Aloft Dubai Creek offers a wonderful hotel experience. The views are truly spectacular, providing a stunning backdrop whether you're relaxing in your room or by the pool. Speaking of the pool, it's a great place to unwind, and the gym is well-equipped for those who like to stay active. Dining is a pleasure at the hotel's restaurants, with delicious options to satisfy every palate. I spent a week at Aloft Creek Dubai and was thoroughly impressed! The hotel's modern design and sleek aesthetic made for a stylish stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities.
The staff were friendly and efficient, from check-in to check-out.
Aloft Creek's location is perfect for exploring Dubai - close to the creek, Dubai Mall, and Burj Khalifa. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Perfect location as its attached to a mall and one stop away from Dubai airport. The hotel has an airport shuttle with fixed schedule (1.5 hour apart). Staff are friendly. Cleanliness could be improved. Room size is okay, however the shower is not efficiently sealed so it kept leaking outside throughout our stay and it wasn't easy to keep it clean with the leak. There is asian restaurant inside on the second floor. The ground floor is taxi/shuttle pickup. I would suggest adding more seats in this floor to make it easy waiting for a ride.

The vibe of this hotel is amazing. Very colorful and bright and a great place to stay long term. The best and my favourite part about this hotel and why I would stay here again is the location. The fact that it links to the mall is such a plus point. So so convenient. Not only that, the metro station is right outside which is just amazing. So yes in terms of the location it is the ideal location in my opinion.
My husband and I were there for around 3 weeks and overall our experience was great. The lobby is very cozy that you can relax and feel at home. The security guards and room and ground cleaning staff were amazing and so hardworking.
However being a part of the Bonvoy chain, the only thing I would suggest to the staff at the front desk is to be a little warmer and friendlier.
Oh and I forgot to mention the breathtaking view from our room! Another major plus point!

This was my second stay and again had a very pleasant experience like previous one.
Hotel rates, ambience, room maintenance and connectivity with mall always provide outstanding feelings.

The room appeared nice and spacious, with a comfortable bed and pillows. The hotel's location is excellent, directly linked to the Mall and in close proximity to the metro/airport, offers convenience for visiting top attractions. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a lovely ambience. The reception staff were very friendly, supportive, and helpful. The restaurant staff were commendably helpful and accommodating, further enhancing the dining experience with their attentive service.
There were some issues like stained carpeting and water leakage from the shower area. Additionally, some basic toiletries were missing.
Despite minor issues, the hotel's location, breakfast, and staff make it a top choice for travelers.

Spent the Eid weekend here. Perfect location, a great view across the Creek, average but adequate breakfast, very good food in the Canteen, and great, friendly service (especially from Troy in the restaurant). As residents in Fujairah it's an ideal weekend getaway destination and we'll be back. The only negatives were noise at the pool from the street and unsatisfactory service at the bar at at the pool which I hear is an independent franchise.

I'm still in shock from the unbelievable disaster that was my stay at Aloft City Center Dubai Creek. As a first-timer in Dubai, I was hoping for a memorable experience, but instead, I was plunged into an unimaginable nightmare. It all started when I discovered a monumental error on my bill. But that was just the beginning of my troubles.
As I was about to address this issue at the front desk, imagine my dismay when I was informed that access to my room was blocked. Yes, blocked, with all my belongings inside! My essential documents, my personal effects, everything was trapped behind that locked door.
After attempting to reason with the staff, they simply told me that I needed to settle the billing matter before I could retrieve my belongings. How could they be so insensitive to my desperate situation? I tried to explain that it was their mistake, but they seemed more interested in money than in my safety or well-being.
This experience was traumatizing, to say the least. As a seasoned traveler, I thought I'd seen it all, but this situation defies belief. Aloft City Center Dubai Creek is anything but a safe haven for travelers. It's a walking nightmare, a trap to be avoided at all costs.
I will never set foot in that cursed hotel again, and I urge anyone to flee from this place before it's too late.

Hotel is located on the edge of big commercial complex with lot of shops and places to eat. Hotel itself has a large dining options, however they are not included in the same billing system - so watch out if you are going there. Room was also well prepared and clean. Reception quite efficient and well organized.

This is a great hotel for business travel. Good rooms, good price without lots of frills. Gym is good. And the best part, the 2nd floor is connected via walkway to a mall of restaurants, clothing stores, suits, supermarkets, entertainment.
