Very friendly and accommodating staff. The spa center was nice and clean. The gym was surprisingly well-equipped. Decent breakfast options at the buffet. Great stay overall.

It is clean, comfortable, good looking, BUT not well maintained. Some furnitures are dirty, some facilities are broken. It is 3 km away from Bansko and Razlog, near the main road, near a forest and small river.

Very calm and peaceful place. Have a good outdoor pool in the summer with beautiful mountain view. Pet friendly.

Room was comfortable but not clean. There were some food leftovers in fridge and dust on some places. However, hotel stuff were nice and professional and made up for that. There is also a beautiful steam swimming pool inside.

Staff are friendly, the house keeping staff even washed up and made our beds while we were out. The paid WiFi service for rooms though is bad as we struggled to connect to it. The hotel has a storage room for ski and snowboards right near the entrance.

Cold swimming pool and SPA area air temperature was 25 degrees during the winter. Air conditioning system doesn't work- no fresh air and humidity is like 99. Children play zone looks like ghetto.

Good value hotel in a good location if you're in Bansko for the mountain - 5 minutes from the gondola. The rooms were basic but had what we needed. The spa area was amazing - only regret is not using it sooner! We had problems with our hot water - apparently the switch for the room turns off the water heater, and the cleaner kept turning it off during the day so we'd come back to the room with cold...

This hotel has such a wonderful atmosphere.. A really cosy vibe! I just love the bar/shisha area beside the pool, so chilled and relaxing after a long day skiing! I really recommend this place!

Really friendly hotel with a great welcome from Krasimir and Maria. Krasimir has contacts with a ski equipment rental shop where we had a good reduction in charges. Krasimir gave us lifts to the slopes and to a nearby spa - there was a charge for this of course but it made a big difference to our holiday. I would be happy to recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is very good and locates near the centre. In the hotel there is a Turkish restaurant with tasty national cuisine. There are also breakfast included in the cost of a room. More like 2 star hotel, rooms are cold, hot water only on demand, not hot enough and lasts like for 2 minutes, rubbish breakfast, not very friendly staff, no tea facilities, no hair dryers. Good location, cleanliness is OK, wouldn't use it again.

great place to say. simple and cosy rooms. very friendly family. in a quieter and pretty part of town but still easy to get to the gondola (they have a shuttle). roaring fire and traditional decor down stairs. excellent food and enjoyed getting half board. if you are looking for a simple but charming place to stay this is the place! excellent value. would come again!

indeed a family hotel with nice hospitality, a warm atmosphere and a hot sauna. The friendly staff supplied us with all the information we needed and let us check-out late. Room was basic but had everything you need if for a comfortable sleep and shower. breakfast was also basic but satisfying. We booked in under a deal so we don't know the exact prices but from what i see it's definitely cost-effective

Excellent 6 night stay at this lovely warm, comfortable centrally located family hotel. Veronica was very hospitable and full of local knowledge and recommendations. Few minutes walk to the gondola. I was very happy with my stay at Bella Vista! Great clean room with a balcony from which you had a beautiful view of the mountains. The breakfast was of good quality and the selection was sufficient for my needs. Very nice and friendly owners. Overall, very recommendable.

Food monotonous. Wrote that there is a Spa..... lie. There is one room with one drowned and not the pool. Steam room not working, sauna was for 2. In the Jacuzzi the water was half. A lot of little kids 7 brats parents. All the rest, but not rest.

It's a great hotel that I recommend for a stay in Bansko. Great hosts are ready to help with any questions. There is also a snowboard and equipment storage room with a shoe-drying rack, which is great for anyone who comes here in winter for skiing. The main gondola is about a 5-minute walk away only. They also have great breakfasts, and we had daily room cleanup, which is a plus.

From the hotel you can walk to a button lift, then come down the right side of that run to get to the umbrella bar and chair lift, which takes you to the midway gondola station to get to the top :) saves a load of times to get to the slopes each morning as you don't have to queue for an hour or 2 at the bottom gondala station!
