Hotels with heated pool in Bansko

Upon arrival at the hotel we arrived around 10pm which was quite late check in was easy enough however the receptionist seemed to like she didn’t want to do any work!!! However cause we paid for half board she offered us some sandwiches to be brought up to the room which was nice we were on the 3rd floor and there is 1 lift which isn’t exactly the quickest the floor motion lights take a while to turn...

Room, and the toilet, or specifically toilet seat, could be much cleaner. Toilet seat had "desinfected" label on it, but was dirty. Cups left by the kettle still had coffee on them🤢

We've been going to this hotel for 10 years and this was the worst cleaning. This year food was much better than last year. Pool is finally fully renovated (last year it was still work in progress)

The staff were nice and helpful. The spa and pool are a great asset too, along with their staff and good priced treatments. Food was very tasty and a good selection, but if you only like uk food it will not be for you

If you only interested in the minimum place to sleep and have breakfast then choose this places to stay, otherwise look somewhere else! The rooms are bare minimum, we booked one room with a double bed and a second room with two single beds, we got two double beds and forced one of the members to sleep on the couch in the living room, the kitchen is empty and you can't cook anything, they give you ...

The breakfast was amazing, the location a 5 minute walk to the gondola, the pool is open in limited hours (its not that great either). It wasn't a good and relaxing experience for us we can't recommend staying there

Wonderful location and stunning view, spacious studios and nice spa and outside pool. Staff is friendly and the food - amazing! The chef pays personal attention to every client

The food is great. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are clean, they change everyday your towels and give you what you need. Definitely will come back.

We come here every year for 12 years now and we love it! It feels like home. 😌 We really like the thing that there is a big pool and a bigger spa center.

Meanwhile, the kids enjoyed the pool and playing in the playground. we couldn’t have asked for more!

Such a wonderful place in the heart of Bulgaria. Exceptional buffet with high quality service from the staff. But the SPA is the place where the hotel really shines. All kinds of saunas, pools, steam baths etc

For me it was lovely to have the pool and sauna and a place that was out of town and away from the noisy nightclubs so that we always slept well. Our favorite restaurants were The House and Leonardo

The town of Bansko has grown a lot since I last visited 13 years ago and has a good selection of excellent restaurants and great Apres ski, virtually every venue we went to has some kind of live music at some point in the evening

After reading the reviews on trip advisor I was worried about the trip that I had planned to Razlog, but I was really impressed when I arrived. This hotel has had a refurb and the rooms were of good quality

They were clean comfortable and very warm. The photos are accurate it is a lovely place and of a much higher standard that some places I have stayed in whilst skiing in the alps

This was an Amazing Holiday in Bansko especially in this Hotel. Great Staff in which I also have to mention: Georgi, Mitko, Toni. They were really nice and Professional

The hotel has a pleasant lay out, the breakfast is excellent, the bar is lovely and the food is very good. The spa is good with a small swimming pool, sauna and steam rooms. The only downside is the rooms themselves

The good thing is that it is next to the pool, and the activity park. Also they lets us stay with our dog

We stayed at Katarino Spa Hotel in Razlog, Bulgaria for just one night, and honestly, we wished we had extended our stay

We visited for a second time and didn't leave disappointed! Everything was perfect. Clean rooms, spa and pools, perfect service and very nice hotel staff. And the food is great too with a lot of locally produced products

The staff is very polite, predominantly from Asia, and the housekeepers even cleaned the children's playground, which is a commendable hotel policy! There are many well-built playgrounds for children, and the large area of the complex allows for pleasant walks

There are 3 warm water pools in perfect condition, with a view! The inside pool is big, well maintained, and has perfect temperature. Our family really enjoyed our stay in this wonderful place

We had a 2 day vacation in the hotel. First of all , all areas we saw were cleaned (even some ladies were non-stop moping water near the inside pool)

The view from every corner is amazing and breathtaking! We did a shuttle tour around the golf court, and it was mesmerizing! Our kid had lots of playgrounds to choose from - bouncy castle, inside playground, outside playgrounds, kids cinema

As we stayed during one of the hottest weeks of the year, the room temperature was 28 degrees Celsius and there was no air conditioning. However, it was cool outside at night, and the open window allowed for normal sleep

One of the best things we noticed was the STAFF! EVERYONE was kind, polite, with a smile, always ready to help or cooperate. The personnel always had an eye out for all of our needs

Very large clean rooms. Swimming pool - spa for max 10 persons. Only one elevator. Small breakfast room. Nothing to do except spa. Not even a desent bar. Very far from the center. Just for a sleep.

What are the disadvantages were seen: 1) the Cleaning was done so himself (on the first day, in General, a dead bug lying on the floor), the bed refueled so that I would not have ran at all 2) the Hairdryer did not work properly (turns off after ~30 seconds of work) 3) the water Pressure in the shower leaves much to be desired Overall, the hotel is fully justified

Lovely hotel about 25min walk from the gondola area, clean rooms mostly friendly staff, cleaners are lovely (1 was super helpful every day and went beyond the call of duty due to a friend - dont ask) lovely views

It is clean, comfortable, good looking, BUT not well maintained. Some furnitures are dirty, some facilities are broken. It is 3 km away from Bansko and Razlog, near the main road, near a forest and small river.

Perfect place for rest. It's quaet and peacefull. The barthender from pollbar is awesome.

