Masha Allah, it was a very good party. The more praises there are, the less it is. It was a great party and the best thing was that the food of you guys was great and the setup was even better. Our people were very happy and I was also very happy. And we had a lot of enjoyment and more than that our food was very delicious. The food was highly appreciated by our guests. Ours was the best. We are grateful to you and your team for giving us so much love. Inshallah next time we will also book your hotel for any parties etc. Thank you so much.

It's was good..but the bathroom smell like drainage.. also no slipper u have to said to them..convenient price....n .everyday cleaning.. near to everything

All the staff are very friendly and helpful...
especially Mr.Bisu, his sweet little smile makes everyone happy. The manner of dealing with the customers is very good, of course the business is good because of the behavior of such employees.
The rooms are spacious and clean... We definitely had a pleasant stay and would recommend to others. Great location too 😊🙏

I stayed there almost two months, I felt very comfortable. Staff are helpful, friendly, respectful and sincerely. All staff were beautiful but I specially thanks to Muhammed from houskeeping, Uzvhal from restaurant and Vishu from front desk. These three guys were like brothers to me. They were always ready when I need and they always came with solution. Thank you guys. All the best that I wish to you!

I stayed there fpr 6 days and they scammed me . They got from me 1000 per night instead of 400 as they saıd before and I had to pay because I already moved wıth my luggages. The guy ın the receptıon called oyr room ın the mıddle of the nıght to say go tomorrow otherwıse we will buy from you1000 .. we couldnt sleep till morning, he is veryrude. The rooms were very cold even we close the ac because the rooms were dark, we got sıck. They scammed us and theır rooms are not comfortable very cold. Dont advıce anyone to go there

We organised the birthday party of our baby in Al Hamra and we are very happy of our decision. They provided fantastic service, decoration was so beautiful and Mr Amir coordinated and did the needful to our expectations moreover the food was very tasty.

We love the ambiance of this hotel and enjoy the relaxing music being played in reception. I would like to mention Biso at reception in particular, who renders a very professional service at all times. He is friendly, kind, very accomodating and also upgraded our room, which we really appreciated. Staff of that calibre should be appreciated and rewarded for their excellent service. Al Hamra is lucky to have such a splendid person representing their brand.
We have stayed at a few hotels in Dubai over the past few months, but the type of service Biso has provided, far outweighs that of staff at other hotels.
The hotel rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, but softer beds and more variety such as Youtube, more English channels or Smart TV's would make the stay perfect.

We love the hotel and the helpful staff. I would like to mention Biso at reception who renders a very professional service. He is friendly, and kind and treated us to an upgraded room, which we really appreciated. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, but softer beds and more variety such as youtube would make the stay perfect.
