Easily the best hotel i have ever stayed in and the best hotel in dubai.
From the accommodating and friendly staff to the breathtaking views, the superb pool, the top class food and drinks plus the stunning rooms. What’s not to love. Travelled over here celebrating an anniversary and they certainly made it one to remember bringing us complimentary fruit and cake on the day we arrived. The staff could not have been better! I will most definitely be back! Highly recommended

Had lunch here today, was extremely busy and good thing we managed to get a table..
Tried the fish and Chips and the honey mustard chicken which was very good! The service was great ,our waitress Christine took excellent care of our table.
Great menu choices and breakfast is served until 2pm daily. The only problem was that we did not get our car back for 30 mins as used the valet service. Traffic outside the hotel was very bad!

Our stay at Zabeel House was fantastic. The entire experience exceeded our expectations. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and offered excellent amenities. The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to ensure our comfort. The location was perfect, providing easy access to key attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would highly recommend Zabeel House the Greens by Jumeirah to anyone looking for a quality stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Amazing experience in this hotel. The FO manager was so helpful and friendly (I forgot his name though)… but overall experience was perfect! I also loved their decor and the whole ambience of the property. The place is also accessible, quiet, but really safe. It also has nearby grocery stores if you need anything. And thank you so much to the team who surprised us upon check-in as we were celebrating our first anniversary. Highly recommended.

Gorgeous Hotel. Every little detail about the hotel is simply perfect from the design, the feel, all the way to the checkout. This hotel is a true Gym and having stayed in over 100 hotels in Dubai I can simply say this one is the best for the price. It is unfortunate that the gym is not open 24 hours.

This place totally earned the 5 stars. Thank you for everything, it was a lovely stay. My mom and I left super happy. 100% hospitality. Front Office Department staff was super friendly, helpful, and nice.

The quality of the hotel, service, and especially staff made my 6 month stay comfortable and enjoyable.
The staff and new management in particular led community events, was very accommodating, took personal care of me as a guest, and did it always warmly.
I highly recommend this boutique establishment as a go-to hotel in Dubai.

Overall great stay. Location is fantastic, The Greens is a nice community vibe unusual to Dubai. 15min taxi ride to all city highlights and beaches. Pool and gym well equipped with nice vibe in the evening attracting outside guests. Service was mixed. Housekeeping slow to attend to room requests but nevertheless friendly. Balcony room on level 5 faces onto a landing with no view and quite ugly background. If booking a balcony room suggest going for level 7 or above. Note, only two floors have rooms with frosted glass bathrooms the rest are transparent, this might be an issue for some. Definitely recommend and a great place to work/stay at affordable price!
