Hotels with heated pool in Bansko

This was an Amazing Holiday in Bansko especially in this Hotel. Great Staff in which I also have to mention: Georgi, Mitko, Toni. They were really nice and Professional

The hotel has a pleasant lay out, the breakfast is excellent, the bar is lovely and the food is very good. The spa is good with a small swimming pool, sauna and steam rooms. The only downside is the rooms themselves

The good thing is that it is next to the pool, and the activity park. Also they lets us stay with our dog

The rooms are clean and the location is perfect, giving you peace and quiet, while you are still really close to the town

We felt Home ! Food was Excellent too including also the Breakfast. Keep it up and will definetely return !!

Amazing hotel with great staff who are happy to help. The theme is very cosy and makes you feel at home

Upon arrival at the hotel we arrived around 10pm which was quite late check in was easy enough however the receptionist seemed to like she didn’t want to do any work!!! However cause we paid for half board she offered us some sandwiches to be brought up to the room which was nice we were on the 3rd floor and there is 1 lift which isn’t exactly the quickest the floor motion lights take a while to turn...

Room, and the toilet, or specifically toilet seat, could be much cleaner. Toilet seat had "desinfected" label on it, but was dirty. Cups left by the kettle still had coffee on them🤢

We've been going to this hotel for 10 years and this was the worst cleaning. This year food was much better than last year. Pool is finally fully renovated (last year it was still work in progress)

The staff were nice and helpful. The spa and pool are a great asset too, along with their staff and good priced treatments. Food was very tasty and a good selection, but if you only like uk food it will not be for you

If you only interested in the minimum place to sleep and have breakfast then choose this places to stay, otherwise look somewhere else! The rooms are bare minimum, we booked one room with a double bed and a second room with two single beds, we got two double beds and forced one of the members to sleep on the couch in the living room, the kitchen is empty and you can't cook anything, they give you ...

The breakfast was amazing, the location a 5 minute walk to the gondola, the pool is open in limited hours (its not that great either). It wasn't a good and relaxing experience for us we can't recommend staying there

Perfect venue and amenities, great food. Great view, fresh air and all spa goodies make it a perfect place for a summer or a winter snowy vacation or an stress-free visit 2-3 times a year

The high quality of service is visible everywhere - welcoming staff, spotless clean facilities, amazing food (most of which locally produced). Pool and SPA areas are very relaxing and well maintained

Animation for kids, the pools and how grouped and easy to reach was amazing. The rooms were clean, the view stunning, and the staff very helpful. Very enjoyable stay during hot summer days

Hotel was busy, but plenty of space to sun worship or take a dip in one of its several pools. Staff on the ball and nice and clear

For me it was lovely to have the pool and sauna and a place that was out of town and away from the noisy nightclubs so that we always slept well. Our favorite restaurants were The House and Leonardo

The town of Bansko has grown a lot since I last visited 13 years ago and has a good selection of excellent restaurants and great Apres ski, virtually every venue we went to has some kind of live music at some point in the evening

After reading the reviews on trip advisor I was worried about the trip that I had planned to Razlog, but I was really impressed when I arrived. This hotel has had a refurb and the rooms were of good quality

They were clean comfortable and very warm. The photos are accurate it is a lovely place and of a much higher standard that some places I have stayed in whilst skiing in the alps

The staff is very polite, predominantly from Asia, and the housekeepers even cleaned the children's playground, which is a commendable hotel policy! There are many well-built playgrounds for children, and the large area of the complex allows for pleasant walks

As we stayed during one of the hottest weeks of the year, the room temperature was 28 degrees Celsius and there was no air conditioning. However, it was cool outside at night, and the open window allowed for normal sleep

The food was delicious and nutritious with dozens of varieties to choose from. The temperature in the whole hotel was perfect, even for babies and toddlers

In our room, the balcony door was loose and could have fallen at any moment, and the light bulb in the bathroom wasn't working, but it was replaced promptly

There are 3 warm water pools in perfect condition, with a view! The inside pool is big, well maintained, and has perfect temperature. Our family really enjoyed our stay in this wonderful place

The rooms are comfortable and spacious. To the city center to go 15-20 minutes. The hotel has fast WiFi, free bus to the lifts, Luggage storage inventory. There is a swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath

Nice hotel with good spa and pool but not so clean rooms

Very large clean rooms. Swimming pool - spa for max 10 persons. Only one elevator. Small breakfast room. Nothing to do except spa. Not even a desent bar. Very far from the center. Just for a sleep.

What are the disadvantages were seen: 1) the Cleaning was done so himself (on the first day, in General, a dead bug lying on the floor), the bed refueled so that I would not have ran at all 2) the Hairdryer did not work properly (turns off after ~30 seconds of work) 3) the water Pressure in the shower leaves much to be desired Overall, the hotel is fully justified

Lovely hotel about 25min walk from the gondola area, clean rooms mostly friendly staff, cleaners are lovely (1 was super helpful every day and went beyond the call of duty due to a friend - dont ask) lovely views

At the reception given bathrobes and Slippers. The food is tasty, left a good impression. + Beautiful view from the window. Very polite, English speaking staff

Many facilities including pool table, pinball machine, Olympic style swimming pool, sauna. Jacuzzi massage parlour, bar and restaurant. There is also a FREE shuttle bus service which runs constantly throughout the day

Very comfortable and large reception area. There is a ski shop in the spa centre which even does training as well as equipment hire. We came for a month in mid February

Mosr of the staff spoke good English, and the Bulgarian people were very helpful and always smiling. Definitely recommend this centre

There was still plenty of snow on the piste, but the sun never stopped shining. Wonderful Holiday, and revived us all for our return

This is a top class complex simula to the Dorchester in London but at 1/3 of the price

Stayed there for a company event. Rooms were very nice decorated and clean. Restaurant is well organized and the food is tasty. Very nice and flexible personnel. The hotel manager was always there when we needed her

It is clean, comfortable, good looking, BUT not well maintained. Some furnitures are dirty, some facilities are broken. It is 3 km away from Bansko and Razlog, near the main road, near a forest and small river.

