Location: in the business part of the city, near the picturesque promenade of the Dubai Creek, 18 km from the airport Dubai. The shopping district of al-Nasr Square in 2 minutes.

Consists of a 16 story building in modern style.
The hotel features 213 rooms. There is a Smoking room, 12 connected rooms.
Total area: 20 000 m2.
Beach: public, sandy, 8 km from the hotel (3 coastline). The entrance to the sea sand. Beach towels: free of charge (from hotel). On the beach umbrellas, sun beds: free. Shuttle bus to the beach (the beach Al Mamzar Park, entrance fee 1.4$). The beach is 1.7 km away.
When you arrive at the hotel charges a Deposit of about 500 dirham for the entire stay (the Deposit is returned in dirham).
Alcoholic drinks are not available!

If you want to be close to the Souq, this is one of the best hotel to be at.
1. Cockroach in the room.
2. The main desk had a broken glass which hearts.
3. Room service were washing the cups in toilet and holding it from top.
4. Bad noise from early morning because the decided to change carpet during my stay and the smell of the glue didnt go till we left which caused a headache.
5. Electricity very weak and no enough sockets.
6. Unfriendly receptionists.
7. AC was on auto but when it gets off it will never get back on again unless you turn it on by yourself.
8. Toilet was leaking urine on last day of our stay.
**I dont recommend this place as i m not go there back again.
