The check-in was smooth, and the staff were polite and cooperative throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, except a leakage in the wash basin, and housekeeping did a good job of keeping things tidy every day.
However, there are a few areas that need improvement. The TV was not functional, Wi-Fi connection frequently disconnects, and reconnecting often becomes a time-consuming task. The breakfast options could also be improved, both in variety and quality.
Despite these minor drawbacks, the hotel offers good value for money, given its central location and overall cleanliness. I would still consider staying here again for short visits or business trips in the Deira area.
I booked a city view room, but was given a building view room instead. When I asked at the reception, the staff said that even if you book a city view room, it depends on availability — if it’s available, you’ll get it; otherwise, you won’t. This was quite disappointing and misleading.
The cupboard door doesn’t close properly, and the automatic cupboard light stays on all night, disturbing sleep. The AC was not cooling properly, and there are very few plug points in the room — only one for the kettle and another for the TV. The hotel provided just two small bottles of water, and any additional water was chargeable. Also, no guests are allowed, which can be inconvenient.
The check-in process took almost an hour, which was frustrating after a long trip.
On a positive note, the location is excellent, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby, making it convenient for food and shopping.
Overall, despite the great location, the room quality, service, and management policy need major improvement.
Every day, the room was spotless, fresh, and perfectly organized. Towels were neatly arranged, toiletries replenished without having to ask. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work, and it made a real difference in the overall comfort and cleanliness of the room.
Friendly, respectful, and always smiling in the hallway, this housekeeping team member is a credit to the hotel. Thank you for your hard work, you helped make my stay a memorable one.

Key areas of the city is well accessible from this place. Apart from a metro station, public bus and a taxi stand is walkable from the hotel. Some good food joints not so expensive ones, supermarkets and medical stores are just at the reach of hand.
