Melbourne, 172 William Street 🧭 Map
Seen online parking was $20 p/n but when we got there told it was $50 p/n. However we managed to get parking for less than $20 for the weekend less than 100 metres away.
We enjoyed our stay, room was great and comfy bed. Location is ideal. Only downside is when I booked parking was included but when we checked in they said it wasn’t and was full. To give the staff credit they sourced me a very reasonably priced car park a short walk away. Overall A great place to say.
Large and centrally located
Large unit, centrally located. A bit tired design but as expected with the Quest brand.
Value for money considering the costs of accommodation in MEL.
Will consider for future stays
After arriving after hours the staff were very efficient and communicating that a staff member would shortly arrive to help with check in. Fast and efficient with an upgrade to my advantage! Room was clean and just as described. Will definitely staff at the quest on my next trip to Melbourne! 10/10
Quest on William is located in an ideal spot in Melbourne in a business district, meaning that it’s quiet at night and away from hubs of activity. My suite was very comfortable including the bed, and had everything I needed for my stay. The cleaning service for the room was inconsistent during my stay but the room was spotless on my arrival. This did not take away from the enjoyment of my stay and...
Great location and nice apartment… the front office notified me that they overcharged me and gave me a refund on the overcharge! Great to deal with honest people…. Will stay again if ever in Melbourne again.

The Sebel Melbourne Flinders Lane
Melbourne, 321 Flinders Lane 🧭 Map
We have been truly spoilt with a five room suite kitchen, lounge, study nook, bedroom and a huge bathroom. Kitchen is well equipped and bathroom toiletries are good quality and generous. Laundry services are available. The hotel is really centrally located, within walking distance to the most amazing restaurants and trams. Beautiful hotel with helpful staff.
This Sebel is in an excellent location for visiting the Melbourne CBD with it's laneways, restaurants, shops and bars. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. The apartments are spacious, although a little outdated and dark. They are well equipped except for a decent coffee maker.
We had a short stay in a one-bedroom king deluxe room which was a large 95 sq metres and our room was located on the 7th floor with courtyard views. This is one of my favourite properties in the Melbourne CBD. Location is great and a very short walk to Flinders Street Station. There are several restaurants in the street as well as a convenience store. Room is spotless, and very roomy with two tvs...
We spent a week here nine years ago and enjoyed then and enjoyed our stay as much, if not more than before. Having a kitchen, living room and separate bedroom with a king sized bed is very comfortable. The location is perfect for a stay in Melbourne.
Stayed here for 6 nights and the apartment was spacious, well laid out with plenty of things close to see. Melbourne over Christmas is a bit crazy but there’s plenty to do and the trams in the CBD are free so easy to get around. The apartment has full cooking facilities but there’s a great Vietnamese restaurant nearby that cheap & delicious.
The room was amazing, it was more a suite than a room. As I was travelling solo, I left some clothes in a wardrobe (no one to check on me). Someone amazing from house keeping found it and bagged it up, it is now back in my possession 24hours later. Thank you

Quest Moonee Valley
Melbourne, 7 Feehan Avenue 🧭 Map
Very clean and good facilities. Located only 300 metres from shopping centres and Kings Park for a pleasant walk. It has off street parking available in a secure area behind the building.
Ok but no hot water in the shower.
The hotel location, the hotel and its facilities and staff were all ok. However after a long cold windy Melbourne day, I was really looking forward to a hot shower and to hand no hot water at all was pretty uncomfortable. It was late and there was no one on reception to help.
Love staying at this place (strong words but true)
This place is your home away from home. Great place, great location, great staff and get in early enough, value for money. Simply put, I love staying at the Quest Apartments Moonee valley
Your home from home
Stayed at Quest Apartments Moonee Ponds. It’s a great location & great place to stay. Great & friendly staff. If it’s just one night the studio option is more than adequate. This place is your home from home

Melbourne, 150 Esplanade, 150 🧭 Map
Loved our stay. Fabulous room with comfy beds and excellent customer service. The staff were attentive and friendly. Situated across the road from the beach , after our morning walk ,we came back to a delicious breakfast basket. This boutique hotel is a delight, close to retail shops and cafes and was perfect for our anniversary/ birthday celebration.
Stayed here for our anniversary. Such a nice hotel and our room was spacious and comfortable but was quite dissappointed that they are not offering breakfast yet ( not even room service) except for an expensive continental basket. Considering all other hotels have reopen their breakfast buffets I find it quite poor they haven't.
I was also surprised to find that they did not provide body wash as part...
We had our wedding at the Brighton Savoy in the Sea view room on 27/03/2021 and we had the most wonderful experience. The staff went above and beyond to help us and the whole day/night went so well and the venue looked amazing!
All the staff did an excellent job always answering our emails and questions and were very kind and welcoming to us both and all our guests.

