gym on 4th floor. Definitely worth the money!
Decent views from my room on 25th floor, elevator was super fast and food just to die for! Best salmon salad I’ve ever had.
The location is super convenient if you are here for the convention. It’s a 5 mins walk to the convention center. The hotel has a great gym. Also they categorized elevator to lower floor and higher floor, so it’s quick to get on the elevator.
The suite room has great view of the Chicago skylines . The living room area was big. The curtain inside the room are automatically which make life easy. Unfortunately there is no bath tub inside the suite, but the shower water pressure is comfortable enough. Checking out and in was quick. The in room TV can hook to YouTube and Netflix which is a nice feature.
The one and only difference in service was the absolutely delightful Kami, bartender. She was friendly and helpful and a pleasure to interact with. She made the stay and she made up for the rest of the employees I interacted with that were far from nice, let alone helpful
The bed was too soft and collapsed, making sleeping very uncomfortable.
No one answered the phone at the front desk even at 3 or 4 in the afternoon. I called five or six times before someone answered. I asked for a toothbrush and slippers, and they agreed. But they were not delivered until I called again the next day.
The buffet breakfast had very few varieties and was not changed at all in four days.
Poor service, very bad hotel experience!
