We've had a great stay so far. Staff are all so friendly and willing to help despite the reviews saying otherwise! They upgraded us to a nice balcony room with an amazing view. Food has been great considering the price and the included wine/beer at dinner (which we didnt know about) has been a treat!! Short walk to the rental areas and gondola. Highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again

Overall experience was good as a budget option. Cleanness wasn't the strong point of that room, as it wasn't very well cleaned. We had to have the bedlinens changed on check-in since they had stains and hair on them. Staff was very helpful and helped with everything.

I was verry happy with accommondation. Especially I would like to thank to receptionist Chris and barman George. They really took care about us and helped us to enjoy our stay. Extra bed wasn't good.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The pool is well mentained. The restaurant's food is good. The room that we stayed in was nice and spacious, however, it has endured some wear and tear, a renovation is in order.

Everything good except they don’t fix your room when you walk in the room. It’s warm. Everything is unplugged. You have to plug everything. The breakfast is the best will definitely come back.

Fresh air and cool breeze are welcome after a week of roasting on the beach. it is a good choice for transit when going to/from Greece and I will also give it a chance in the winter for a few days on the slopes (it provides shuttle to Bansko cable car)....

What they may lack in certain features you might want, the staff and service they provide is well worth staying here. We have just returned home from a long weekend and we just want to thank everyone at Mountain View for being so kind and helpful from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. The eggs for breakfast are an absolute must as well! Best I've had in years.

My second trip to Bansko this month, decided to change hotel and was not wrong. This one is perfect for skiing, practically ski out and ski in, just across from the ski road and only a few minutes’ walk to Gondola. There is also ski hire shop. Everything else was also very good. Very good service at a reasonable price. The location is very convenient as you can rent your skis from the hotel and simply walk to the slope which is one minute away and the ski to the gondola station. We have stayed there twice and plan to do so again this year.

It’s not what it used to be few years ago. Prices have gone significantly up, the level of service have reduced. Food is mediocre, there are cracks on the walls, wallpapers are torn, carpets with stains.

High standard resort with great villa’s, few kilometers from Bansko. Proper balance between quality and price. We stayed 5 person’s family.

I liked it very much there. The studio was spacious and had all the amenities needed. A fully stocked kitchen (sans food :) ), a sofa that was stretched and made into a bed for my child, a separate bedroom with a safe and a bath in the bathroom

Super friendly staff. The best place for our dog that we've visited so far - there was a separate room with spacious bed and bowls for her and the staff gave us a room with a beautiful garden so that the dog can go out as much as she likes :)

Appartements are good quality for the price. Large rooms, good furniture. Breakfast is good. SPA is not in sync with the apartments. Pool is small, sauna is shaddy, needs renewing.

Nice rooms and big. Although heating is a problem with those huge rooms. Radiators are small. But it's OK. The only thing that is bad is the Sauna. It's two different for women and men I went with my girlfriend and we had to go separate. That's bad.

It was like I was at home. Small, cozy, tidy. We lacked absolutely nothing. Extremely clean place. Dishes, utensils, iron, hairdryer, toaster, kettle, books 📚, cleaning products and accessories. We’ve stayed here several times with our family and absolutely love this place. The rooms are clean, the service is excellent, and the location is great with an amazing view. They offer an indoor pool, a spa center, and a large field in front where kids can play soccer or run around.

Hotel is in a quiet area, not really close to the old center, or to the base station of the cable, but a shuttle is available. The room was ok, we appreciate that towels were changed every day. Sufficient choices for food at breakfast and dinner. Pool and sauna are a good option for spending time after the ski sessions.

Nice and quaiet hotel. Till to city center and to telegondola, there are 600m. There are cars free of charge for telegondola every morning and in the afternoon Kind staff. There is spa, parking, bar, conference hall. Rich breakfast.

The room was OK. Comfortable beds. The bathroom was old and with no toiletaries. We had to ask for additional set of glasses. The Spa is nice. Nice hotel generally. The room was big and comfortable. The spa services were great, but the stairs out of the pool were full of water and slippery. Also, there was a broken tile out of our bathtub. Apart from these, the breakfast was great with a big variety of products and the staff was very kind. Not everyone from the staff knew English, so it wasn't really easy to communicate.

Rooms were clean and very well furnished. Bathroom was good as well but the shower cabin was kind of small. The spa center was good but there was only 1 sauna and with a lot of people in the hotel, sometimes you would end up "in a line". There were 2 steam rooms so you could do that while waiting. People who work in the hotel are really nice and helpful.

The rooms are very nice and they are in Bansko’s style. In some of the rooms there is a fireplace. The big room for 6 people is awesome, especially if it is a maisonette. All rooms have terrace.

Probably more of a 3.5, a lot of good things are ruined by silly small things. We had a 3 bedroom appt which was ideal, except you flooded the bathroom s whenever you shower. Poor wet room design. Plus a lick of paint would be welcome. Food was fine without being great and weirdly the bar was not part of the hotel and wanted cash payment if used. Overall a hit, but I doubt you'll see me there again

A cheap and easy hotel in Bansko. No thrills and breakfast is suspect but you can’t really complain given our room was less than a tenner each per person. You can walk to the ski lift but they provide a free shuttle too.

A 3-star hotel which time turned it into a 2- one. Basic rooms, poor bathroom with leaking problems, overall out-of-date. But, very nice and helpful staff!

We stayed for three nights (two adults, two kids) and were generally happy. Spa was a bit small and the water in the pool could have been a bit warmer, but other than that staff were kind, responded quickly to all our requests while the room was clean and warm (hot even, I had to turn down the heating).

Great value for money, especially for a 3 star hotel. The kids had fun in the playground, pools, basketball court and the ping pong room. The room size was fine and the service was really good. The only downside is the breakfast.

It was a nice hotel. Always very warm inside and with modern decoration. But there were some problems. For example, there wasn't a curtain in the bathroom window and we were forced to use it with the lights closed. Also, there weren't extra rolls of toilet paper and the reception was always empty. Nevertheless, it was a good choice and I would recommend it.
