Mountain Romance Family Hotel & Free Spa

Location is not close to gondola. Around 15 minutes walking.
No property parking. Only on the streets around the hotel. But you need to be careful because you can receive a fine from police.
Regarding apartments, it's about luck. Some of them are very small, you cannot move in the rooms without hitting the furniture. The sofa bed is a nightmare. It's impossible to sleep. Because of the showers, in all bathroom is water. Also, don't forget to bring your toilet paper.
About services... What can i say? One evening, I didn't have hot water in the shower. It was around 8 PM. On the phone, the owner informed me that it is to late to fix it, so i have two options: to take a shower at SPA, or in my friend's apartment. Great! I paid for my apartment, but I am taking shower in other places.
Breakfast is a bad joke. 8 EUR per adult and 4 EUR per children for cold omelet, cold sausages and something showing as coffee. Interesting part is that the called "chef" didn't want to prepare pancakes anymore. Pancakes were finished when I arrived at breakfast, with 20 minutes before closing. My daughter wanted to eat 2 pancakes. Response from "chef" was "No, no more pancakes". This breakfast and attitude for 20 EUR (me, my wife and my daughter).
Interesting part is that I was threatened that my room will be blocked and I will not have access to my personal stuff. Because I told them that I will pay that miserable breakfast after I will talk with the owner.
In conclusion, if you want to have an unpleasant stay, bad sleep, awful experience, this location is the perfect place.
But, if you want to be treated decent, with good conditions, go in other places.

Unfortunately, I DO NOT recommend this accommodation. Booked a cheap holiday to Bansko, Unfortunately the room was unclean and smelt. We deep cleaned the apartment day 1 which didn't reduce the smell. Not well equipt, hot water ran out, no hair dryer and outdated furniture. Double room was 2 singles pushed together. Spa was due to be included but was quoted $10 lev. Owners smoking in the restaurant. Spent as little time as possible in this accommodation. Which is unfortunate due to the cold weather.

Dirty rooms, dirty wc, dirty towels.
If u dare to cancel ur rezervation..ur doomed...up...u pay.
It doesnt mather if u cancel 60 days or 2 days before, u stil pay!

Otdyhali v etom otele v dekabre 2023 g. Otel ochen staryy, 5 etazhey bez lifta, restoran nahoditsya v podvale. Ot podemnikov 20 minut hodby. Kormili otvratitelno! Nikakogo shvedskogo stola, kak obeshchali, ne bylo, napitki za otdelnuyu platu. Ne sovetuem.
