Nice location, luxurious rooms, excellent service. Food needs some improvement. Otherwise staff is very good, specially Sajjat who helped us in every aspect during our visit. Had a very good time at Omega.

The service here is very poor. The staff is not cooperative. Vinay treats guests in a row. No one is allowed to meet them, and the staff is very poor, and the experience was bad. I would not recommend it. Even if any customer comes here and states, be careful, be safe!

It's a very good stay option if you are visiting Dubai which is located in Bur-Dubai. It's a nice 4⭐ hotel with good rooms and services. Breakfast here was good with many options to choose from, ambience here is very nice. We stayed here in a Suite which was spacious and nice. Stay here was very comfortable and I recommend this hotel for people visiting Dubai.

I stayed at Omega Hotel for 17 days, and while most of the amenities were perfectly fine and I had no issues with the overall stay, I had a deeply disappointing experience on the final day.
Despite us not owing a single dirham and having been respectful guests throughout, the duty manager on that day behaved extremely rudely to us. He was unnecessarily harsh in his communication and even held our belongings without any reason, demanding extra money to release them.
This kind of treatment from a single staff member really overshadowed the otherwise decent stay. I hope the hotel management addresses this issue so that future guests don’t face the same problem. Really felt bad give a single ⭐️

Very good hotel with a great location! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Customer support was excellent—the staff was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. Everything you need is nearby: grocery stores, restaurants, night clubs, Mina Bazaar, and Old Dubai are all just a short walk away. A perfect place to stay for both tourists and business travelers. Will definitely return!

Truly Loved my stay at Omega Hotel, Dubai. Great hospitality, room cleanliness, comfort. Staff were very cordial and courteous. Nice vegetarian breakfast served.

Would not recommend this hotel at all.
Location is far from the attractions.
Staffs at reception are not at all friendly, no hospitality at all.
Food taste is also not good.
No window or ventilation in the room was another major issue, little suffocating.
Overall not a pleasant experience.

We stayed here for six night. Our stay from beginning till end everything was excellent. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was excellent as well. Indian and western items for breakfast. All the staff was excellent and rooms were clean as well. If ever back in dubai will be back again. Specially staff in resturant was excellent and very helpful.

It's so good to stay here in Omega Hotel. All of the staffs are so accomodating. The rooms are clean and smells good. The food is good too! I will definitely recommend! Thumbs up to all you guys!

“I recently stayed at this hotel for 11 days and took two rooms and unfortunately, left an expensive pair of sandals which was around 700
Aed in the bathroom. When I realized and called back after reaching my home , I was repeatedly transferred between departments, mainly to hospitality, with no real assistance. Despite multiple attempts, no one seemed to genuinely care or take any action to help locate my belongings. Very disappointed with the lack of responsiveness and customer service. I expected better from a place of this standard. Would appreciate if management improved their handling of lost items in the future.”
