The rooms are very nice and they are in Bansko’s style. In some of the rooms there is a fireplace. The big room for 6 people is awesome, especially if it is a maisonette. All rooms have terrace.

The apartment was spacious, the kitchen was badly stocked, if we had wanted to cook it would have been tricky. Breakfast was OK, but no toast, evening meal again was OK, large portions, but no drinks available- we were told water was only for breakfast, the shuttle bus had been replaced with a car which was fine for 2 of us but would have been a problem for any larger groups. Very nice hotel with clean and spacious rooms, pretty good service! There is SPA centre with one not too big but clean pool, steam bath, sauna, salt room and Turkish bath. Breakfast is enough tasty but not too variety. What is very important for us, there is children room and playground

Probably more of a 3.5, a lot of good things are ruined by silly small things. We had a 3 bedroom appt which was ideal, except you flooded the bathroom s whenever you shower. Poor wet room design. Plus a lick of paint would be welcome. Food was fine without being great and weirdly the bar was not part of the hotel and wanted cash payment if used. Overall a hit, but I doubt you'll see me there again

The best hotel in town for the money. I was there a few times already and my stay was perfect: clean rooms, friendly personal and especially great food. I recommended it to my friends visiting Bulgaria. Hope you try it yourself and for sure you are going to enjoy it!!

Food monotonous. Wrote that there is a Spa..... lie. There is one room with one drowned and not the pool. Steam room not working, sauna was for 2. In the Jacuzzi the water was half. A lot of little kids 7 brats parents. All the rest, but not rest.

I am a stranger in these lands. I had problems with my phone and the staff let me use their computer even though I were no longer a guest, to get help with my accommodation It was months ago but I'm still grateful. It is clean, comfortable, good looking, BUT not well maintained. Some furnitures are dirty, some facilities are broken. It is 3 km away from Bansko and Razlog, near the main road, near a forest and small river.

Room was comfortable but not clean. There were some food leftovers in fridge and dust on some places. However, hotel stuff were nice and professional and made up for that. There is also a beautiful steam swimming pool inside.

Staff are friendly, the house keeping staff even washed up and made our beds while we were out. The paid WiFi service for rooms though is bad as we struggled to connect to it. The hotel has a storage room for ski and snowboards right near the entrance.

Great lower cost hotel, no pool, about 3/4 of a mile from Gondola and main town. Room had nice facilities but I was surprised there was no flat screen TV just old fashioned crt giant TV. I stayed here for a week on a ski holiday in January. The hotel was well maintained kept really warm. The rooms were clean and spacious with almost daily changes of towels and sheets. The only downside was the poor sound insulation between rooms. Earplugs are a must if you are sensitive to noise. Breakfast was self service with both hot and continental options on offer. Cold swimming pool and SPA area air temperature was 25 degrees during the winter. Air conditioning system doesn't work- no fresh air and humidity is like 99. Children play zone looks like ghetto.

A cheap and easy hotel in Bansko. No thrills and breakfast is suspect but you can’t really complain given our room was less than a tenner each per person. You can walk to the ski lift but they provide a free shuttle too.

A 3-star hotel which time turned it into a 2- one. Basic rooms, poor bathroom with leaking problems, overall out-of-date. But, very nice and helpful staff!

We stayed for three nights (two adults, two kids) and were generally happy. Spa was a bit small and the water in the pool could have been a bit warmer, but other than that staff were kind, responded quickly to all our requests while the room was clean and warm (hot even, I had to turn down the heating).

Really friendly hotel with a great welcome from Krasimir and Maria. Krasimir has contacts with a ski equipment rental shop where we had a good reduction in charges. Krasimir gave us lifts to the slopes and to a nearby spa - there was a charge for this of course but it made a big difference to our holiday. I would be happy to recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is very good and locates near the centre. In the hotel there is a Turkish restaurant with tasty national cuisine. There are also breakfast included in the cost of a room. great place to say. simple and cosy rooms. very friendly family. in a quieter and pretty part of town but still easy to get to the gondola (they have a shuttle). roaring fire and traditional decor down stairs. excellent food and enjoyed getting half board. if you are looking for a simple but charming place to stay this is the place! excellent value. would come again!

indeed a family hotel with nice hospitality, a warm atmosphere and a hot sauna. The friendly staff supplied us with all the information we needed and let us check-out late. Room was basic but had everything you need if for a comfortable sleep and shower. breakfast was also basic but satisfying. We booked in under a deal so we don't know the exact prices but from what i see it's definitely cost-effective
