Very comfortable and large reception area. There is a ski shop in the spa centre which even does training as well as equipment hire. We came for a month in mid February

Mosr of the staff spoke good English, and the Bulgarian people were very helpful and always smiling. Definitely recommend this centre

There was still plenty of snow on the piste, but the sun never stopped shining. Wonderful Holiday, and revived us all for our return

This is a top class complex simula to the Dorchester in London but at 1/3 of the price

Hotel is in a quiet area, not really close to the old center, or to the base station of the cable, but a shuttle is available. The room was ok, we appreciate that towels were changed every day

We had a very pleasant stay. We were welcomed by friendly staff. Compliments to the Chefs for the excellent food.

Awesome staff,everyone is friendly and helpful. Head chef is great as well,best cheesecake. Spa center has more than enough facilities,although the pool is a bit smaller compared to the competition

It was weird not to have a single drawer or cabinet to store clothes in the bedrooms, but it was placed in the hallway where it's not convenient for two families to store clothes together

Still the double bedroom apartment was sizeable and clean. It was weird that none of them staff greeted anyone even though I kept saying good night or good morning

My assigned double bedroom apartment room was in the "old" quarters - didn't look like advertised at their site and amenities were old

4/5 hotel, the food was very good with alot to choose from. Snack bar was ok but could of done with more options. Good location 👌

Everything else was also very good. Clean, warm apartment, beautifully decorated. The pool, sauna and Jacuzzi were very warm, just what I need after skiing

Very enjoyable holiday in Bansko and Mountain View Our second ski break in Bansko this season. We love Bansko, we always find time to come and ski here while we are in Bulgaria on work

My second trip to Bansko this month, decided to change hotel and was not wrong. This one is perfect for skiing, practically ski out and ski in, just across from the ski road and only a few minutes’ walk to Gondola

This hotel is very good and its location is perfect. You cross a pathway through a little forests and you are on the ski slope to the Gondola. The apartment was quite spacious with high comfortable mattress

Very good service at a reasonable price. The location is very convenient as you can rent your skis from the hotel and simply walk to the slope which is one minute away and the ski to the gondola station

Staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel and apartment were very clean and warm. We used their ski hire shop and found the services good there as well

There’s so much to love in Lucky Bansko. I don’t even know where to begin! From the luxury SPA procedures to the evening room service with goodnight chocolate - it is a place of pure sweetness and delight

Amazing hotel. Has everything for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Excellent pool and Spa complex. Shuttle service to the ski lifts and to the top. Great Breakfast. Cozy room with mini kitchen. Overall was very pleased.

The indoor pools were warm, clean, and set in an opulent atmosphere that made us feel fancy indeed. Can say the same for the in-house restaurant, which also offers plenty of diet-friendly options for the freaks like me

Relative big swimming pool, gently service. In the restaurant, there is no free clear water for drinking and must bez payed. Coffee automat always overloaded (if working), somet parts of meal wchich is empty is no supply

It's also got a swimming pool, steam room, sauna, and such, so you can recover the coldest day. There's paid parking available, but I always find free parking spots at the back of the hotel

Casa Karina is a nice hotel in Bansko, with spacious clean rooms. Very good breakfast and dinner. Also there is a nice swimming pool available along with a sauna and steam bath

Large apartment (free upgrade from suite, courtesy of booking gold membership). Very nice view of the pool and the mountains. Fresh air and cool breeze are welcome after a week of roasting on the beach

Its a good hotel, the rooms are good, decorated with wood, my room had its "Own Router" for super fast internet. You wont get a pool and a Jacuzzi for a price like this anywhere else in Bulgaria, not just Bansko

Really nice hotel with nice and spacious rooms. The pool and jacuzzi was hot and clean. In wintertime when the sauna will work it will be nice. Overall it's a hotel worth visiting.

