Large apartments with all you might need inside. The aparthotel is very close to the cabin lift and slope #1 so basically you can ski to your room. Spa was great, swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi worked fine only the Turkish bath was off. They also worked out all our requests. Great for the price.

Descent price/performance ratio. Very close to the gondola. No lifts for upper floors. Spa at the basement is good for after ski relaxation.

The location is great. It's near the ski lift and the restaurants etc, but set back just enough to enjoy peace and quiet. There are studio apartments, one bedroom apartments and two bedroom apartments. All are self catering. The apartments are all privately owned by individual owners. There is a management company that rents out a few apartments. You can go through the official Grand Montana website...

Good value for money. Family of 4, 2 bedrooms, plenty of space, comfy beds. Kitchenette missing some basic extras like tea towel, small pan, wooden spoon but we improvised easily enough (campers!). Shower tray did leak a little as needs re-seal, but nothing major. Drawers in bedroom broken, but plenty space in wardrobe. Pool/spa could do with tlc but fine for a dip and kids enjoyed. Stayed here for a week over Christmas in apartment on top floor. It was massive so much space and view over town to mountains. Beds were comfortable and our double was at least king size though duvet was only a double so used a single next to it. It was clean though various small issues such as in bathroom shower cubicle leaked as drain was at highest point so it flooded bathroom floor and flowed out...

I consider moving here just to eat at the restaurant! Exceptional

A great location, good restaurant. The rooms are big, exceptionally well furnished and comfortable. The staff and owners who actually work here, are very nice and helpful. Definitely recommend it.

It's OK for Bulgaria. If you expect trendy and modern place you are wrong here. Quite and very calm during off-season.

Expected more. Rooms were dusty and oldish. They have problem with incoming cars in working days. No place for guests' cars All in all I would say a 2 star hotel that needs some renovations.

Good food and atmosphere, much cheaper than bansko

The staff was very nice and friendly. The hotel is very close to the railway station and the location is excellent if you come by train. The room was clean. The breakfast was delicious. We recommend it for families and for relaxing vacation.

Eating at this place for 15 years now. Same quality and only the atmosphere is just getting better and better. Lovely garden and a wide range of traditional Bulgarian dishes in the menu. No place in the region can compete to such quality and service!

International standart in traditional style but a bit of a noisy, especialy if there's a happening down at the restaurant's garden. The menu is rich, the food is not great, but fair although the service is quite good.

Food monotonous. Wrote that there is a Spa..... lie. There is one room with one drowned and not the pool. Steam room not working, sauna was for 2. In the Jacuzzi the water was half. A lot of little kids 7 brats parents. All the rest, but not rest.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. The spa center was nice and clean. The gym was surprisingly well-equipped. Decent breakfast options at the buffet. Great stay overall.

It is clean, comfortable, good looking, BUT not well maintained. Some furnitures are dirty, some facilities are broken. It is 3 km away from Bansko and Razlog, near the main road, near a forest and small river.

Cold swimming pool and SPA area air temperature was 25 degrees during the winter. Air conditioning system doesn't work- no fresh air and humidity is like 99. Children play zone looks like ghetto.

Really friendly hotel with a great welcome from Krasimir and Maria. Krasimir has contacts with a ski equipment rental shop where we had a good reduction in charges. Krasimir gave us lifts to the slopes and to a nearby spa - there was a charge for this of course but it made a big difference to our holiday. I would be happy to recommend this hotel to anyone.

More like 2 star hotel, rooms are cold, hot water only on demand, not hot enough and lasts like for 2 minutes, rubbish breakfast, not very friendly staff, no tea facilities, no hair dryers. Good location, cleanliness is OK, wouldn't use it again.

great place to say. simple and cosy rooms. very friendly family. in a quieter and pretty part of town but still easy to get to the gondola (they have a shuttle). roaring fire and traditional decor down stairs. excellent food and enjoyed getting half board. if you are looking for a simple but charming place to stay this is the place! excellent value. would come again!

Room was basic but had everything you need if for a comfortable sleep and shower. breakfast was also basic but satisfying. A stay for 2 lads for 4 nights skiing. Exactly what we were looking for; Veronika was great, really welcoming and helpful. The hotel was comfortable, clean, near the main bars, ski hire shops and gondola, and most importantly for us....cheap! Breakfast was varied everyday and was absolutely fine.

It's a great hotel that I recommend for a stay in Bansko. Great hosts are ready to help with any questions. There is also a snowboard and equipment storage room with a shoe-drying rack, which is great for anyone who comes here in winter for skiing. The main gondola is about a 5-minute walk away only. They also have great breakfasts, and we had daily room cleanup, which is a plus.

At 18.01.2023 i have a great dinner for me and my family. The food was excellent, the steak was brilliant,desserts was very good and the kid’s had few of them. My wife enjoys the fireplace and the wine. From the wine i can recommend Katarzyna Contemplations(Merlo,Malbec). Definitely i will visit the place again.

The location for skiers is superb! From the hotel you can walk to a button lift, then come down the right side of that run to get to the umbrella bar and chair lift, which takes you to the midway gondola station to get to the top :) saves a load of times to get to the slopes each morning as you don't have to queue for an hour or 2 at the bottom gondala station! Great place to stay in Bansko! Cosy rooms that feel like high-end hotel rooms, with nice wooden furniture and beautiful oil paintings, made by the owner. There’s a nice fireplace, the food is delicious, the menu is sufficient and provides options for everyone.