Perfect place for rest. It's quaet and peacefull. The barthender from pollbar is awesome.

We have 6 children who all managed to find something despite being fussy! The pool is enormous and the dis facilities were great

The free shuttle bus to and from the ski gondola was a god send and the drivers always remembered whose skis were who’d and even who was still up the mountain! A super cheap bar and comfy sofa area to relax in

What a fantastic hotel! At first glance a little more basic than we expected but the facilities and staff made it exceptional. We stayed in a 6 person apartment and a 2 person room which was a great size

The sofa bed was not great but the beds were all really comfy and the bathrooms/ en suites were great. There was a great range of food both breakfast and dinner

Then we ate dinner which was included, and what a shock. So few choices and food was rarely if ever refreshed. Guests were left waiting as the two main dishes, Margherita pizza and tomato pasta were gone

The location of the hotel also appears to be in a weird location. The direct path to the town seems blocked off and yiu have to take a detour rather than a direct route. Not a big problem but strange

Cold swimming pool and SPA area air temperature was 25 degrees during the winter. Air conditioning system doesn't work- no fresh air and humidity is like 99. Children play zone looks like ghetto.

It's not bad. The personal is OK, but the food is not that good. I personally like the rooms - they are big and good looking. For winter this place is amazing!

The poll was warm but with to much chlore the apartment wasnt so clean. The food was very good. The waiters were not so polite. Passable. Although the price was good

Cheap (went during off season), nice location, pool was good, otherwise fairly average. Our room had white "curtains" and it was very bright outside at night. The place was obviously built in a rush

Free shuttle to the ski complex and only 10 minute walk into the superb Bansko. Great friendly service and food quality. Special shout out to Bobby the bartender, really top bloke and fantastic service

The upstairs bar is a lot quieter, their happy hour cocktails were very good and the views are beautiful at sunset from there. Overall the hotel, facilities and staff were 10/10 and I would definitely stay there again

We have just come back from a 7 night stay at this hotel. We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was huge, very clean , modern and warm. We were lucky to have 2 separate balconies that over looked the mountains

The food was buffet style for breakfast and dinner. You could also order off the menu. There was a great deal of choice and it tasted amazing. The staff were very lovely and helpful in the restaurant

Both rooms also had dish soap, a tea towel and dish cloth provided although I had brought my own along with dishwasher tabs. Plenty of cupboard space for food

You can’t see your streaming tv. Please at the spa, when you see 5 kids playing like crazy at the indoor pool, stop them, the sound was just crazy. Why do you wait I have to tell you ?!?

The rooms are nice and clean and there is a really great restaurant, serving different meals everyday. The only problem is that in order to get to the outdoor pool, you need to cross the main road

The staff barely speaks English. The giant spa area with circuit of many saunas, Hammam, Steam bath, warm pool with jet strong yet, jacuzzi. Very clean , always someone dry the floor

We come here every year for 12 years now and we love it! It feels like home. 😌 We really like the thing that there is a big pool and a bigger spa center.

Meanwhile, the kids enjoyed the pool and playing in the playground. we couldn’t have asked for more!

We had a wonderful stay! The room was clean and the staff were exceptionally polite and always willing to help. They suggested activities to do in the area and places worth visiting, which really enhanced our experience

Helpfull and polite employees. It was clean, they served great food. We also liked the terraced garden to hang out in the afternoon after a bath in the pool. Just 15 minutes walk to the gondola.

The wi_fi was poor in the room, we only had a connection by the door. It was disappointing that drinks were not served at dinner_ at least water would have been nice. The main reason we chose your hotel was for the meals

One negative comment regarding the staff was 1 member who didn;t believe my husband was a student even after he showed his student (it;s his second university); but the reaction was bizarre and unprofessional

complaints: we are a married couple and got twin beds which kept separating in the middle. The food at dinner 1 night was cold. There was no room cleaning 1 day

The is a small indoor pool adjacent to lobby area and also a British style downstairs. All in all, it's an ok place for a short stay and a limited budget

Everything else was also very good. Clean, warm apartment, beautifully decorated. The pool, sauna and Jacuzzi were very warm, just what I need after skiing

There were board games available for entertainment at the table. Kids loved the pool before dinner; jacuzzi wasn’t available, or fitness room due to Covid

Prices for food and drink close to the gondola are far more than at the hotel - £40 for 5 Subway sandwiches compared to around £2-4 for a meal at the hotel! I’m sure if you were looking for small imperfections you could find them, but focusing on what is important to us, everything was spot on and we had a fantastic holiday

We had two apartments as we are a family of 5 booking at the last minute. We booked half board and are so glad we did. Good, home cooked food at ridiculously low prices meant our skiing holiday was excellent value

This hotel is very good and its location is perfect. You cross a pathway through a little forests and you are on the ski slope to the Gondola. The apartment was quite spacious with high comfortable mattress

Spa was great, swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi worked fine only the Turkish bath was off. They also worked out all our requests

Large apartments with all you might need inside. The aparthotel is very close to the cabin lift and slope #1 so basically you can ski to your room

Clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff, very close to the gondola and the main boulevard

Descent price/performance ratio. Very close to the gondola. No lifts for upper floors. Spa at the basement is good for after ski relaxation.