The spa was quite large and the pool was a great warm temperature

Still there are a lot of kids' activities taking place at the hotel's grounds - we took advantage of the free horse ride, but there were many others as well

Outside there is a large pool that must be ideal for the summer. Rooms are a good size and are well equipped

For breakfast the choice is plentiful and fresh, the evening meal was also very good but the meat was just a little overcooked for my personal choice, but that is not uncommon for Bulgaria

What did impress me was that both for dinner and breakfast there was plenty of space to seat everyone, even though the hotel was full. All the staff were polite and friendly

The good thing is that it is next to the pool, and the activity park. Also they lets us stay with our dog

A quite nice hotel that definitely needs renovation! The rooms are spacious bit outdated, the mattresses are quite old and the couch is really hard, my daughter woke up in pain

Be careful if you decide to visit it during summer, there is no air conditioning at all in the hotel nor in the rooms. We were on the 6th floor and the rooms were like a sauna

Unique atmosphere, excellent view, quick access to the mountains, clean air, lots of activities and great SPA center. Ideal place to be for a memorable vacation. It's luxurious, but prices are reasonable

Terrible bed but great breakfast at the hotel. The spa is great and includes many good areas and alternatives, I really enjoyed it prior to Saturday when it became crowded to the point I preferred to avoid it.

The only remark that I have this year (compared to the years before as we are their guests for more than 7 years) is about the food - the breakfast and dinner offering is like 3 stars hotel

There is no full size mirror in the room. The food is very good. The service is excellent.

The rooms are comfortable and spacious. To the city center to go 15-20 minutes. The hotel has fast WiFi, free bus to the lifts, Luggage storage inventory. There is a swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath

Very large clean rooms. Swimming pool - spa for max 10 persons. Only one elevator. Small breakfast room. Nothing to do except spa. Not even a desent bar. Very far from the center. Just for a sleep.

What are the disadvantages were seen: 1) the Cleaning was done so himself (on the first day, in General, a dead bug lying on the floor), the bed refueled so that I would not have ran at all 2) the Hairdryer did not work properly (turns off after ~30 seconds of work) 3) the water Pressure in the shower leaves much to be desired Overall, the hotel is fully justified

Lovely hotel about 25min walk from the gondola area, clean rooms mostly friendly staff, cleaners are lovely (1 was super helpful every day and went beyond the call of duty due to a friend - dont ask) lovely views

In contrast to grand hotel bansko, very relaxed atmosphere, you can see the people having fun everywhere thought the hotel, the spa and pools are standard not too fancy or anything, one steam bath one sauna, 2 outside pools and one inside with hot tub

Outdoor pool should be a little more heated given the fact that it's on a moutain and the temperatures are not that high and it's not always comfortable

Most of the staff is generous, but there should be more employees especially in the restaurant bar. The pools and spa center are great

There was a group of kids on a trip in the hotel, they had different eating hours, but they were loud at times and I think the hotel shouldn't give offers to schools for this kind of trips

Cold swimming pool and SPA area air temperature was 25 degrees during the winter. Air conditioning system doesn't work- no fresh air and humidity is like 99. Children play zone looks like ghetto.

It's not bad. The personal is OK, but the food is not that good. I personally like the rooms - they are big and good looking. For winter this place is amazing!

The poll was warm but with to much chlore the apartment wasnt so clean. The food was very good. The waiters were not so polite. Passable. Although the price was good

Me and my girlfriend came to stay here for 2 weeks. Had a lovely time here! The room was spacious, bed was a bit hard but not too bad, pillows werent great but again not too bad

Despite having a full kitchen there's no cooking utensils so a bit useless. The spa space is clean and pleasant with a hot pool, a small swimming pool, two saunas and a steam room

Room and hotel was nice and clean, rooms are extremely hot so I would recommend turning your heating off when you arrive the heating from the rest of the hotel will keep your room warm

it was really hot there but once we figured out how to put the heating off it was fine. Location was brilliant not too far from the gondola and the main street

The pool jacuzzi and sauna was perfect after a day on the slopes! We did have a few times where there was a unruly family in there splashing in the pool and getting our stuff soaked which was annoying but we just made sure we went there when there were no kids as its open until 9 at night

It is clean, comfortable, good looking, BUT not well maintained. Some furnitures are dirty, some facilities are broken. It is 3 km away from Bansko and Razlog, near the main road, near a forest and small river.

Perfect place for rest. It's quaet and peacefull. The barthender from pollbar is awesome.

Helpfull and polite employees. It was clean, they served great food. We also liked the terraced garden to hang out in the afternoon after a bath in the pool. Just 15 minutes walk to the gondola.

The staff is very polite and helpful. You can buy your lift pass on the reception and not wait on the gondola. There are many SPA facilities and the food is very good
