Hotels All-inclusive in Bansko

Customer service is good and not bluntly unfriendly like I have found in some Bansko hotels. It's quite a nice place really. yes but only as a second choice to those cheaper hotels which allow free drinks with dinner

We've been going to this hotel for 10 years and this was the worst cleaning. This year food was much better than last year. Pool is finally fully renovated (last year it was still work in progress)

Top level restaurant: every day for dinner new dishes, all products are good and excellent quality, all products are natural. On the third day stopped myself and did not eat extra

The staff were nice and helpful. The spa and pool are a great asset too, along with their staff and good priced treatments. Food was very tasty and a good selection, but if you only like uk food it will not be for you

Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again

Upon arrival at the hotel we arrived around 10pm which was quite late check in was easy enough however the receptionist seemed to like she didn’t want to do any work!!! However cause we paid for half board she offered us some sandwiches to be brought up to the room which was nice we were on the 3rd floor and there is 1 lift which isn’t exactly the quickest the floor motion lights take a while to turn...

We enjoyed all the facilities of the hotel

The rooms were good and clean, the Spa was great, the treatments we had were profesional, the food was good with a large variety and most of all the staff was very obliging and helpful always smiling and kind

On the positive side, the food was fabulous, delicious, fresh and lots of variety incl. local dishes like several kinds of banitsa and fresh feta cheese. The staff was also very pleasant

Our friends stayed at a similar apartment in the same building and their pullout sofa was different and very comfortable. We saw poop in the pool and in the jacuzzi

Our apartment faced the backside where there was a major construction going on, lots of construction noise, digging machines, workers, etc

My son came down with an ear infection and one of us adults got another kind of infection from the pool

The rooms are large and had a kitchen. Very spacious compared to the Alpes. The hotel was very quiet when we stayed there in early March. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Wonderful views of the mountains

We weren't in the restaurant but it seemed to be busy each time we passed! Long may this continue and good luck to the new management

Breakfasts were fine too but we mostly left before breakfast because they started at 8. 00 am and the gondola opened at 8. It would have been better if breakfast was at least 30 mins earlier

Just back from a fabulous holiday in bansko with friends and family ( teenagers). We went half board which was great with 5 boys, and the dinners were delicious

It was so handy to have dinner ready when you come down from the slopes hungry. A dip in the huge jacuzzi before dinner was very relaxing for the tired muscles

You can walk to town for bigger selection of food but you will pay more! There was no shuttle bus to the gondola but it’s only 5 min walk to the ski road so plan your rentals then ski down to the gondola or get a taxi direct to the top avoiding the morning queues

The room was comfortable and clean, but the interior and amenities felt a bit dated and not quite at the 5-star standard I was hoping for. The spa and wellness area was decent, but nothing exceptional

We would definitely go back, but if we did, we would hope that they significantly improve their allergy processes!

I stayed at Premier Luxury Mountain Resort in Bansko with high expectations, given its name and rating. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but I can’t say it lived up to the “luxury” label

Slightest downside, can be slippy around outside heated pool, but once in the pool it very nice and turns a little magical when snowing

The same goes for the breakfast — good variety, but average in terms of quality. It felt more like a solid 4-star hotel rather than a true luxury resort

It’s a nice place for a short stay if you’re visiting Bansko, but don’t expect anything too special or high-end. For the price, I expected a bit more attention to detail and a more refined atmosphere

One of the best hotels in Bansko. The location is superb, rooms are spacious and well equipped with all kinds of amenities. The staff and the overall service are exceptional. The spa and the restaurants are excellent.

I had a spacious 2-room suite with an additional room, both with a view of the small town. The new furnishings in these two rooms were good. However, even this 3-year-old room was already showing very clear signs of wear

I stayed at the Kempinski Grand Arena Bansko for 8 nights. Check-in was friendly and smooth, with a personal greeting from the lady in red. The hotel is certainly showing its age, but it is gradually being renovated

Torn topper, dust on the headboard of the bed, thick dust on the picture frames in the living room, hair on the topper as well as obvious stains, obvious stains on the bidet, dirty walls in the bathroom, water stains on the mirror, rusty toilet brush container, dirt on the shelf with the glasses, dirt on the shelves, a curtain could not be closed, the sliding door to the walk-in closet was removed...

