Less expensive hotels give free drinks, beer and wine with your dinner and water if necessary

The apartment was spacious and functional, offering plenty of room for our family to relax comfortably. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional service we received from the restaurant manager, Aneta

The staff were nice and helpful. The spa and pool are a great asset too, along with their staff and good priced treatments. Food was very tasty and a good selection, but if you only like uk food it will not be for you

Top level restaurant: every day for dinner new dishes, all products are good and excellent quality, all products are natural. On the third day stopped myself and did not eat extra

We’d also like to extend our gratitude to Mexmea, one of the restaurant staff members, for his wonderful service. However, we did notice that housekeeping services could be improved to better meet guests' expectations

Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again

The rooms were good and clean, the Spa was great, the treatments we had were profesional, the food was good with a large variety and most of all the staff was very obliging and helpful always smiling and kind

On the positive side, the food was fabulous, delicious, fresh and lots of variety incl. local dishes like several kinds of banitsa and fresh feta cheese. The staff was also very pleasant

Our friends stayed at a similar apartment in the same building and their pullout sofa was different and very comfortable. We saw poop in the pool and in the jacuzzi

Our apartment faced the backside where there was a major construction going on, lots of construction noise, digging machines, workers, etc

My son came down with an ear infection and one of us adults got another kind of infection from the pool

Really friendly staff. The room was really warm and the breakfast adequate

Not realy a 4star hotel. Rooms are very small, with small closet which can never fit your and your family's skiing gear (jackets, pants...) breakfast is good, so is dinner. Spa is decent.

Nice spa and convenient for skiing. They have shuttles available to go up to the gondola. Service not the best. Room cleaning not great. No room service. Breakfast was terrible.

Very nice place. The service and the spa were excellent. The food in the restaurant was great and there was a wild variety of dishes.

We had an all inclusive reservation but unfortunately there were a lot of things that were not included. Soft drinks and coffee were only available from a machine and were very poor quality and barely drinkable

The food was excellent and I highly recommend going for the all inclusive package - it's well worth it

For me it's in top 3 hotels in Bansko. Been here couple of times and it never disappoints. Food is very good and there is always very rich choice of it. A lot of different types of saunas, pools and more

We had a very pleasant stay. We were welcomed by friendly staff. Compliments to the Chefs for the excellent food.

I am impressed by the quality of food in the main restaurant. Spa center is big and not overcrowded. Will definitely be back!

The staff is friendly and helpful. The pool is well mentained. The restaurant's food is good. The room that we stayed in was nice and spacious, however, it has endured some wear and tear, a renovation is in order.

Staff are all so friendly and willing to help despite the reviews saying otherwise! They upgraded us to a nice balcony room with an amazing view

Overall experience was good as a budget option. Cleanness wasn't the strong point of that room, as it wasn't very well cleaned. We had to have the bedlinens changed on check-in since they had stains and hair on them

Has restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket, bars, everything around it. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything

The food is very good - very fast room service ( the restaurant was close , die covid restriction ). The SPA is very clean , warm water in swimming pool - suitable for children Very qind and helpfull staff

The rooms are large and had a kitchen. Very spacious compared to the Alpes. The hotel was very quiet when we stayed there in early March. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Wonderful views of the mountains

We weren't in the restaurant but it seemed to be busy each time we passed! Long may this continue and good luck to the new management

Breakfasts were fine too but we mostly left before breakfast because they started at 8. 00 am and the gondola opened at 8. It would have been better if breakfast was at least 30 mins earlier

Just back from a fabulous holiday in bansko with friends and family ( teenagers). We went half board which was great with 5 boys, and the dinners were delicious

It was so handy to have dinner ready when you come down from the slopes hungry. A dip in the huge jacuzzi before dinner was very relaxing for the tired muscles

You can walk to town for bigger selection of food but you will pay more! There was no shuttle bus to the gondola but it’s only 5 min walk to the ski road so plan your rentals then ski down to the gondola or get a taxi direct to the top avoiding the morning queues

Rooms are basic as expected, however perfectly adequate and clean. Service was great, nice people. Location within town for Gondola access was great. Good value for money, I recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay for a relaxing holiday. Close to Gondola. Hotel has great rates for skiing with local ski rental. Great breakfast buffet with local and international dishes.

Small but nice & very complete relax zone (little warm swimming pool with jacuzzi area, sauna, salt cabin, infrared cabin, steam cabin, free for guests) But mostly pleasantly surprised and very satisfied with the cosy restaurant, the well presented buffet breakfast and especially diner with delicious choises of various freshly made dishes daily

Really great stay! Rooms were clean, fresh and very comfortable. Warm and cozy room with balcony it’s all what you need for winter sport vacations. Tamara on reception was absolutely amazing , very helpful and kind

Breakfast and dinner was superb! Really recommended! They do have transfer to gandola , spa center , bar and game room
