Very Worst experience in my life..... I never see like this type of hotel.. receptionist and security guard way of speaking is not good...

I think that for ITS PRICE it's a very good hotel. It says it's 1 star, but basically it's 3 star IMO. Book in advance and the price will be about 50-60 USD a night (for April-May), which is considered to be low for Abu Dhabi. Don't forget that very good hotels cost a lot there. I also liked the location and that it was quiet in the night, and that even without A/C turned on, it was very comfortable in the room.

This is the last time we booked a room here, and my experience is not good. The receptionist is so unprofessional and not friendly. This kind of behavior is not acceptable. They didn't give us any information regarding visitors. If there's any policy, please update the guest before we book at your hotel. We waste time and money. Especially to the ladies receptionist i feel not welcomed and the way they talk to the guest is very unprofessional. This hotel is the worst ever, and I will not recommend it to others.

Top Star Hotel is very convenient and accesable to all areas, like mall, supermarket, restaurant and bus terminal. Their rooms are very clean and hygenic. Room service are also very.. I enjoy a lot during my 3 days stay.

Unfriendly, unprofessional and rude staff! Check in was too late finally got the room access key but without updated for allocated room couldn’t open the door then again went down back to reception! It’s took long time to enter the room since entered in hotel!!Mainly Disappointed that was little black stained on bed sheet from my trouser even I didn’t know it goes color on bed sheet, they charged me Aed 60 , then receptionist told me that take that used, dirty bed sheet to home if you want! It’s really bad way to deal with the customer! I never expected that words and behavior. Also, the room hadn't been cleaned properly: the carpet was dusty, and the desk was stained , chairs were old fashioned and dirty!! I wouldn’t recommend this hotel anyone else ! Thank you for NOTIHING☺️

"I had a fantastic coffee experience at Holiday Inn recently. The coffee itself was exactly what I was craving. But what truly impressed me was the customer service. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed and creating a really welcoming ambience.
Special shoutout to Maria and Ani who made my coffee and drinks - they were both fantastic! Their attentiveness and friendly demeanor really made my day.

The lady receptionist was very rude when I forget the room number that I checked in with my companion she said there is no guest in such name and also denied to give wifi so that I can talk to my companion coz his number was not reachable. Idk if she is prude about her position or she was belittling me but I hated the customer service.

Cheap and affordable.
Wash room small and the door was so compact.
Reception was good and nice. I dont know why some review they told mostly reception not welcome enough.
Price between 200 to 250 im weekend. 150 to 200 weekday.
There a lot of restaurant nearby, easy to find taxi, and close to madina zayed shopping centre.
