Good location but need more professionalism to handle the hotel property. Bathroom accessories were not enough in qty and providing small tubes separately for shampoo n gel. Bottle should be there attached n refilled. Water bottle is small and then charge heavily on full size bottle. Breakfast is not that much upto mark. Only Indian desi dishes available, not continental. Somehow lack of so many things noticeable. Need to upgrade their menu and list

This hotel has very disgusting policy of not letting any visitors in rooms except you pay for that. 105 AED they asked for entry.
Visitor was no other person but it was My real brother. But they never let him in. I had to book another room to sit with my brother in his room. This was so embarrassing and painful that I never ever gonna book this property in my whole life.

Worst of that that in scorching heat there was boiling water in bathroom. That you even cannot touch. You come sweating from outside and can’t take bath. Staff were laughing at guests. Saying that in summer water will be hot.

In every hotel in Dubai you’ll get cold water at all the time except this property.

You ask for plates or spoon or any such thing they’ll never provide except you order food from their restaurant.

Worst experience of my life staying at this property that I have booked for 3 nights prepaid and was not able to cancel anyhow.

Never recommend this property for such rude behaviour of staff and silly policy of not allowing blood relatives to visit in room.

Swimming pool is not even a size of room. So small like for kids.

If you’re gonna book kindly check these things by self. Otherwise you’ll regret your whole life staying here.

Usually I would try and start a review with a positive and then if there was anything constructive put it in the middle with another positive at the end. I can't really come up with any positive things to say about this hotel. It's not in the thick of the downtown area or in a quiet outskirt of the middle of the city it's just kind of not in a very convenient area to get to anything. It wasn't particularly clean every surface had an oily feel to it. The water coming out of the shower was a dark brown color and the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. I have booked with Agoda Before I never had issues but when I got here after traveling for almost 2 days I had to wait for 45 minutes for them to find my reservation even though I was showing them the confirmation email and the app. It was well after the allowed to check in time, it was strictly because they were saying they did not see their reservation anywhere in their own system. Had nothing to do with other people I was the only one at the desk and the two gentleman helping me weren't particularly nice or accommodating.

I went to ask in the morning if they had any downtown recs for lunch/brunch And neither the receptionist nor the person at the tour to get booth they have in the lobby were able to give any suggestions. They will hold your luggage and a luggage room after you check out but you are not permitted to use the hotel any longer at that point you cannot use the pool to cool off or the shower to change. Sometimes hotels are great because they are comfortable and quiet away from the hustle and bustle or in a great location but a little noisier and you can overlook some of the small negatives but honestly none of the above for this place just look for another option!
