Location: in the Al Khan area of Sharjah, 5 minute drive from downtown Sharjah, 15 km from the international airport of Dubai.
Consists of a multistory building.
The hotel has 46 rooms. There are non-Smoking.
Beach: public sandy beach in 50 m from hotel (1st coastal line), across the road, unequipped. The beach is 1150 m.

Pets are not allowed.

Very bad, the service is very bad, and the receptionist talks to the customers as if the customers are staying for free inside the rooms. There is no tea, coffee, or water. A bad experience, unfortunately.

I travel frequently for business and vacation, this time I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, but it was my worst stay ever. They gave me a room (room number 122) it was not suitable for living at all. The smell, the cleanliness, the bed, the floor, everything was a total disaster. Such places should not be existed in Dubai or anywhere in the world.
Please avoid staying in this hotel.

The receptionist has a very bad attitude and 0 experience with customer service. He asks “what do you want” instead of how can i help you! Simply disappointing

The worst place I have even been to. Unhelpful disrespectful receptionists, the elevators don’t work, the pool is small and crowded there are a lot of children who get a 1 day pass to the pool and it gets very dirty since there are no regulations or rules they eat and drink in the pool…
Plus if u wanted to complain or talk to the manager he’s never there and the receptionists are rude and disrespectful they can’t assist u at all and they know nothing..

The reception is not good and I'll just asking an question then they end the call. Please it's a 4 star hotel need to improve the customer service and needly training for the telephone eticate.