This one is for those who enjoy walks in the forest, around the town, sitting in restaurants, and relaxing in the spa. The location is excellent, close to a pedestrian street with all its cute restaurants and shops

The Come Prima Restaurant is certainly on the more expensive side, but it's worth a visit if you want to try something different from traditional dishes (although there are a few classics here too)

Everything perfect! Look forward to visiting in the winter when we will come skiing . Apartments make you feel like you are at home. Spa is clean and the restaurant food is excellent whether a la carte or buffet

Everything good except they don’t fix your room when you walk in the room. It’s warm. Everything is unplugged. You have to plug everything. The breakfast is the best will definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was clean and the staff were exceptionally polite and always willing to help. They suggested activities to do in the area and places worth visiting, which really enhanced our experience

There is no comparison to any other hotel in this city. The ATMOSPHERE, the CUISINE, the SPA, the ROOMS - all were beyond my expectations. The food was different for every single meal of the day

Our stay at Grand Hotel Bansko was absolutely amazing! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and cozy, and the spa area was pure bliss. The food was delicious and varied

The bar area, with real fire is nice and all the staff were friendly and efficient. We stopped a week and the food was excellent every night

First time here at the Lion and I have to say it's amazing, we've stayed in many hotels in bansko but this is bar far the best, lovely room friendly staff great food and it's all hot!! Can't rate it highly enough will definitely be back next year

Our arrival was late and was checked in swiftly with a complementary glass of bubbly and a well received packed lunch, an excellent touch

The rooms are clean, large, and excellent for 2 with all your own gear, we also had a mountain view, which was an added bonus. The facilities are excellent: pool, sauna, spa, mini bus to the Gondola every 25mins etc

Couldn’t have asked for better! Great location (though nothing in bansko is far). Rooms were great, staff helpful. Drink on arrival a nice touch. The best thing for me was the food (the photo doesn’t do it justice)

Bar never seemed to be open though but the restaurant did a roaring trade

Stayed here as part of 7 day Ski trip to Banko. The managers kept us some food on checkin as the restaurant was closed and were helpful all the way through the stay

Traditional Bulgarian hotel, great location - restaurants, supermarket, gondola. Room with balcony, warm and with comfortable beds. We loved the spa facilities after skiing all day. I would definitely recommend

The spa / pool area is lovely and clean. You could spend a good few hours relaxing in there. The hotel is just located off the main street with bars and restaurants. 5 minute walk to the gondola too

It is also very convenient for the gondola and local shops restaurants. Approx 5 mins walk each morning to Gondala which was brilliant

The location is very good. Just outside the hotel is a commercial street full of restaurants and souvenir shops.

The rooms are warm, airy, with pretty balconies and there are really nice lounge, bar and sports equipment areas. The breakfast and evening meal provided offer a wide choice of nice foods, all different over a week

Beautiful hotel! The location is perfect as across the street starts downtown & ski lift is near by! I love the views from the room! Super beautiful! The one downside is the inside accessibility in regards to getting to your room, there are a lot of stairs up & down leading to rooms

Best in Bansko and one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, thanks to the location, facilities, spaciousness and atmosphere! Location - it is close to the gondola, old town, supermarket, buses, a range of eating places and local activities

Facilities are excellent, the spa is extensive with several saunas, a gym, steam room and pool with a great view. The use of these, makes the hotel a 5* review, they are clean, spacious and comfortable

We are staying over at the Four Points Sheraton for four nights. It's a nice hotel, and the staff is well-trained and friendly. They have great coffee at the lobby, the best in Bansko

The rooms is very warm and clean! Also the food is very delicious we was half bord but sometimes we eat in the restaurants in the town! Me and my partner decided to go for the hammam package and our two kids had one kids massage each

The therapists did an amazing job. The massage, it felt so good and we were very relaxed afterwards. We rentede ski and also we took nice ski instructor from the hotel and we learned very quickly how to ski

If you are looking for a snowboard instructor, Marian Papakoca is the guy. Perfect teacher, even better as a buddy. He made us stand up and drive on our own in just a few hours

The town of Bansko has grown a lot since I last visited 13 years ago and has a good selection of excellent restaurants and great Apres ski, virtually every venue we went to has some kind of live music at some point in the evening

After reading the reviews on trip advisor I was worried about the trip that I had planned to Razlog, but I was really impressed when I arrived. This hotel has had a refurb and the rooms were of good quality

