Located in the trendy and modern district of Burj Dubai Downtown, on the banks of the artificial lake with dancing fountains. Opposite the hotel is the tallest building in the world Burj Khalifa, 5 minutes walk to Dubai Mall, the largest shopping centre in the world. There's also a stylish Arabian market Souq al Bahar. 15 km from the airport Dubai.
The hotel has 242 rooms.
Beach: public, sandy 7 km from the hotel (3 coastline). The entrance to the sea sand. On the beach umbrellas, sun beds: free. Shuttle bus to the beach: not available. The beach is 1.5 km away. the pool towels, umbrellas, deckchairs: free of charge.
Upon arrival the hotel will take a Deposit, the approximate cost is about 500 dirhams for the entire stay.

The room service is more than perfect, it’s only simple click away from everything. The breakfast is outstanding. The Lobby is perfectly designed with welcoming coffee and dates.

It's quite old now compared to other hotels in the city but still fine.
We also used the conference room for an event which was quite small and near the public, with whom we shared bathrooms with. First for me.
