We had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Lewana for 4 wonderful days, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and tastefully decorated. The staff were warm, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our comfort.
The breakfast provided for these 4 days was excellent. It satisfied the taste buds of both the youngsters and the senior citizens.
What truly made our stay special, however, was the exceptional service provided by the entire team. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was courteous, efficient, and genuinely committed to making my stay unforgettable.

Great value for one night. It's a very small hotel (3 floors only). Staff is very nice. Rooms are clean, corridor is a bit messy though.
Much noise in the street and corridors but overall great for stopping by one or two nights.
Don't except more than a place to sleep and you'll be alright at Lewana.

Both ladies at the front desk, Phyu and Seemu always had a smile on their face. They are 100m from Union Metro Station. Their A\C works perfectly, their showers are hot, the room service is quick. We had a new Ironing board and Iron in our room. Always got a warm welcome from the staff when we arrived into reception. Location just off main street, easy to get a taxi, lots of coffee shops, restaurants and nice to walk in that area at night.

I had the unfortunate experience of staying at Le Wana. My stay was nothing short of a nightmare.
First and foremost, the cleanliness of the room was appalling. Upon entering, I was greeted by a foul odor that permeated throughout the entire space. The bathroom was infested with cockroaches, which is completely unacceptable and a clear indication of poor hygiene standards.
To make matters worse, when I voiced my concerns to the staff and demanded a refund for the remainder of my stay, they responded with complete indifference and even went as far as forcing me to leave the premises.
Additionally, the hotel staff demonstrated gross negligence by purposefully allowing the safe in my room to close, despite my repeated requests for assistance in opening it. This left me feeling incredibly frustrated and violated.
Furthermore, I left behind a few personal items in the room, which the staff deliberately hid from me until I threatened to involve the authorities. They even had the audacity to tamper with a sweet box I had purchased as a gift and then falsely accused me of leaving it in disarray.
Overall, my experience at Le Wana was nothing short of a nightmare. I strongly advise against anyone considering staying at this establishment. The lack of cleanliness, professionalism, and integrity displayed by the staff make it clear that this hotel is not worthy of anyone's patronage.

This hotel needs a definite upgrade especially the bathrooms. The layout of the bathrooms are extremely strange. Its a walk-in shower with the opening to the shower right next to the shower head, with no door to close. The glass panel separating the shower from the toilet is behind you, where you don't stand in the shower. The result of this design causes the entire bathroom floor to get wet while you shower. I forgot to take a picture to post, proving this point. The rooms are nice and spacious and the beds are good.
Some of the staff at reception were efficient and helpful, but some staff lacked some people skills.
The Hotel is conveniently situated right opposite Al Ghurair Mall, close to restaurants and Union Metro Train Station.

I have confirmed through web about my early arrival and they were agreed to let me into my room but when I went there they refused even chat were front of them but still we have to wait like 5 hours to get a room very unprofessional and rude specially they guy who work in night I think from India not helpful at all and very rude he should get some classes. Definitely not recommended or just don’t pay before your stay the way I did so careful. It’s not they way it’s looks on pictures very dirty place when you go there you will find out as look like the never clean their windows so disgusting I’ll add some pictures so you can check. But still if you want to go there as they are cheap so good luck then

Late check in experiance was bad, we checked in at 22:00 and the room was not ready, then the room given was stinking and had lots of cockroach all over the room. We got the room changed but the other room was getting cleaned the Housekeeping gentalman Mr. Aviz was very welcomming and kind and his attitude made us feel better.
Over all the hotel experiance was good and the staff is kind and shows great customer service except one Lady receptionist who seems to be having some attitude problem and was not what one expects. But when its imp to highlight the negatives I must say over all the Hotel its Staff and Management is great and we loved it , will surely come again.
