City Seasons Al Hamra Hotel

I had a delightful two-night stay at this magnificent hotel, and I would highly recommend it with a 5 out of 5 rating. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the majority of the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. However, I must mention that one receptionist on the night of my arrival did not exhibit the same level of professionalism and warmth as the rest of the staff.

Stayed here for two months, and this has been the best hotel experience we’ve had in AUH in terms of customer service and location.

- The route from and to Dubai was very straightforward. The location was within short walking distance from markets and restaurants.
- The staff from security, front desk, to room service were all polite and accommodating.
- Was able to check in early, and had our room upgraded when we extended our stay.
- Sofi—our main room service attendant—was prompt to accommodate our requests, and we were always provided with ample resupply of complimentary refreshments. Their supervisor—Ms. Arcille—would check on us from time to time to ensure that our needs were met.
- Free valet parking.
- Only gripe would be the premium room that we initially checked into. It could be very dim at night as the room itself was only lighted with three little lamps, and there were not enough sockets so we had to move things around to accommodate our electronics. We were also connected to another room, so we could hear the noise from the other side especially when they got kids.

I decided to fly to Abu Dhabi for a quick weekend getaway.

This hotel was reasonably priced and in a great location. I was very happy with the service from the lady at the counter. I wish I had taken her name, but she was very helpful and accommodating. If you find a review by Harris, he has uploaded four pictures. The lady at the reception on the far right is the one I'm referring to.

The room was spacious, clean, and the AC was perfect.

You can't go wrong at this price point.

The Hotel location is very good, close to many places and cornice
The hotel also offers free parking with Valet Service.

Just wish the check-in is much faster, I was supposed to recieve the room at 2 PM, i got it at 2:45
The hotel reception upgraded my room for free when i asked them for a double bed not 2 single beds which was very good room.

The management was friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met promptly. Their warm hospitality made me feel right at home, and they went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.

Good location where you can easily reach or get a taxi to commute. Many eatries within walking distance. Neat hotel with decent rooms. Staff was welcoming and quick on checkin. Beds were comfortable, but lighting in the room was not sufficient. Furniture & room carpet was a bit run down, but for the price, it was passable. The Washroom was small outdated with moulds around the bathtub and at tile in corners. Water pressure was good, and amenities were on demand. Overall, if you pay within 50-60 USD per night, it's good, but above that, you can get a better property.

so I have been here twice. The first time i took my parents an second i took my brother. First time we lived in a suit which has two kind size beds, second time we had one king size.Both two times were good, clean and comfortable. In front of their hotel, there is also free city shuttle to take you to many famous traveling spots in the city, check it out. It is a place worth to come to live.