There is a mini bus that can take you from the hotel to the gondolas but only in the morning so you have to be very careful with the timing or otherwise, if you're late the driver won't wait for you

The service form the reception was very bad. They didn't help us when asking questions and the staff wasn't very pleasant

We opted for the half board (breakfast and dinner) and we certainly weren’t left hungry! The buffet breakfast was very comprehensive and we filled up well before the day’s skiing and the evening meal (of 4 courses - salad, soup, main and desert) was certainly enough to re-fill after a full day on the slopes

We reached a compromise with the desk staff. As I said before the desk staff were outstanding on their own, providing a five star service. The worse issue was the restaurant. Drinks machine did not work most of the time

You have more than enough food for breakfast (I guess the dinner was also good since we had a half board) and the lobby had a special vibe. The hotel is worth visiting, I highly recommend it, everything was top quality

Looks premium from the first sight, but it's somewhat poorly maintained. Smells of smoke and dust in the rooms, no central heating (using Air Conditioners for that), not so great meals, diluted with water juices

For Bulgaria the hotel is of good quality. Delicious food, polite staff. The rooms are already a bit where something in need of repair. Jacuzzi not working. Gym is purely symbolic. To the ski lift 1.2 km away.

Unfortunately food quality was disappointing in my opinion, and it gave me sickness which cut short my last ski day. However, aside from this no complaints on anything else

Breakfast and evening meals both had lots of choice and were of a good quality. The spa area was of a good standard, and much needed after a day on the slopes. Which were only a 5 /6 minute walk away

The staff is very polite, predominantly from Asia, and the housekeepers even cleaned the children's playground, which is a commendable hotel policy! There are many well-built playgrounds for children, and the large area of the complex allows for pleasant walks

As we stayed during one of the hottest weeks of the year, the room temperature was 28 degrees Celsius and there was no air conditioning. However, it was cool outside at night, and the open window allowed for normal sleep

The on-premise restaurants are all terrible, every one of them, and the kind of standard you’d expect at a down-market coastal resort

The view from every corner is amazing and breathtaking! We did a shuttle tour around the golf court, and it was mesmerizing! Our kid had lots of playgrounds to choose from - bouncy castle, inside playground, outside playgrounds, kids cinema

We were on an all-inclusive package. What we liked the most was the breakfast. Lunch and dinner were quite bad. My boyfriend and I are not picky when it comes to food, yet we were very disappointed

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the spa area was excellent – with 4 different types of saunas, all spotless and relaxing. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful

There was even a misunderstanding with the price (my mistake), and the reception team went out of their way to resolve it fairly and offered me a very considerate rate. Their hospitality made a big difference

The hotel in general is high value for a very affordable price: nice SPA centre, with the best Hamman I know so far, good airco, 24 hours reception, variated and complete breakfast, free parking space nearby

Good location away from the big noise and yet close to the centre (walking distance). Very helpful and friendly staff, they all speak well English

Spa is decent with a small heated pool, big sauna and steam bath. It needs a bit of renovation though. Overall the hotel is a perfect place for a cheap getaway with the children

I give 4 stars because at the bathroom the bathroom faucet was a little bit broken and the furniture seems outdated. In the morning the breakfast was okish

What are the disadvantages were seen: 1) the Cleaning was done so himself (on the first day, in General, a dead bug lying on the floor), the bed refueled so that I would not have ran at all 2) the Hairdryer did not work properly (turns off after ~30 seconds of work) 3) the water Pressure in the shower leaves much to be desired Overall, the hotel is fully justified

Restaurant : There are not enough sitting spaces so there is possibility that you will need to wait for someone to get up in order for you to get breakfast or dinner

Lovely hotel about 25min walk from the gondola area, clean rooms mostly friendly staff, cleaners are lovely (1 was super helpful every day and went beyond the call of duty due to a friend - dont ask) lovely views

The rooms are comfortable and spacious. To the city center to go 15-20 minutes. The hotel has fast WiFi, free bus to the lifts, Luggage storage inventory. There is a swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath

It is clean, comfortable, good looking, BUT not well maintained. Some furnitures are dirty, some facilities are broken. It is 3 km away from Bansko and Razlog, near the main road, near a forest and small river.

Perfect place for rest. It's quaet and peacefull. The barthender from pollbar is awesome.

Kind staff, great swimming pool, valuable for the money.
