During my stay at the Hampton Hotel, Mrs. Aye provided exceptional service during breakfast. She greeted me with a warm smile every morning and made sure I had everything I needed. She served me very well, going above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and satisfied. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and friendly nature truly made my mornings special.
The breakfast area was always well-maintained, and she was quick to assist with any requests. It’s clear that she takes great pride in her work and genuinely cares about the guests.

We stayed at Hampton by Hilton at Al Qusais, Dubai for four days. We enjoyed our accommodation, food and the service offered by the staff. The quick and pleasant service by Arman is really commendable. He is very dedicated to the job taken up and makes sure that it is done with perfection. He ensured that the customer feels overjoyed with his service. It was a well spent vacation for all of us.

The hotel is inexpensive and convenient for a layover - it’s located about 5km from the airport. The service was excellent, the rooms a little dated but very clean. The second floor room we had was somewhat noisy, if you’re sensitive to noise I’d recommend requesting a higher floor or a quieter location.
The main downside was the airport shuttle (one of the main reasons I booked the hotel). It took over an hour to get to the hotel and the shuttle driver didn’t speak enough enjoy explain the delay.
There are other (even more affordable) airports hotel options I’d recommend.

I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. The overall service is exceptional, and the restaurant stands out with its outstanding service and delicious offerings. I want to give a special mention to AYE, who truly goes above and beyond to make the dining experience exceptional. She is incredibly attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist whenever I need anything. AYE’S dedication and professionalism make all the difference, and she’s a key reason why my experience at the restaurant is so enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for the remarkable service provided by staff like AYE.

I recently stayed at Hampton by Hilton Dubai Airport and it was an exceptional experience. The hotel's location is perfect and approximate 10 min walkable distance from Dubai Airport Free Zone metro station, offering stunning facilities and easy access to key attractions. The rooms are elegantly designed, spacious, and incredibly comfortable.
The service was incredible with every staff members. They was courteous and went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect. The amenities like the Pool and Gym were top-notch and added to the overall experience.

I'll start with cons since they outnumber the pros, (mind you I was staying in the a queen room) Cons:
• No bell boy - that's right, you have to, after a long exhausting flight, carry your own luggage to whichever floor they assign you to. Now I know western people are used to it, but that's not the norm in other places.
• In the bathroom, the shampoo holder was very delicate and unstable
• the pillows are not soft at all, they're cold and hard- just meant to worsen your jet lag I guess
• the fridge was empty- no food or any items inside whatsoever
• No bathroom amenities like brush/toothpaste/ shower cap
• No indoor slippers
Pros:
• proximity to the airport (20-30 min drive by cab)
• breakfast is good with a wide variety of options
• the view from the room is mesmerizing
Conclusion:
You can get a better room with better amenities at the same price slightly farther from airport.
If you're on budget and don't really care much about your stay experience and want to stay close to the airport, then this is the place for you.
Its a decent place with good range of breakfast and close proximity to the airport.

The room was impeccably clean and had all the basic amenities required for a pleasant stay. The staff were highly efficient. The hotel is well-kept and situated close to Dubai Airport. Its location offered easy access to local attractions and restaurants. Whether I was out discovering the city or relaxing in my room, I felt perfectly comfortable at the Hampton by Hilton.

The entire experience was Good, however when look in detail below are my comments
1) Room space is Average
2) Few rooms have shower space but most off then are bathtubs with shower in it, very congested for chubby guys like me.
3) Room cleaning, towel changes happening as per their wish and time - during my stay it was after 5pm all days
4) Responses to service requests is very slow- Requested water and took 4 hours to deliver with multiple reminders, dental kit was requested by 6:00 am delivered by 9:00

The hotel price and room are good and clean. But they even don't have hair dryer in the room!! also you need to ask to send slippers, toothpaste, toothbrush to the room. And usually wait at least 10 minutes to get what you asked for. The reception attitude needs improve, i not finish my talking yet, She hanged the phone.... The room itself is quite and good to sleep but the service need improve.
