The apartment was spacious and functional, offering plenty of room for our family to relax comfortably. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional service we received from the restaurant manager, Aneta

The staff were nice and helpful. The spa and pool are a great asset too, along with their staff and good priced treatments. Food was very tasty and a good selection, but if you only like uk food it will not be for you

Top level restaurant: every day for dinner new dishes, all products are good and excellent quality, all products are natural. On the third day stopped myself and did not eat extra

We’d also like to extend our gratitude to Mexmea, one of the restaurant staff members, for his wonderful service. However, we did notice that housekeeping services could be improved to better meet guests' expectations

We enjoyed all the facilities of the hotel

The rooms were good and clean, the Spa was great, the treatments we had were profesional, the food was good with a large variety and most of all the staff was very obliging and helpful always smiling and kind

On the positive side, the food was fabulous, delicious, fresh and lots of variety incl. local dishes like several kinds of banitsa and fresh feta cheese. The staff was also very pleasant

Our friends stayed at a similar apartment in the same building and their pullout sofa was different and very comfortable. We saw poop in the pool and in the jacuzzi

Our apartment faced the backside where there was a major construction going on, lots of construction noise, digging machines, workers, etc

My son came down with an ear infection and one of us adults got another kind of infection from the pool

Really friendly staff. The room was really warm and the breakfast adequate

Not realy a 4star hotel. Rooms are very small, with small closet which can never fit your and your family's skiing gear (jackets, pants...) breakfast is good, so is dinner. Spa is decent.

Nice spa and convenient for skiing. They have shuttles available to go up to the gondola. Service not the best. Room cleaning not great. No room service. Breakfast was terrible.

The rooms are large and had a kitchen. Very spacious compared to the Alpes. The hotel was very quiet when we stayed there in early March. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Wonderful views of the mountains

We weren't in the restaurant but it seemed to be busy each time we passed! Long may this continue and good luck to the new management

Breakfasts were fine too but we mostly left before breakfast because they started at 8. 00 am and the gondola opened at 8. It would have been better if breakfast was at least 30 mins earlier

Just back from a fabulous holiday in bansko with friends and family ( teenagers). We went half board which was great with 5 boys, and the dinners were delicious

It was so handy to have dinner ready when you come down from the slopes hungry. A dip in the huge jacuzzi before dinner was very relaxing for the tired muscles

You can walk to town for bigger selection of food but you will pay more! There was no shuttle bus to the gondola but it’s only 5 min walk to the ski road so plan your rentals then ski down to the gondola or get a taxi direct to the top avoiding the morning queues

Our stay at the all-inclusive hotel was truly relaxing. The extensive buffet offered a wide variety of delicious food, catering to all tastes. The rooms were impeccably clean, adding to the overall comfort of our stay

The food in the restaurant is very delicious and plentiful, I had the best mini Pavlova! The only quibble is that the lobby is too small. But they fully compensate with a welcome drink 😄

One word - perfect! 😍 We really love it! The room is very huge and nice! Food is fine - you have all you need! I’ve read that the pool is crowded and don’t have outdoor open spaces - but I prefer it as there are no “helicopters” 🐝 definitely will visit it again ❣️ I was with my kid (2y) and there is no playground near

Although the hotel is located 10-15 min walk from downtown, the view from the window of our studio was nice - up to the Pirin mountain and down-to the garden-patio. and the food was above all expectations

Lovely place with spacious rooms in a quiet area with beautiful view of mountains. Good spa facilitjes with pool, jacuzzi, sauna & massage. I highly recommend deep tissue massage with Cati!

The pool has a special filtration system, not with chlorine but with another more natural substance, which I forgot. The staff everywhere were great, especially in the kids area! 🤗

The room was comfortable and clean, but the interior and amenities felt a bit dated and not quite at the 5-star standard I was hoping for. The spa and wellness area was decent, but nothing exceptional

We would definitely go back, but if we did, we would hope that they significantly improve their allergy processes!

I stayed at Premier Luxury Mountain Resort in Bansko with high expectations, given its name and rating. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but I can’t say it lived up to the “luxury” label

Slightest downside, can be slippy around outside heated pool, but once in the pool it very nice and turns a little magical when snowing

The same goes for the breakfast — good variety, but average in terms of quality. It felt more like a solid 4-star hotel rather than a true luxury resort

It’s a nice place for a short stay if you’re visiting Bansko, but don’t expect anything too special or high-end. For the price, I expected a bit more attention to detail and a more refined atmosphere

I’d rather you charge more for the stay and make it all inclusive

+ Tasty Food + Great view from the infinity pool and the restaurant - No air conditioning - We were in Villa 1, and the cleaning ladies room was right below us

The only things that bothered us were the lack of air conditioning (which is going to be fixed soon), the slightly amortised furniture in the rooms and the lack of complimentary coffee in the rooms ( for a 5 star hotel I would expect such a small gesture)

We visited it mainly for the SPA facilities, which are exceptional. The breakfast and dinner are also good - plenty of delicious food for everyone. The rooms are good size with a large bed, but no air conditioner

The high quality of service is visible everywhere - welcoming staff, spotless clean facilities, amazing food (most of which locally produced). Pool and SPA areas are very relaxing and well maintained

Katarino is one of the best SPA hotels available in the country. The location is beautiful with an amazing view over the mountain

The town of Bansko has grown a lot since I last visited 13 years ago and has a good selection of excellent restaurants and great Apres ski, virtually every venue we went to has some kind of live music at some point in the evening

After reading the reviews on trip advisor I was worried about the trip that I had planned to Razlog, but I was really impressed when I arrived. This hotel has had a refurb and the rooms were of good quality

The hotel is awesome! Nice crew, nice bar and very kind service. They have awesome breakfast and dinner, they have a sauna and a pool. Also you can pay a bit for ping pong or billiard

Such a nice hotel right next to old town too, the food in the hotel is OK could do with a rethink on combination and level of flavour, but overall really nice place to be.

