Aloft Abu Dhabi

The rooms were very nice and modern. The location is not really walkable but there were many Ubers available nearby. I stayed here as a part of the free Etihad stopover program so I was very satisfied overall. My only complaints were that I had to wait over 30 minutes for my room to be ready when checking in, but after that it was a great stay. There isn't any free breakfast but they do give complimentary water each day. There is also an ATM and a couple convenience stores around the corner.

I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the entire team at Aloft for making my stay truly unforgettable! From the moment I checked in with Mustafa, I felt welcomed in this exceptional atmosphere. He ensured that all my needs were met during my time there, which made a world of difference. He called me right after to check on me if I was happy with the room.

The rooftop bar was a highlight of my experience. With its vibrant vibe, stunning views, and fantastic live music, it was the perfect place to unwind. Dana and the bar team crafted some of the best cocktails I’ve ever tasted, and their attentive service added to the overall enjoyment.

I was pleasantly surprised when a delightful dessert arrived at my room, accompanied by a warm welcome card. Such thoughtful gestures really made me feel at home, even though it was my first time at the property.

While the hotel itself is lovely, I did notice that the rooms could use a bit of modernization. However, the comfortable accommodations and the impressive views more than made up for it! The parking area is spacious, which is a huge plus, and I appreciated the clear signage on the street, though it would be helpful to have more indicators at the main entrance.

Overall, the spectacular team at Aloft went above and beyond to ensure I had a memorable experience. Thank you once again for your exceptional service. I can’t wait to return!

I had booked a 2 night stay at Aloft. My flight landed earlier in the AM, so asked if I could check in early. Stephanie at the front desk was very courteous and professional and said I would get a room once one was available.

Since I had time, I took the option to try the nice breakfast buffet, which was extensive.

Favour at the cafe and others really helped me figure out the local specialties. I had a great time chatting with everyone for an hour+ and then checked in.

I consider the staff to be very friendly and professional.

Highly recommend this hotel if you're coming for exhibitions in particular. But also a good place to stay to be close to the grand mosque.
The staff is extremely helpful, friendly, polite and makes you feel very welcome and like at home.
I had a little problem with my room due to some noise and the staff immediately found a solution and handled the issue professionally. Not every hotel handles these kind of situations in the professional manner I have experienced here at the Aloft.

Though there was one minor hiccup on one of our bed. The housekeeping staff handled it well and quick. They change the bed right after I complaint that there’s an unusual smell. They were very sorry for it.

I’ve asked Stephanie at the front desk when I was checking to prepare a small decor for my friend who’s getting married the next day. And she went over and above her duties to make sure it’s done.

We had a really nice and relaxing stay and all staff of the hotel were kind, nice, respectful and attentive to the guests need.

So, yes, definitelt we’ll be back 😍

A good hotel and justifies its 4 stars. Clean and tidy rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Tasty and varied food. There is internet and it seems to be not bad but not stable and ping jumps from 100 to 800 which did not please me.

The hotel is inside Adnec, literally a hallway and reach the exhibition, excellent location, near embassies.
Also it has outdoor seating with pool, but during my visit pool was under maintenance sadly.
Big rooms, comfy beds, but some rooms were lacking the hotel facilities such as toothbrush, sandals and etc. Nice city and pool view but other rooms it was just rock view. For the coffee in the room they used paper cup’s which was unacceptable since i will drink coffee more than once and it was getting loose each time, and i should each time call the workers for coffee cup, tissue, and others.
Some receptionist were friendly, but others were literally rude, which was not nice from them.
They took too much time to check me in, I waited a-lot, and no enough seating place in the reception, which was getting crowded fast.
Good luggage service, and while checkout they were cooperative.
They have separate level for smoking guests, so non smoking guests don’t get bothered, which was great.
Excellent breakfast with wide variety of food, also the waiters were super helpful and friendly when asked for something or help.
Hotel decoration was quite crowded with colors which i personally did not like.
Overall hotel was good and for business purpose this hotel is your place.

My recent stay at the Aloft Hotel Abu Dhabi was nothing short of fantastic! The quirky rooms are beautifully designed, making it hard to ever want to leave. The staff are incredibly awesome, providing top-notch service throughout my stay. Ample parking is available, which is always a plus. I particularly loved the lobby area with its comfortable sofas, bookshelves, and pool tables—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Highly recommended for a unique and enjoyable stay!

The stay was super comfortable. Ample space for parking your vehicle if you decide to drive by yourself. Pretty, chic & modern entry passage to the hotel. Staff at the reception are pretty considerate and humble too. Good variety of breakfast is available at the 5th floor. Gets a bit busy during peak time - worth it in short. Our suite was pretty spacious too. Clean and neat. Lovely stay overall! Thanks team. And a special thanks to Mr. Ahmed the supervisor for taking care of us! :)
