This is the first time I've had such a bad experience at a hotel, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here. It's worth paying a little extra—perhaps 20 AED more—for a better place where you can expect cleanliness and decent customer service. Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel at all costs.
Not suitable service for the price we paid
To make matters worse, the breakfast provided was of much lower quality than what you would expect from even a small street vendor. Due to the poor quality, we declined the breakfast and requested a refund. Unfortunately, the hotel staff refused our request, stating that breakfast was complimentary.
In addition to the substandard facilities, the hotel staff displayed a complete lack of professionalism. Their treatment of us was disrespectful, especially considering we were paying guests. This entire experience significantly impacted our overall enjoyment of the trip.
We strongly advise against staying at Fortune Plaza Hotel. It was, without a doubt, one of the worst accommodations we have ever encountered.
