It is located in a prime area—just five minutes from the station and a couple of minutes from the mall—making it extremely convenient.
The staff is exceptionally warm and courteous, especially Denver. His constant smile instantly brightens your day, and he is always eager to help. From check-in to check-out, the entire experience was smooth and seamless.
What truly stood out was the attention to detail. When we checked in, the bathroom sliding door wasn’t functioning properly. We hadn’t even reported it, yet the issue was identified and fixed by the housekeeping team during their routine cleaning. That level of proactive service made us feel genuinely cared for.
Overall, a wonderful stay with thoughtful service and excellent hospitality.
The buffet spread was also good enough. My kid, for a change, had his breakfast all the three days that we stayed there. The chef is also very warm and interacts with all the guests.
While it may not offer a five-star luxury experience, it delivers something far more valuable—comfort, warmth, and service that makes me choose it again. I would happily stay here on my next visit to Dubai.
The rooms were massive & we had requested top floors and yes we could here tini tiny noise from the party club on the ground floor.
Breakfast selection was amazing from continental to Indian breakfast ....we were stuffed n let's say it was like brunch.
We stayed here in Dec 2024 and sorry for late review.
One issue we faced was with the room access card. If kept near the phone for too long, it would get disabled, which meant multiple visits to the reception to reactivate it — slightly inconvenient during the stay.
The complimentary breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options and good overall quality. However, the Indian food section, especially breads like tandoori roti, needs improvement in taste and preparation.
The swimming pool was smaller than expected, but it was very clean and had good depth, making it enjoyable.
The location is a major plus — close to Meena Bazaar, with restaurants and supermarkets just a short walk away, making it very convenient for shopping and dining.
Overall: A comfortable hotel with good rooms, great breakfast, and an excellent location, but some service and food elements can be improved.
Our room was spotless(Ankit), comfortable, and well-maintained. We are especially grateful for arranging a king-size bed and providing us to the top floor to avoid the noise from the disc area. This thoughtful gesture made our stay even more relaxing and peaceful.

The room was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding and a decent range of amenities. It wasn’t overly luxurious, but everything I needed was there, and the space felt cozy and functional.
The location is definitely one of the hotel’s strongest points – close to major attractions, shopping areas, and well connected by public transport. It made moving around the city quite easy.
