We stayed at Grayton for almost 2 weeks and it was great. The service was very attentive.
The location is really nice too. It’s a short walk to the metro station and there’s lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby.
The rooms were great and the cleaning done everyday was exceptional, the rooms however aren’t completely sound proof.
Additionally, you will have to follow up before your trip if you want your room to be decorated for a certain occasion, we had asked months in advance but unfortunately it wasn’t decorated.

Location not suitable for finding local market and eating points…. Hotel’s mini swimming pool does not feel you are in a good property.. never ever go hotel’s own restaurant named BUKHARA.. so I can only give 2 star to this hotel..there are no city view fromroom balcony…all side covered by houses ..not a single ventilation window in room….never recommended for staying here..🙏🏻🙏🏻

Sukeina. The bedrock of customer service & I can say of this hotel! I had read reviews whr she was mentioned by name & praised for her customer service. I met her & I can say that the compliments were less! She was sweet, caring, professional & took personal care for all the guests here. She really knows how to ensure that all guests feel taken care of. Plus her service makes people come back to this hotel for their future stays. Otherwise the hotel rooms r ok. Nothing great. But it's only the behavior & service of Sukeina that would make me come back again. Thank u so much Sukeina. I ask the hotel management to compensate her well because any other service provider would work with her in a heartbeat.

recently I had the pleasure of enjoying breakfast at Citrus restaurant, and I must say it was an exceptional experience.
I would also like to commend Ehtisham for his outstanding service. He was attentive, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. His professionalism and friendly attitude truly enhanced our dining experience.☺️☺️

I recently stayed at the Grayton Hotel during a business trip to Dubai and had a wonderful experience. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Sukeina at the reception. She was not only professional and efficient but also exceptionally attentive to detail. Throughout my stay, Sukeina consistently sought feedback and inquired about any additional ways the hotel staff could assist or enhance my visit. Her proactive approach and dedication to guest service significantly contributed to the comfort and success of my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Dubai, especially those on business.

Very neat and well maintained hotel and is situated in a prime area that is easy to get around. The staff are ever willing to go the extra mile to assist. The person who really impressed me was Dipesh Rai. A truly wonderful human being. He was always willing to assist to make staying at Grayton a comfortable one. Great job, my friend. This world needs more people like you in it.

Highly recommended this hotel for someone who wants to take a rest during vacation. Special thanks to Saroj the night security who assisted me with my luggage’s and for the taxi. And also to Dipesh working at the reception for his kind service and attention to their guest.

Beautifully decorated, luxurious hotel. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Staff are extremely helpful. The breakfast caters for all tastes. The restaurant serves Indian and contemporary food, the burgers in particular are lovely. Great place to stay in Dubai.
