The restaurant has also been refurbished and has a great selection of really nice food. Oh, and don't forget to check out the Juice bar 👍 Lots of improvements since we were last here

Old fashioned hotel, spa lacks a little bit. Great staff and decent meals, the biggest bonus is that the hotel located really close to city center and the gondola which makes things easy.

The lobby looks great not like the rooms that are outdated and a lot of malfunctions including the elevator. The food in the restaurant is decent. The wifi is terrible.

I truly believe these fantastic people make the place so special! We've also enjoyed the high quality of hot drinks on the terrace overlooking the majestic Pirin mountain and the wide selection of meals during breakfast, lunch and dinner

The review is only for the restaurant: It was OK. The fresh sausage on grill was too salty, the chicken soup was good.

The pools are mostly good for soaking, but the saunas, steam rooms and warm lounge beds are great. The food is tasty, fresh and very varied. Drinks, including alcohol, were included, which is a plus

We stayed for 3 nights in October, 2024 with our chihuahua. We were very pleased with the hotel and the service. It is pet-friendly! This is the biggest plus for us. Although, the hotel has many other great features

Not realy a 4star hotel. Rooms are very small, with small closet which can never fit your and your family's skiing gear (jackets, pants...) breakfast is good, so is dinner. Spa is decent.

Nice spa and convenient for skiing. They have shuttles available to go up to the gondola. Service not the best. Room cleaning not great. No room service. Breakfast was terrible.

I pay all inclusive for me and my daughters but we didn't use anything from that because it was too much food for us. The bar in the room is cheap so we use everything from the room

Grand Hotel Bansko exceeded all expectations! The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The entire hotel is spotless, and the staff are friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cool

The food was fantastic, with a variety of options that change 3-4 times a day—always fresh and high-quality. The spa is amazing, and the lounge bar is a great place to unwind

The Ultra All Inclusive offers breakfast, lunch and dinner in the main restaurant, as well a lobby bar with drinks and a lounge bar with drinks and snacks, both accessible most of the day

Food has been great considering the price and the included wine/beer at dinner (which we didnt know about) has been a treat!! Short walk to the rental areas and gondola

The staff is friendly and helpful. The pool is well mentained. The restaurant's food is good. The room that we stayed in was nice and spacious, however, it has endured some wear and tear, a renovation is in order.

Small but nice & very complete relax zone (little warm swimming pool with jacuzzi area, sauna, salt cabin, infrared cabin, steam cabin, free for guests) But mostly pleasantly surprised and very satisfied with the cosy restaurant, the well presented buffet breakfast and especially diner with delicious choises of various freshly made dishes daily

All personal and the couple who run the hotel are extremely efficient, friendly and helpful, congratulations for your good management 👏 After many years coming to Bansko, we are very happy to have found this little "gem" to where we will be very gladly coming back next year!

Highly recommend staying here if you are in the area. The staff will make you feel like friends and are very helpful. The room was comfortable and the breakfasts were great. Next time i will have to try the dinners too

Rooms are basic as expected, however perfectly adequate and clean. Service was great, nice people. Location within town for Gondola access was great. Good value for money, I recommend this hotel.

We had a nice, comfortable and clean room with balcony, fridge, good shower and TV with a lot of channels. In walking distance to the Gondola 🚠 and center, but still in a quiet street

Really great stay! Rooms were clean, fresh and very comfortable. Warm and cozy room with balcony it’s all what you need for winter sport vacations. Tamara on reception was absolutely amazing , very helpful and kind

Breakfast and dinner was superb! Really recommended! They do have transfer to gandola , spa center , bar and game room

The place is fine as well as the food, the only and honestly really annoying issue is that there is only one iron for the entire complex

Therefore the iron is known to exist but nobody has seen it! Bring iron with you when staying in here!
