I recently had the pleasure of staying at Rove Hotel City Center in Dubai, and overall, it was a delightful experience.
The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. From check-in to check-out, the service was top-notch, making me feel welcomed and valued.
The hotel’s location is fantastic! It's conveniently situated near major attractions and public transport (metro station), making it easy to explore the vibrant city. I loved being just a short distance from shopping, dining, and entertainment options.
The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. My room was spotless upon arrival, and the common areas were well-maintained throughout my stay. It’s clear that the hotel prioritizes hygiene and guest comfort.
The decor is modern and stylish, with a unique vibe that adds to the overall experience. I appreciated the thoughtful design elements that made the space feel inviting and lively.
However, I must mention that the price point is on the higher side. While the quality of service and amenities justifies some of the cost, it might not be the most budget-friendly option for everyone.

We came in as a family of 5 and the hotel was so welcoming, very clean environment, kids friendly ,always at your services. Miss Lydia was so helpful and very kind,all the staffs were kind. I really love this place and would choose here any day any time.
Rove made my children really enjoy their stay especially with the games around the place.such a lovely 😍 👌 place.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Lydia at the reception was exceptionally warm and welcoming, bringing a delightful touch of 'Pearl of Africa' charm to my experience. The complimentary transportation to and from nearby malls was incredibly convenient. I also appreciated the beautiful green public park just behind the hotel, which offered a serene escape. Additionally, the proximity to affordable supermarkets and the train station, just a 5-minute walk away, made my stay even more enjoyable."

I want to commend the general manager, Nader Tantawy, for his exceptional professionalism and politeness. Nader went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction and made every possible effort to accommodate us. His dedication to excellent customer service is truly commendable.

Nader’s attentiveness and genuine care for guests are a testament to his outstanding leadership and commitment to excellence. He exemplifies what a great manager should be: proactive, understanding, and deeply committed to creating a positive experience for every guest. His ability to turn a challenging situation into a positive one speaks volumes about his skills and dedication.

Thanks to employees like Nader, Rove will remain my number one choice, and I won't hesitate to stay there again. The Rove brand is known for its commitment to providing top-notch hospitality, and Nader's actions perfectly embody this ethos. His efforts have not only restored my faith in the Rove brand but also reinforced my belief that Rove truly cares about its guests.

An absolutely amazing hotel. Centrally located and very close to the metro. The rooms are clean and service is top notch. All items are available by call to reception. They have a free PS5 in the lobby and a nice swimming pool. Pay to wash machines are also available at the hotel.

Perfect in-and-out experience at this hotel! Well located for our needs (airport and shopping). They have a 24-hr little grocery store inside the hotel that is extremely convenient for late night arrivals, and has a really wide selection of snacks and goods.
Elvis and the rest of the crew were fantastic (we stayed here two times and both were equally good). We had time to have dinner one evening at their restaurant and were also super happy with the buffet options. Highly recommend!

Dubai International Airport is just a 10-minute drive away, which is incredibly convenient for travelers.

The hotel offers free high-speed internet, a fitness center, and a refreshing pool.
The on-site restaurant serves delicious meals, and the nearby Zoom supermarket is handy for any essentials.

I must highlight the exceptional service provided by Youness, one of the staff members. His warm welcome and attention to detail made my stay even more enjoyable.

The room is clean and cosy, The food at the hotel's restaurant was absolutely delicious – from breakfast to dinner, the staff were friendly.

Pool, gym and games room are also very good. The kids enjoyed them very much.
Overall atmosphere is very calm.
5 minutes walk from the mall.