Christmas meal which was supposed to be special, actually was not. The pool was clean, at good temperature but with too much chlorine (it smelled more than usual at least)

There was still plenty of snow on the piste, but the sun never stopped shining. Wonderful Holiday, and revived us all for our return

We had a two-day family break there, at Christmas in a really spacious two-room apartment. We enjoyed the extra space and the view to the mountains. We paid for half board so we ate dinner as well as breakfast

Very comfortable and large reception area. There is a ski shop in the spa centre which even does training as well as equipment hire. We came for a month in mid February

The hotel was clean, the service was good but the food was always cold no matter the time. It's a pity because the food was fresh and well prepared. The desserts were not varied and a bit disappointing

I live across the street in the aspen resort. In Terre small outdoor swimming pool, a lot of people. Their car Park in principle, there is, by contrast, can be cleaned only a few cars

Cold swimming pool and SPA area air temperature was 25 degrees during the winter. Air conditioning system doesn't work- no fresh air and humidity is like 99. Children play zone looks like ghetto.

Me and my girlfriend came to stay here for 2 weeks. Had a lovely time here! The room was spacious, bed was a bit hard but not too bad, pillows werent great but again not too bad

Despite having a full kitchen there's no cooking utensils so a bit useless. The spa space is clean and pleasant with a hot pool, a small swimming pool, two saunas and a steam room

Room and hotel was nice and clean, rooms are extremely hot so I would recommend turning your heating off when you arrive the heating from the rest of the hotel will keep your room warm

it was really hot there but once we figured out how to put the heating off it was fine. Location was brilliant not too far from the gondola and the main street

The pool jacuzzi and sauna was perfect after a day on the slopes! We did have a few times where there was a unruly family in there splashing in the pool and getting our stuff soaked which was annoying but we just made sure we went there when there were no kids as its open until 9 at night

We have been there from 3 to 9 January. Very clean and nice apartment. Very good food and variated food, the swimming pool is big and the water is always warm and good for swimming. The employees were above expectations

The rooms are very comfy and very clean. Spa and swimming pool was great, but they dont change dirty towels and i didnt see lifeguard. Food and stuff was ok, but can be better

First impressions were good although there is no reference to parklands hotel and pool, which is what we booked, it's actually parklands aparthotel. The rooms are really great no complaints at all so far

The location of the hotel is great and everything is clean and comfy. Free transfer to and from the gondola with Mak Mak who is a great guy. Kids are very loud at the pool area and the jacuzzi is occupied for very long

We stayed for 7 nights was a very clean room and bathroom. They clean and arrange the room daily, very nice and helpfull staff, very warm during the night, hot water after the skisession. Decent sauna, pool and jacuzzi

Dinner is traditional and continental Staff are welcoming and ready to assist you. There is a shuttle service to the gondola but a brisk walk only takes 5 minutes to get there. I recommend this hotel without hesitation

In fact a member of the group asked for a cab to go to a spa but as one wasn't available the hotel staff dropped them off free of charge. We would definitely stay here again if we come back

A group of 18 of us booked this place for 5 night for our ski holiday. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Location is great as its very close to the Gondola and all the ski shops

I have stayed in this hotel for at least eleven times since 2011. The hotel is comfortable, clean and has a great spa. Breakfast is plentiful and varied

It's also within walking distance of all the bars and restaurants. The breakfast wasn't bad but not too much variety. Customer service was exceptional

The jacuzzi, the sauna, the hamman and the very large pool, not forgetting the small fishes taking care of your feet or massages, help you relaxing before the dinner

The children enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna and played pool every night. We all enjoyed the food and the service was good

Excellent accommodation! We had a large two bedrooms apartment, which included two bathrooms and a huge livingroom. It had a balcony with lovely views, which allowed the smokers in the group to stay close

Free shuttle to the ski complex and only 10 minute walk into the superb Bansko. Great friendly service and food quality. Special shout out to Bobby the bartender, really top bloke and fantastic service

They had a good shuttle bus service going to the ski slopes every morning and returning in the afternoon, but if you just want to take a walk, the hotel is relatively close to the gondola

Then three places with a different ambiance offer drinks till middle of the night without disturbing the rest of other hosts. Service is perfect, efficient and helpful

A special mention from is for Nelly in the restaurant, who went beyond the generic, and made sure our selection was adjusted, adapted, and fitting for our group, both kids and parents, and who was also very helpful for the wine and food pairing

The hotel is very nice for families. They had variety of things for breakfast and it is until 11am, which is perfect! We had 2 weekends there. The SPA is very modern, rooms are clean and nice

This hotel is very good and its location is perfect. You cross a pathway through a little forests and you are on the ski slope to the Gondola. The apartment was quite spacious with high comfortable mattress

Great apartment Hotel, located at very good spot, great at summer and also great at Winter, really close to ski road, so you can almost do ski-out , just go over the road and put your ski on.

What they may lack in certain features you might want, the staff and service they provide is well worth staying here

Helpfull and polite employees. It was clean, they served great food. We also liked the terraced garden to hang out in the afternoon after a bath in the pool. Just 15 minutes walk to the gondola.

One negative comment regarding the staff was 1 member who didn;t believe my husband was a student even after he showed his student (it;s his second university); but the reaction was bizarre and unprofessional

complaints: we are a married couple and got twin beds which kept separating in the middle. The food at dinner 1 night was cold. There was no room cleaning 1 day