Our favourite restaurant in Melbourne. It's peaceful, relaxing with amazing views, friendly staff and the food is always consistently magnificent. Our go to restaurant for all our special occasions and they never fail to impress. Thank you xx
I've attended quite a few functions at the Brighton Savoy, and I consider it one of my favourite venues. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the food top notch and the staff super friendly. First class all the way.
This property is in a great location with bay views. Food at the restaurant was really good. Only downfall was that the water in the shower was hot enough to my liking.

They make the room everyday.. towels can be changed as per request. Location is good if u drive.. overall pretty clean.. will recommend it
I wanted a single room for 5of us near CBD and Quest at St Kilda delivered it, that too in my budget!
It was a nice cozy apartment with all the necessary amenities like washing, kitchenette, kitchen accessories etc. All in all we had a pleasant stay.
The staff is polite and knowledgeable. After hours check-in was very smooth.
Older rooms. Top location close to very close to beaches restaurants and city transport. Quiet dead end street with beautiful architecture in surrounding neighbourhood.
Very dated! it was a bit pricey for the condition of the property. Just note if you leave early don’t drop token off at the reception box you can’t get out of the car park, no one bothered to tell us that at checkin, lucky for us someone else was leaving at 5:30am and let us out
Some appliances were not working. Poorly designed and stocked kitchenette. Third bed was small.
Really good location. Only a walk to the beach.
Very good location in a quiet street. Just around the corner from Fitzroy Street hint. There is parking available but for very low vehicles. If you contact them you can go around the back and it's higher to get in.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. One of the highlights was the stunning view from the terrace, especially of the city skyline—it was truly breathtaking. The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of cutlery and cooking utensils, making it easy to prepare meals. Additionally, the hotel provided a full range of amenities, including shampoo and other essentials, which made the stay even more comfortable...
Amazing balcony and clean apartment. Very professional customer service.
Will definitely be back...
Excellent place to stay nice.

Close to the city and about a 20 minute walk to the MCG. Tram stop right outside.
Was recommended by the St Vincents Hospital to stay here while my partner had surgery. Rooms were on the older side but you could tell effort went into cleaning them, staff were polite and helpful and location for our needs was perfect. Comfortable clean bed, nice hot water in the...
We had a Deluxe 2 bedroom apartment for 6 nights in February. There were many things to recommend this hotel:
It’s very close to St. Vincent’s Public Hospital which was very important for our trip and free parking for guests. Most importantly the bed was comfortable and the sheets and towels were very clean and fresh. The staff were all very helpful and friendly including the cleaning staff. The...
Lovely reception staff and great location. Bed was comfy and staff worked hard to fix up a booking error. However the room and furniture were a little tired and chairs were dirty on arm rests. Bathroom was modern though. An upgrade to furniture and a little more care when cleaning would make a difference. Would consider using this hotel again mainly due to friendly staff.
We were pleasantly surprised when we were on arrival up-graded to a two bedroom apartment. The room had everything we needed. The staff a warm and professional. We have stayed at Melbourne Metropole 3 times now and we believe there will be more happy stays in the future.
Great location and the staff were amazing, so helpful and accommodating. The rooms are a little dated but perfectly fine and comfortable, very spacious and well fitted out. Would definitely stay there again.

Good Stay
Stayed to attend the Dawn Service, excellent location for that. 15 mins walk to Flinders St or a few minutes on the tram.
Place was clean and comfy, everything we needed.
The best chocolate in the box.
Picking a hotel room off a website can be hit and miss but this hotel was a great find.
Location is excellent either driving, walking or using public transport.
The room was spacious with a tv in the lounge room and the bedroom.
Good Communication made our after hours check in seamless.
Quest was on tram route into Melbourne, only 3 stops to Flinders St. Nice area but what made stay so special was excellent service and kindness we received from Leslie on reception.
The room was big but a lot of wasted space where the desk is. Both the bedroom and bathroom could have been made bigger and the desk area removed. The split system air con in the room is not practical, it cools down the lounge but the bedroom remains hot and stuffy, and you can’t open the bedroom window unless you want flys or insects flying in as there is no fly screen. Barely deserves a three star. You definitely get what you pay for. The rooms are pretty small. Beware of the breakfast! It's an extra cost and you will find better value in the cafes downstairs. I left late one morning and asked if they could make sure my room didn't get missed on the cleaning rounds, it's was. My wife had to crash tackle a staff member to the ground and wrestle a toilet roll from...
Not impressed having to take two elevators, the first one as old as 1920's and then walking the length of the building to take second elevator for third floor! The location was good! The location was great but the lifts broke down and everyone had to walk up steps. Felt sorry for people on high floors. Then we had an issue with the door cards. When we came back to our room after being out all day, our door to the room was ajar. The cleaners had apparently forgot to lick it behind them. Not a good thing for any guest. Apart from that, the staff are nice and the room comfortable
Good rooms for price, elevator can do with some maintenance.
The room was small, but the bed was comfortable and room was clean. Definitely good value for money. Continental breakfast was included and parking price was great....charge was per exit. WE used free tram while we were there, so only had 1 exit charge the day we checked out. Location is fantastic!! Would definitely stay again
