Location: from the famous Down town – 10 minutes drive to the municipal beach of Jumeirah Beach Park is 15 minutes drive, 8 km from the airport Dubai.
Consists of one 9-storey building.
Only 125 rooms, there are rooms konnekting, rooms for disabled guests and non Smoking.
Beach: public, sandy, 5 km from the hotel (3 coastline). The entrance to the sea sand. On the beach umbrellas, sun beds: free. Shuttle bus to the beach (Jumeirah beach Park, the beach entrance fee: about 5 dirham per person). The beach is 900 m.

I don't believe it, as usually hotels staying guests are travellers and they generally don't use the parking,
The management should train the security guards about the economics of this cycle,
The restaurants do a lot of marketing to pull in guests, in turn pay the hotel rent.
However the management of the gossip room was great and made up for the excellent service.
Both management's of the restaurant n hotel should clearly announce the facilities for parking, as it's a crowded area, and you would loose a lot of local visitors to the restaurants if you don't provide parking.
