We had to book an room for one of our manger on immediate basis, they gave us room hassle free and the environment, ambience, maintenance of the property was great 👍 thanks guys

The receptionist Shareef and kamal the waiter at the cafe were so so rude and bad workers I had several issues with them and I nearly wanted to call the police for that receptiist for what he did I stayed there 3 months and my brother stayed 15 days we paid stupendous amount of money after all to have these kind of problems from just simple workers that don't respect that I pay my money to the hotel. Even the responsible Filipino told me it's not allowed if I don't live at the hotel to come for coffee if I don't stay there so rude person too those workers must really be fired from the hotel I had given Mr Mansour their boss a letter to the hotel's manager about them Mr Mansour is trustworthy person and friendly guy.i stopped going to live there because they have such people and I'll never pay a single Derham as far as they keep them at the hotel. They lose because I pay money. Those people must really be fired for what they did

Breakfast need to improve, reception people are so friendly and helpful. Place is close to the metro station and lulu hypermarket good price and clean rooms.

Economical place for singles to stay with facility of single bed space and rooms with internet and air-conditioning. Wonderful infrastructure and located in mid of town.
There is always que of booking so it's more appropriate to book in advance and keep credentials along.
So far my experience is concern the staff is not much friendly and would pretend they are not English literate also will keep ignoring you to allocate space to their favorite nationalities.

Very comfortable for a shared room. Towels and lockers provided. Breakfast included has a large variety and tastes good

Great accommodation and good options for very reasonable prices. Morning meal is also good. Only note that you can only check-in at around 2 pm or after.

Had a very good stay for three days, I've been here twice and had good experiences both the time. Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast is included and is tasty with different special dish every day. Very close to metro station and a big supermarket. There are different restaurants nearby. Staff is friendly and very cooperative. There is a big swimming pool and a gardan. Price of the rooms is worth it.

It's a good reasonable hotel for staying on short terms ,well cleaned and nearest to Airport.

Very professional staff, very clean rooms, regularly coming in this hotel stayed here for more than 2 months, recommend for others, and I will come back soon
