Omega Hotel

Would not recommend this hotel at all.
Location is far from the attractions.
Staffs at reception are not at all friendly, no hospitality at all.
Food taste is also not good.

No window or ventilation in the room was another major issue, little suffocating.

Overall not a pleasant experience.

“I recently stayed at this hotel for 11 days and took two rooms and unfortunately, left an expensive pair of sandals which was around 700
Aed in the bathroom. When I realized and called back after reaching my home , I was repeatedly transferred between departments, mainly to hospitality, with no real assistance. Despite multiple attempts, no one seemed to genuinely care or take any action to help locate my belongings. Very disappointed with the lack of responsiveness and customer service. I expected better from a place of this standard. Would appreciate if management improved their handling of lost items in the future.”

Good location but need more professionalism to handle the hotel property. Bathroom accessories were not enough in qty and providing small tubes separately for shampoo n gel. Bottle should be there attached n refilled. Water bottle is small and then charge heavily on full size bottle. Breakfast is not that much upto mark. Only Indian desi dishes available, not continental. Somehow lack of so many things noticeable. Need to upgrade their menu and list

This hotel has very disgusting policy of not letting any visitors in rooms except you pay for that. 105 AED they asked for entry.
Visitor was no other person but it was My real brother. But they never let him in. I had to book another room to sit with my brother in his room. This was so embarrassing and painful that I never ever gonna book this property in my whole life.

Worst of that that in scorching heat there was boiling water in bathroom. That you even cannot touch. You come sweating from outside and can’t take bath. Staff were laughing at guests. Saying that in summer water will be hot.

In every hotel in Dubai you’ll get cold water at all the time except this property.

You ask for plates or spoon or any such thing they’ll never provide except you order food from their restaurant.

Worst experience of my life staying at this property that I have booked for 3 nights prepaid and was not able to cancel anyhow.

Never recommend this property for such rude behaviour of staff and silly policy of not allowing blood relatives to visit in room.

Swimming pool is not even a size of room. So small like for kids.

If you’re gonna book kindly check these things by self. Otherwise you’ll regret your whole life staying here.
