Large apartments with all you might need inside. The aparthotel is very close to the cabin lift and slope #1 so basically you can ski to your room. Spa was great, swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi worked fine only the Turkish bath was off. They also worked out all our requests. Great for the price.

Descent price/performance ratio. Very close to the gondola. No lifts for upper floors. Spa at the basement is good for after ski relaxation.

I really enjoyed our stay here. Very clean and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful owner. Nice garden to sit in during the day. Good wifi. Big parking in front of the house. I would definitely stay here again.

Best accommodation and hosts ever! We loved everything! We spent eight fantastic days at the Hayloft. The apartment we rented was clean, spacious, convenient, with a fully-equipped kitchen and two balconies, one facing Pirin and one - Rila and the Rhodope mountains. The tireless Reni and Ivan have paid attention to the tiniest details, so that their guest have a carefree stay. They are the nicest people...

The hotel is very charming and my stay was fantastic. The best part were the warm and kind hosts who made me feel very welcome and cooked tasty breakfast and dinner to top off the experience. The hotel is not far from the ski lift(a 7 min walk). I will certainly be back for more days.

We always have a wonderful time staying at Reny and Ivan's guesthouse. This is our second time and we hope to visit again in the future. The rooms are very clean and tastefully decorated. The location can't be better - very close to the gondola lift and to the town center, but very quiet at the same time. We love the homemade breakfasts and dinners - the ingredients used and price offer great value...

Really well equipped rooms and clean! Staff are very friendly, Nadia the receptionist very lovely and helpful! Transfers to and from the gondola all within my package and was never once disappointed! Great location to the main high street with all the shops and bars highly recommended!

Came here while waiting for the bus. Super quick service. Helpful staff. Wholesome food. Don't wait for the bus at the station, come each and drink here. It's 5 mins walk and much nicer!

Hotel Michel is located near the city centre, 10 minutes walking. It's super clean, the stuff is very nice and the rooms are vast. It is located in a very calm area.

Love the place, bought an apartment there. Viewed many and it was the only one I could find that didn't have damp and wasn't miles away from the ski gondola. The place is in a great location and you are onto the slopes in a short 2 minute walk. Building is secure and we'll kept. Plenty of nice restaurants close by.

Although Bansko is a ski destination, Skabrin does not have a room for skis or to dry boots. It also doesn't have a lounge if you want to stay in the hotel but not in the small room. The triple room was too small for the luggage + boots + helmets that needed to be dried. Clothes were also a problem as there weren't enough hangers in the wardrobe or on the wall for three people's clothes. For me this...

First time in this establishment, my cousins have visited before so I decided to try it out. The room is as expected for the price and some lack of accommodation is to be expected also. But overall its a good hotel if you visit is just to ski or snowboard. Breakfast is included at the price which is great and the buffet has all the necessary ingredients for a breakfast.

We were very happy with this accommodation, great value for price. It was with breakfast included, good food, decent food and it was served at 8 30 but due to gondola ques we wanted it earlier so the brothers served us at 7 30, great from them. We highly recommend it, the room was cozy with a small balcony, just perfect.

The location is great. It's near the ski lift and the restaurants etc, but set back just enough to enjoy peace and quiet. There are studio apartments, one bedroom apartments and two bedroom apartments. All are self catering. The apartments are all privately owned by individual owners. Good value for money. Family of 4, 2 bedrooms, plenty of space, comfy beds. Kitchenette missing some basic extras like tea towel, small pan, wooden spoon but we improvised easily enough (campers!). Shower tray did leak a little as needs re-seal, but nothing major. Drawers in bedroom broken, but plenty space in wardrobe. Pool/spa could do with tlc but fine for a dip and kids enjoyed. Stayed here for a week over Christmas in apartment on top floor. It was massive so much space and view over town to mountains. Beds were comfortable and our double was at least king size though duvet was only a double so used a single next to it. It was clean though various small issues such as in bathroom shower cubicle leaked as drain was at highest point so it flooded bathroom floor and flowed out...

We stayed here for an entire week and some of us were lucky to have a nice and clean room while some friends had issues with some bugs in their beds so they needed to switch off the room. Our room was warm and clean and we also received a bottle of champagne on the 31st of December together with some chocolate.

Perfect place for balanced holiday. Near to the ski gondola lift (10 min walk) and to the centre of Bansko 10-15 min. The staff was so good and we recieved a new year gift. It was amazing! 10/10

Good value for money. Clean, warm and very friendly. No noice at night and can get a good nights sleep. Convenient for gondola and town centre. 12 minutes walk to gondola.

Good location, free parking and excellent Wi-Fi, kitchen staff are okay, but Owen is missing. They change towels upon request. Beds are clean.

Love this restaurant! Owners are adorable, food is delicious and authentic and the decoration is so atypical. I definitely recommend!

Highly recommended. A unique place with typical Bulgarian cuisine. The interior of the restaurant is very antique. When you come in, the atmosphere gets you immediately. In the background of the restaurant is a garden, probably open in a summer days.

Delicious mushroom soup. Delicious chicken in creamy souce with rice garnish. Very nice and cozy restaurant, not too expensive. Perfect!

Spent xmas in Bulgaria, had our xmas dinner here , fantastic traditional bulgarian food, wine and beer.

Just next to Gondola, also a great location for the summer with a playground and a few steps away from Victoria and Motikata restaurants. Also great spa and swimming pool in the near by Astera hotel.

Great bilingual reception staff. Excellent near ski to door location. Pool and sauna very good. Budget apartment block that keeps us coming back.

What a lovely place We've stayed here a few times and would definitely recommend it ? Friendly staff. Swimming and spa area. Ideal location for skiing (close to Gondola) Also near to bars and restaurants but not too close to be disturbed by noise. We'll definitely be going back next year... ?
