I recently stayed at Hampton by Hilton Dubai Airport and it was an exceptional experience. The hotel's location is perfect and approximate 10 min walkable distance from Dubai Airport Free Zone metro station, offering stunning facilities and easy access to key attractions. The rooms are elegantly designed, spacious, and incredibly comfortable.
The service was incredible with every staff members. They was courteous and went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect. The amenities like the Pool and Gym were top-notch and added to the overall experience.

I'll start with cons since they outnumber the pros, (mind you I was staying in the a queen room) Cons:
• No bell boy - that's right, you have to, after a long exhausting flight, carry your own luggage to whichever floor they assign you to. Now I know western people are used to it, but that's not the norm in other places.
• In the bathroom, the shampoo holder was very delicate and unstable
• the pillows are not soft at all, they're cold and hard- just meant to worsen your jet lag I guess
• the fridge was empty- no food or any items inside whatsoever
• No bathroom amenities like brush/toothpaste/ shower cap
• No indoor slippers
Pros:
• proximity to the airport (20-30 min drive by cab)
• breakfast is good with a wide variety of options
• the view from the room is mesmerizing
Conclusion:
You can get a better room with better amenities at the same price slightly farther from airport.
If you're on budget and don't really care much about your stay experience and want to stay close to the airport, then this is the place for you.
Its a decent place with good range of breakfast and close proximity to the airport.

The room was impeccably clean and had all the basic amenities required for a pleasant stay. The staff were highly efficient. The hotel is well-kept and situated close to Dubai Airport. Its location offered easy access to local attractions and restaurants. Whether I was out discovering the city or relaxing in my room, I felt perfectly comfortable at the Hampton by Hilton.

The entire experience was Good, however when look in detail below are my comments
1) Room space is Average
2) Few rooms have shower space but most off then are bathtubs with shower in it, very congested for chubby guys like me.
3) Room cleaning, towel changes happening as per their wish and time - during my stay it was after 5pm all days
4) Responses to service requests is very slow- Requested water and took 4 hours to deliver with multiple reminders, dental kit was requested by 6:00 am delivered by 9:00

The hotel price and room are good and clean. But they even don't have hair dryer in the room!! also you need to ask to send slippers, toothpaste, toothbrush to the room. And usually wait at least 10 minutes to get what you asked for. The reception attitude needs improve, i not finish my talking yet, She hanged the phone.... The room itself is quite and good to sleep but the service need improve.

Nice hotel and very clean rooms. Breakfast buffet is also very nice. Location wise far from tourist spots. Metro is 15 mins walk. Bus stop is right in front of hotel. Direct Buses are there for gold souk but frequency is bit less. Hotel shuttle service to and fro airport is pretty useful. Recommended

Basic hotel close to the airport. The breakfast was less than basic but at least there was a waffle maker so at least that was good. The breakfast place was on ground floor and it was gloomy . Rooms were nice and cleaner than expected. Bed was comfortable

Staff - Excellent - very friendly and helpful.
Location- Excellent - closer to airport and shops including a 24hr pharmacy within walking distance.
Breakfast service/ cafe - Excellent.
Amenities (including pool area) - excellent
Airport shuttle - on time - excellent
However, the room was not ready when we went in after a 14hr flight; had to wait around 45mins after the check in time before the room was prepared.
And the hot water system - did not work properly for the whole duration of our stay(3 nights). We raised it with the staff once and they said they'd fixed it - but then it was either giving boiling hot water or cold water. Nothing in the middle. And the tap knob was broken so...
Hence the score of 4/5.

The staff were very good. They supported me in arranging a lovely surprise in the room for my husband’s birthday. Provided a complimentary cake with lots of balloons when I informed the reception one day ahead.
They have a breakfast buffet, but less variety.. still delicious. They do have another restaurant near the pool which we didn’t get to try though.
The room service is also good. As in-house guests we had access to the gym and pool.
