Cozy room, clean, good service, the hotel restaurant is worth mentioning separately, everything is great.

A great hotel with excellent service, from cleaning to the restaurant (extremely polite and friendly waiters, good cooks). The only downside is that the food ration does not change, but for a city hotel this is not a problem. We took it for breakfast and dinner - very happy. Another positive thing is the large room, lots of pillows (for me this is a pretty big plus) and they give you water every day).

I stayed at the Grayton in The beginning of 2020 left there just before the virus started in Dubai at this time the hotel was very new but on my return over 10 days ago I used the hotel for 8 days and to my surprise the Maintenance Upkeep is Unbelievable nothing has changed about the quality and products they offered breakfast was still amazing and each morning full of choices no matter how late you leave the room and go outside the hotel guaranteed whenever you are back the room is fully refreshed for you. I am glad that the choice i made was to return here to stay and lastly the female manager she's always at the front desk making sure this hotel operates seamlessly let me thank Her for Remembering me and taking care of me and my family so well please keep up the good work and continue to make The Grayton Hotel GREAT 👍

Had a very good week stay in this hotel. It started right after we started checking in about 'smoking' and went outside for a smoke. We then got an upgrade to a room with a balcony (with ashtray). The 'rest' was very well arranged and taken care of the whole week. Everything was just great... TOP !!!

I had stayed at the Grayton hotels for 7 nights with my family.
Firstly the pros:
Location is decent, room size is decent, cleanliness was okay.
Now the cons:
The room layout was extremely bad, it had no foyer, which meant the moment you step into the room, you are in front of the bed!
The water pressure in the barroom was low, which meant you spent more time getting ready. Complimentary water water bottles provided were just two tiny ones, and any extra ones will cost you more money. There were days when only one fresh towel was provided in the room, which meant you had to keep calling the hotel staff for asking for basic things. There were no carpet slippers in the room, no iron box or ironing board, no cloth line extension, and no conditioner. The hot water kettle provided was a tiny one. The hair dryer was not working properly. Water was getting collected on the floor of the bath cubicle as the drains were clogged. The carpet in the bedroom was dirty and had stains.
I had requested for a couple of plates and spoons, to my shock they sent disposable ones!!
The hotel management and the staff has the mindset of a 3 star hotel, and until they mentally upgrade, their hotel will continue to feel like a 3 star or a 2 star hotel.

Please avoid this hotel. They will charge a hefty penalty for even a small scratch to their property irrespective of who has done it.
I was charged (the price of a new TV) for a small scratch on their TV. They did not provide any evidence that we had done the damage but assumed so because we have kids :) and this was when we were leaving for the airport!
I raised this issue with the top management and asked for evidence citing that their staff is more likely to damage the TV and not us since we were hardly in the room. The management refused to even consider sharing any evidence and declared that we were at fault!
So if you want to avoid a bad holiday, I suggest you book a better hotel - you may end up paying the same price here!

The staff were lovely, but this is not a four-star hotel by any stretch of the imagination. At best, it’s a nice three-star.
Prices were inflated over the holiday period, which was expected, but it definitely wasn’t worth the amount paid.
The photos make it look much nicer than it actually is. In reality, the hotel feels old, is poorly maintained, and isn’t cleaned properly.
The first room I was given was quite dirty, so they moved me to another one, which was better. The lack of cleanliness in the room & bathroom put me off eating at the hotel. Fortunately, there’s a mall and many restaurants nearby.
As the hotel is in a more residential area, local shops and restaurants were more affordable. Taxis were inexpensive, making it easy to reach tourist attractions, while excursion pick-ups (e.g. desert safari) were conveniently located near the hotel. I quite liked the location as I usually stay in the Marina area or Downtown, and this gave me a different idea of life in Dubai. I prefer more touristy locations while on holiday and will probably stick to that in the future, but I'm happy I got to experience a different reality.
The room (Superior King) was spacious and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and recommended several great restaurants, all within walking distance.
