We have just returned home from a long weekend and we just want to thank everyone at Mountain View for being so kind and helpful from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. The eggs for breakfast are an absolute must as well! Best I've had in years.

My second trip to Bansko this month, decided to change hotel and was not wrong. This one is perfect for skiing, practically ski out and ski in, just across from the ski road and only a few minutes’ walk to Gondola. There is also ski hire shop. Everything else was also very good. Clean, warm apartment, beautifully decorated. The pool, sauna and Jacuzzi were very warm, just what I need after skiing...

It’s not what it used to be few years ago. Prices have gone significantly up, the level of service have reduced. Food is mediocre, there are cracks on the walls, wallpapers are torn, carpets with stains.

Great place for vacation! Loved the view to the mountain from the complex! The houses are very cosy and we'll done, however they need some renovation as there were some broken pieces of the future around the house. High standard resort with great villa’s, few kilometers from Bansko. Proper balance between quality and price. We stayed 5 person’s family.

The staff are all friendly and helpful. Our room got cleaned every day. The spa is just amazing especially the relaxing room with the heated spa bed and automatic soothing music. Food was very delicious and fresh. Also the prices were very good value for money. We had an amazing holiday. Recommended 👌

Everything good except they don’t fix your room when you walk in the room. It’s warm. Everything is unplugged. You have to plug everything. The breakfast is the best will definitely come back.

A real treat for the senses. A unique place with a breathtaking views and very friendly staff. Really living up to the their moto of Home away from home. Hotel is in a quiet area, not really close to the old center, or to the base station of the cable, but a shuttle is available. The room was ok, we appreciate that towels were changed every day. Sufficient choices for food at breakfast and dinner. Pool and sauna are a good option for spending time after the ski sessions.

Rooms are cleaned daily, towels get changed every day, overall accommodation is good value. It was a good place to relax. The rooms are clean although they tend to have one or too things wrong with them. The food tends to be served either luke warm or cold, luckily they do have a microwave in the dining hall though

It was a very nice place, clean and warm. With big rooms and nice personal. It is perfect to visit in every season, but especially during winter. you can acces for free every part of the hotel such as swiming pool, sauna, gym, except the Thai Massage.

It is pleasant place to stay

Its just a fine 4star hotel. You can cook your own food at the room there is also fridge. The bathrooms are fine too. Reception of the hotel is kind. The spa of the hotel is nice you can find swimming pool jakuzzi sauna steam room and of course if you pay you can have massage too! There is wifi in the whole hotel. About breakfast you can find a variety of foods that you may like to eat in the morning...

Nice and quaiet hotel. Till to city center and to telegondola, there are 600m. There are cars free of charge for telegondola every morning and in the afternoon Kind staff. There is spa, parking, bar, conference hall. Rich breakfast.

The room was OK. Comfortable beds. The bathroom was old and with no toiletaries. We had to ask for additional set of glasses. The Spa is nice. Maybe the weakest spot is the underground pafking(terrible for parking big car and there were a lot of animal fecalies)and the food at the restaurant. The breakfast was not so well arranged. It was like I was at home. Small, cozy, tidy. We lacked absolutely nothing. Extremely clean place. Dishes, utensils, iron, hairdryer, toaster, kettle, books 📚, cleaning products and accessories. There were even napkins, sugar, salt, flour, spices. We were also provided with a playpen for the smallest of the children. And she was covered with beautiful sheets and blankets. We've had a great stay so far. Staff are all so friendly and willing to help despite the reviews saying otherwise! They upgraded us to a nice balcony room with an amazing view. Food has been great considering the price and the included wine/beer at dinner (which we didnt know about) has been a treat!! Short walk to the rental areas and gondola. Overall experience was good as a budget option. Cleanness wasn't the strong point of that room, as it wasn't very well cleaned. We had to have the bedlinens changed on check-in since they had stains and hair on them. Staff was very helpful and helped with everything.

I was verry happy with accommondation. Especially I would like to thank to receptionist Chris and barman George. They really took care about us and helped us to enjoy our stay. Extra bed wasn't good.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The pool is well mentained. The restaurant's food is good. The room that we stayed in was nice and spacious, however, it has endured some wear and tear, a renovation is in order.

A cheap and easy hotel in Bansko. No thrills and breakfast is suspect but you can’t really complain given our room was less than a tenner each per person. You can walk to the ski lift but they provide a free shuttle too.

A 3-star hotel which time turned it into a 2- one. Basic rooms, poor bathroom with leaking problems, overall out-of-date. But, very nice and helpful staff!

Nice hotel! Ok rooms for the prices of 50bgn !

We stayed for three nights (two adults, two kids) and were generally happy. Spa was a bit small and the water in the pool could have been a bit warmer, but other than that staff were kind, responded quickly to all our requests while the room was clean and warm (hot even, I had to turn down the heating).

Haven't been to Bansko for ages, especially in the summer. The hotel is a lovely surprise. It's ok for it's price . Breakfast could be better and the bathroom smelled really aweful but then again the whole village smelled like this so I guess it's not the hotel's problem .

Great value for money, especially for a 3 star hotel. The kids had fun in the playground, pools, basketball court and the ping pong room. The room size was fine and the service was really good. The only downside is the breakfast.

I'm delighted to recommend this place to anyone visiting Bansko. The family who run it are so kind and welcoming. They made sure we were comfortable and taken care of. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. We will be sure to stay here again during our next trip to Bansko.

Best personnel, nice view, clean rooms

Helpfull and polite employees. It was clean, they served great food. We also liked the terraced garden to hang out in the afternoon after a bath in the pool. Just 15 minutes walk to the gondola.

The greatest hotel in Bansko. The staff is very polite and helpful. Always happy to help. You can buy your lift pass on the reception and not wait on the gondola. There are many SPA facilities and the food is very good. Highly recommend it.

Alexandera is fantastic!

It was a nice hotel. Always very warm inside and with modern decoration. But there were some problems. For example, there wasn't a curtain in the bathroom window and we were forced to use it with the lights closed. Also, there weren't extra rolls of toilet paper and the reception was always empty. Nevertheless, it was a good choice and I would recommend it.
