We’ve stayed here several times with our family and absolutely love this place. The rooms are clean, the service is excellent, and the location is great with an amazing view

There was a stove, sink and (empty) mini fridge. Good enough for me but nothing to write home about. == Food == 5/5 The breakfast was amazing. Quite possibly the best hotel breakfast I've ever had

The bathroom is nice and the bathtub itself was roomy enough for two people. Plenty of hot water as well which I personally love. The bathroom trashcan hadn't be emptied when we arrived

There was a lot of variety and to my surprise, everything was fresh. We stumbled upon a "Greek night" apparently and ate greek food. == Staff == 4/5 The staff were cool

Friendly staff and comfortable apartments. Free Wi-Fi everywhere and fantastic views. There is an indoor pool and jacuzzi, a games room and a gym. Highly recommended.

Large apartment (free upgrade from suite, courtesy of booking gold membership). Very nice view of the pool and the mountains. Fresh air and cool breeze are welcome after a week of roasting on the beach

The staff are all friendly and helpful. Our room got cleaned every day. The spa is just amazing especially the relaxing room with the heated spa bed and automatic soothing music. Food was very delicious and fresh

Staff couldn't be more helpful. Bus to lifts very handy, but note they leave from the carpark to the left of the gondola exit, not the main bus bit. Eaten in both restaurants so far and both are great

You can find many amenities here. Playroom for kids with local babysitter. Spa and pool - world-class level. You also have 3 restaurants in the perimeter, one of which is the hotel's dining room

Grand Hotel Bansko exceeded all expectations! The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The entire hotel is spotless, and the staff are friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cool

The food was fantastic, with a variety of options that change 3-4 times a day—always fresh and high-quality. The spa is amazing, and the lounge bar is a great place to unwind

Staff was friendly and fast acting, buffet was perfect everytime. Rooms are spacious and in good condition. Equipment rental isn't expensive and most of it is branded ( Burton, Salomon, Atomic etc)

It was weird not to have a single drawer or cabinet to store clothes in the bedrooms, but it was placed in the hallway where it's not convenient for two families to store clothes together

The good thing is that it is next to the pool, and the activity park. Also they lets us stay with our dog

Be careful if you decide to visit it during summer, there is no air conditioning at all in the hotel nor in the rooms. We were on the 6th floor and the rooms were like a sauna

Old fashioned hotel, spa lacks a little bit. Great staff and decent meals, the biggest bonus is that the hotel located really close to city center and the gondola which makes things easy.

Relative big swimming pool, gently service. In the restaurant, there is no free clear water for drinking and must bez payed. Coffee automat always overloaded (if working), somet parts of meal wchich is empty is no supply

Casa Karina is a nice hotel in Bansko, with spacious clean rooms. Very good breakfast and dinner. Also there is a nice swimming pool available along with a sauna and steam bath

With all the great options the town has to offer, I'd go out for dinner though. Very neat spa and pool, but could be better maintained

We visited it mainly for the SPA facilities, which are exceptional. The breakfast and dinner are also good - plenty of delicious food for everyone. The rooms are good size with a large bed, but no air conditioner

You can go for a walk in the area or you can visit the Veterans Hut which is around 4 km from the hotel

Outdoor pool should be a little more heated given the fact that it's on a moutain and the temperatures are not that high and it's not always comfortable

In contrast to grand hotel bansko, very relaxed atmosphere, you can see the people having fun everywhere thought the hotel, the spa and pools are standard not too fancy or anything, one steam bath one sauna, 2 outside pools and one inside with hot tub

Most of the staff is generous, but there should be more employees especially in the restaurant bar. The pools and spa center are great

There was a group of kids on a trip in the hotel, they had different eating hours, but they were loud at times and I think the hotel shouldn't give offers to schools for this kind of trips

The pros definatelly outweigh the cons of this hotel. It's a great hotel for couples or families at a great price and you shouldn't hesitate to go there

Unique atmosphere, excellent view, quick access to the mountains, clean air, lots of activities and great SPA center. Ideal place to be for a memorable vacation. It's luxurious, but prices are reasonable

The guest house has a spa center and an amazing typical Bulgarian restaurant-Mehana. The room was clean with incredible view. The breakfast has various dishes which are appropriate for every taste preference

Its a good hotel, the rooms are good, decorated with wood, my room had its "Own Router" for super fast internet. You wont get a pool and a Jacuzzi for a price like this anywhere else in Bulgaria, not just Bansko

The room was very big and clean. We really liked that the towels and sheets were changed daily and we always found the room clean every day. The location is perfect, 5 min walk to the Gondola

The rooms are comfortable and spacious. To the city center to go 15-20 minutes. The hotel has fast WiFi, free bus to the lifts, Luggage storage inventory. There is a swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath

Very large clean rooms. Swimming pool - spa for max 10 persons. Only one elevator. Small breakfast room. Nothing to do except spa. Not even a desent bar. Very far from the center. Just for a sleep.

