What they may lack in certain features you might want, the staff and service they provide is well worth staying here. We have just returned home from a long weekend and we just want to thank everyone at Mountain View for being so kind and helpful from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. The eggs for breakfast are an absolute must as well! Best I've had in years.

My second trip to Bansko this month, decided to change hotel and was not wrong. This one is perfect for skiing, practically ski out and ski in, just across from the ski road and only a few minutes’ walk to Gondola. There is also ski hire shop. Everything else was also very good. Clean, warm apartment, beautifully decorated. The pool, sauna and Jacuzzi were very warm, just what I need after skiing...

Went here with Bulgarian friends, we are from the Netherlands and the UK. An amazing family run hotel, where we felt warmly welcomed. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable and have a great view of the mountains. The hosts also amazing cooks: lovely breakfast every morning and superb traditional dinner! Thanks!

Lovely Family Run Hotel . Great Hosts. Fabulous room with a perfect balcony with spectacular views of the Mountains. Excellent Breakfast and had dinner a few nights during my stay which was Delicious. Peaceful location but within a short walk to Restaurants, shops and 10 minute walk to the Gondola. Very good hotel. If you expect five start luxury you will not get it here. But the hotel is clean and cozy. And the owners are kind.

Haven't been to Bansko for ages, especially in the summer. The hotel is a lovely surprise. Great view from the apartment, tasty food, friendly staff (bed for my newborn plus extra towels without a problem), nice garden and a spa - what else would you want from a holiday...The hotel is better than expected. It's ok for it's price . Breakfast could be better and the bathroom smelled really aweful but then again the whole village smelled like this so I guess it's not the hotel's problem .

The hotel was very well located, the staff is very nice and welcoming. Breakfast was very nice, but dinner was really not worth the extra money we payed. Another thing that really annoyed us is that you only have 1 pair of towels, and if you want to another one for the spa or something like that - they simply don't have anything to give you!

Great location as it was very close to the gondola and all the bars and restaurants. The food was a bit average and they gave us unlimited beer and wine between 6.30 and 8.30 however it was warm beer and they ran out of red wine at one point so proceeded to give us a bad white wine instead. I am a stranger in these lands. I had problems with my phone and the staff let me use their computer even though I were no longer a guest, to get help with my accommodation It was months ago but I'm still grateful. Its a good hotel, the rooms are good, decorated with wood, my room had its "Own Router" for super fast internet. You wont get a pool and a Jacuzzi for a price like this anywhere else...

Really friendly hotel with a great welcome from Krasimir and Maria. Krasimir has contacts with a ski equipment rental shop where we had a good reduction in charges. Krasimir gave us lifts to the slopes and to a nearby spa - there was a charge for this of course but it made a big difference to our holiday. I would be happy to recommend this hotel to anyone.

I was very happy with my stay at Bella Vista! Great clean room with a balcony from which you had a beautiful view of the mountains. The breakfast was of good quality and the selection was sufficient for my needs. Very nice and friendly owners. Overall, very recommendable.

Cold swimming pool and SPA area air temperature was 25 degrees during the winter. Air conditioning system doesn't work- no fresh air and humidity is like 99. Children play zone looks like ghetto.

The most sweet and lovely hotel. The sisters who manage the hotel are very kind and given worm feeling like we are home. Fulfilled breakfast, just what we need for the day. Room was comfortable but not clean. There were some food leftovers in fridge and dust on some places. However, hotel stuff were nice and professional and made up for that. There is also a beautiful steam swimming pool inside.

Staff are friendly, the house keeping staff even washed up and made our beds while we were out. The paid WiFi service for rooms though is bad as we struggled to connect to it. The hotel has a storage room for ski and snowboards right near the entrance.

The best food we had in Bansko so far. The ingredients are the real thing, and you can feel for sure that they actually prepare and cook everything locally. The decor is traditional but not kitsch. The service is perfect. To summarize, this is a real restaurant that respect itself.

The road to the hotel was under repair and somehow we got there. On both sides of the front door there were two houses with two huge caravans on thick chains that would literally tear us if one of the chains had been broken. Anyway...

It is clean, comfortable, good looking, BUT not well maintained. Some furnitures are dirty, some facilities are broken. It is 3 km away from Bansko and Razlog, near the main road, near a forest and small river.
