Omni Hotel

This is a very nice hotel. The rooms are very clean and the showers are great. The beds are comfortable; I sleep better than I do at home. The fitness center is a good size and the pool is nice. I like the sports memorabilia on the 6th floor. Great views outside the windows.

The location of the hotel was great! Literally across the street from Petco Park baseball stadium with a sky bridge to get guests into the stadium faster and more conveniently. It is also across the street from the convention center and down the road (walking distance) to the Gas Lamp District. The rooms are big enough and clean but my bed was pretty poor. I don't know if the bed was broken or the mattress was just old, but when I laid down on one side I sunk into the mattress to the point of rolling off. The other side of the mattress was really firm and way more comfortable. It was unfortunate I couldn't sleep on the whole bed without fear of rolling off. Otherwise, great hotel.

Stayed at room 1933 and had the view of PETCO. Though it was blocked with the solar panels of the stadium, I got a small glimpse of the games for 3 nights. Both the room and bathroom were big. They didn't have a detachable shower head or a bidet but it was not a big problem for me.
Service was impeccable and employees were able to answer my questions and concerns be it from the reception or via the phone.
Room service was also superb! I got the Kobe Beef Burger with Truffle Fries and it was amazing!!! Be warned though that that have a 21 (or 22, I can't remember)% service charge and a 4 dollar delivery charge, all of which are already half the price of my burger. But considering I would have paid the same elsewhere, it wasn't a problem.

Very modern hotel right next to Petco park! It's right in the middle of all the action, across the street from the Convention center with the Gaslight district a few steps away. You can easily walk outside the hotel and catch the trolley down to Seaport village and Midway ship museum and beyond.

I had a two day Qualcomm paid stay here. Its located at walking distance from downtown San Diego. The rooms are nice though not too spacious. The staff is co operative and helpful. The in hotel restaurants are pretty good for breakfast and brunch.

I was at the Omni for a conference. The conference space was nice. The lobby and restrooms are nice and clean. I really appreciate that the wifi works well and supports the high traffic from conference attendees on phones and laptops. Omni is in a good location with access to coffee shops, dining, and other points of interest. I didn't stay at the hotel overnight... Although I considered it. The conference discount rate wasn't much of a discount. The service is great. Everyone greets you with a smile and that is greatly appreciated.

At a prime location between the Gas Lamp district and the stadium but also on a quiet street overlooking the bay. It's ideally placed for exploring the whole town or just convention center across the road.

The rooms are extremely comfortable with every amenity you could want (get one with a balcony for fantastic city views). The (free) WiFi is fast and the complimentary morning beverages are always a welcome perk of their loyalty program.

The service at this hotel is excellent throughout from the impeccable housekeeping (I swear nobody had ever stayed in my room before me) to the ever-helpful front desk, it really makes all the difference. Overall it's a perfect property for both business and leisure and priced competitively for the quality of accommodation.

It was a very good stay. The service was extremely helpful and friendly. The bathroom in my room was extremely large and comfortable and the e rooms were very clean and comfortable as well. The service was also very kind and held our bags for us because we couldn't leave until after our check out time. The only issues I had were that the doors and walls of the hotel didn't seem to keep out many of the noises and sounds happening in and around the hotel.

Mel and Mark have to be the most amazing employees at this hotel. The rooms were nice and the staff was pleasant. Mel and Mark made my mother and my stay so much better. I will stay at this hotel again if I am ever on the west coast just because of them and their amazing service.