This was an Amazing Holiday in Bansko especially in this Hotel. Great Staff in which I also have to mention: Georgi, Mitko, Toni. They were really nice and Professional

Not that good on the cleaning side. The apartment that we stayed is located in building "D", it is spacious enough for a family with maximum 2 children

The good thing is that it is next to the pool, and the activity park. Also they lets us stay with our dog

It seems to lack maintenance and needs some renovation. The Hotel is really at the edge of the village. The walking path from the main road to the hotel at the top is not very safe especially at nighttime

A quite nice hotel that definitely needs renovation! The rooms are spacious bit outdated, the mattresses are quite old and the couch is really hard, my daughter woke up in pain

The hotel is conveniently close to the ski area and nearby restaurants and bars. A huge plus is the convenience store located inside the hotel. The staff is very kind and friendly

They offered us free late cheque out, which was extremely useful after skiing. Could use some renovation and additions on equipment (towels, plates and cutlery)

The therapists did an amazing job. The massage, it felt so good and we were very relaxed afterwards. We rentede ski and also we took nice ski instructor from the hotel and we learned very quickly how to ski

If you are looking for a snowboard instructor, Marian Papakoca is the guy. Perfect teacher, even better as a buddy. He made us stand up and drive on our own in just a few hours

Besides this, with friends, family, short vacation or just to take your mind off things, coming to this place will be fun and satisfying (for the most part). The restaurant as well as the food was surprisingly quite nice

There is a mini bus that can take you from the hotel to the gondolas but only in the morning so you have to be very careful with the timing or otherwise, if you're late the driver won't wait for you

The service form the reception was very bad. They didn't help us when asking questions and the staff wasn't very pleasant

We reached a compromise with the desk staff. As I said before the desk staff were outstanding on their own, providing a five star service. The worse issue was the restaurant. Drinks machine did not work most of the time

You have more than enough food for breakfast (I guess the dinner was also good since we had a half board) and the lobby had a special vibe. The hotel is worth visiting, I highly recommend it, everything was top quality

Looks premium from the first sight, but it's somewhat poorly maintained. Smells of smoke and dust in the rooms, no central heating (using Air Conditioners for that), not so great meals, diluted with water juices

For Bulgaria the hotel is of good quality. Delicious food, polite staff. The rooms are already a bit where something in need of repair. Jacuzzi not working. Gym is purely symbolic. To the ski lift 1.2 km away.

Not good value for the money you pay - the apartments are old and need some renovation, the food in the restaurant is average, if you have dinner included they don't even serve water and you have to pay for it

Unique atmosphere, excellent view, quick access to the mountains, clean air, lots of activities and great SPA center. Ideal place to be for a memorable vacation. It's luxurious, but prices are reasonable

Terrible bed but great breakfast at the hotel. The spa is great and includes many good areas and alternatives, I really enjoyed it prior to Saturday when it became crowded to the point I preferred to avoid it.

What are the disadvantages were seen: 1) the Cleaning was done so himself (on the first day, in General, a dead bug lying on the floor), the bed refueled so that I would not have ran at all 2) the Hairdryer did not work properly (turns off after ~30 seconds of work) 3) the water Pressure in the shower leaves much to be desired Overall, the hotel is fully justified

Restaurant : There are not enough sitting spaces so there is possibility that you will need to wait for someone to get up in order for you to get breakfast or dinner

We loved our stay, rooms where newly refurbished, beds where lovely and the staff at reception where amazing and efficient with checking in! But most importantly the location was just amazing a minute walk for the ski center right next to some shops (big and local) and was very close to the town center where all the restaurants where!

Rooms are usually big and comfort. The best of this hotel is its location, very close to the Gondola (lift). Near the building is supermarket, and close to the heart of night life

WOW, Premier Spa centre and hotel, with the most MAGNIFICENT views of the local golf courses PLUS really AWESOME views of the Mountains, all seen from our south facing verandah

Stayed there for a company event. Rooms were very nice decorated and clean. Restaurant is well organized and the food is tasty. Very nice and flexible personnel. The hotel manager was always there when we needed her

Mosr of the staff spoke good English, and the Bulgarian people were very helpful and always smiling. Definitely recommend this centre

I liked it very much, for the personal they were very nice to us and the view is unbelievable, the room had a stair that is pretty nice and the bathroom clean and made out of glass

We have been there from 3 to 9 January. Very clean and nice apartment. Very good food and variated food, the swimming pool is big and the water is always warm and good for swimming. The employees were above expectations

They have jacuzzi, pool, massage, gym and more. They are a bit far walking to the gondola, but they provide free shuttles there so it's not a problem. Not Kosher for anyone who minds. They also helped me with booking

I was trying to extend my time in the hotel, so I ordered from booking an extra 5 days. Things didn't work out with the flight. Booking wanted 300£ just to cancel ( it was one hour later)

So they talked to them in the phone and helped me to cancel the cancellation fee. I WILL go to this hotel again next time I visit Bansko

The location is on the outskirts, but Bansko isn't that big and it would take about 20-25 min to get to the centre of the town on foot

Cozy place, not too far from the city center but far enough to provide a nice and peaceful stay. We arrived late on a Friday and the restaurant was waiting just for us. That was a nice gesture right from the start

There were not many things to select. Outside areas of the restaurant are quite insufficient. Definitely it needs renovations

Just bulgarian food is not that good. Wi-fi is working in the rooms but if not, you can ask them to reset the routers and youll be fine