What are the disadvantages were seen: 1) the Cleaning was done so himself (on the first day, in General, a dead bug lying on the floor), the bed refueled so that I would not have ran at all 2) the Hairdryer did not work properly (turns off after ~30 seconds of work) 3) the water Pressure in the shower leaves much to be desired Overall, the hotel is fully justified

Lovely hotel about 25min walk from the gondola area, clean rooms mostly friendly staff, cleaners are lovely (1 was super helpful every day and went beyond the call of duty due to a friend - dont ask) lovely views

Many facilities including pool table, pinball machine, Olympic style swimming pool, sauna. Jacuzzi massage parlour, bar and restaurant. There is also a FREE shuttle bus service which runs constantly throughout the day

I live across the street in the aspen resort. In Terre small outdoor swimming pool, a lot of people. Their car Park in principle, there is, by contrast, can be cleaned only a few cars

Stayed there for a company event. Rooms were very nice decorated and clean. Restaurant is well organized and the food is tasty. Very nice and flexible personnel. The hotel manager was always there when we needed her

Best place as base to ski in Bansko. Not in the center but it's better because is very calm. Tried the full body massage and the spa, very good! Breakfast is normal (I'm Italian) but it's standard.

It is clean, comfortable, good looking, BUT not well maintained. Some furnitures are dirty, some facilities are broken. It is 3 km away from Bansko and Razlog, near the main road, near a forest and small river.

It was also nice to have a fully equipped kitchen so we could cook whatever we liked for ourselves and not depend on deliveries in plastic bags and containers. If the place gets renovated they surely will see us back

Now, ten years later, everything is still the same. Which means that ten years of wear and tear have passed. The villas need urgent attention! There were a few good things during our stay, nevertheless

We have been there from 3 to 9 January. Very clean and nice apartment. Very good food and variated food, the swimming pool is big and the water is always warm and good for swimming. The employees were above expectations

They have jacuzzi, pool, massage, gym and more. They are a bit far walking to the gondola, but they provide free shuttles there so it's not a problem. Not Kosher for anyone who minds. They also helped me with booking

I was trying to extend my time in the hotel, so I ordered from booking an extra 5 days. Things didn't work out with the flight. Booking wanted 300£ just to cancel ( it was one hour later)

So they talked to them in the phone and helped me to cancel the cancellation fee. I WILL go to this hotel again next time I visit Bansko

The location is on the outskirts, but Bansko isn't that big and it would take about 20-25 min to get to the centre of the town on foot

Me and my girlfriend came to stay here for 2 weeks. Had a lovely time here! The room was spacious, bed was a bit hard but not too bad, pillows werent great but again not too bad

We had a great time staying at Elegant Lux, clean and spacious rooms, nice breakfast, pool and sauna. The hotel have a shuttle to the gondola which is relatively close anyways

Room and hotel was nice and clean, rooms are extremely hot so I would recommend turning your heating off when you arrive the heating from the rest of the hotel will keep your room warm

it was really hot there but once we figured out how to put the heating off it was fine. Location was brilliant not too far from the gondola and the main street

The pool jacuzzi and sauna was perfect after a day on the slopes! We did have a few times where there was a unruly family in there splashing in the pool and getting our stuff soaked which was annoying but we just made sure we went there when there were no kids as its open until 9 at night

Cold swimming pool and SPA area air temperature was 25 degrees during the winter. Air conditioning system doesn't work- no fresh air and humidity is like 99. Children play zone looks like ghetto.

My second trip to Bansko this month, decided to change hotel and was not wrong. This one is perfect for skiing, practically ski out and ski in, just across from the ski road and only a few minutes’ walk to Gondola

Everything else was also very good. Clean, warm apartment, beautifully decorated. The pool, sauna and Jacuzzi were very warm, just what I need after skiing

This hotel is very good and its location is perfect. You cross a pathway through a little forests and you are on the ski slope to the Gondola. The apartment was quite spacious with high comfortable mattress

Very good service at a reasonable price. The location is very convenient as you can rent your skis from the hotel and simply walk to the slope which is one minute away and the ski to the gondola station

Very enjoyable holiday in Bansko and Mountain View Our second ski break in Bansko this season. We love Bansko, we always find time to come and ski here while we are in Bulgaria on work

We stayed for 7 nights was a very clean room and bathroom. They clean and arrange the room daily, very nice and helpfull staff, very warm during the night, hot water after the skisession. Decent sauna, pool and jacuzzi

Dinner is traditional and continental Staff are welcoming and ready to assist you. There is a shuttle service to the gondola but a brisk walk only takes 5 minutes to get there. I recommend this hotel without hesitation

In fact a member of the group asked for a cab to go to a spa but as one wasn't available the hotel staff dropped them off free of charge. We would definitely stay here again if we come back

A group of 18 of us booked this place for 5 night for our ski holiday. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Location is great as its very close to the Gondola and all the ski shops

I have stayed in this hotel for at least eleven times since 2011. The hotel is comfortable, clean and has a great spa. Breakfast is plentiful and varied

It's also within walking distance of all the bars and restaurants. The breakfast wasn't bad but not too much variety. Customer service was exceptional
