Excellent accommodation! We had a large two bedrooms apartment, which included two bathrooms and a huge livingroom. It had a balcony with lovely views, which allowed the smokers in the group to stay close. The children enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna and played pool every night. Excellent service overall. We had a nice stay at this hotel. Swimming poll has a very comfortable temperature, parking places are right in front of hotel or in the close proximity. Breakfast was excellent and they had lovely Easter decorations everywhere! The view from the room was breathtaking.

Suitable for couples and families, games rooms for all ages, large spa with heated pools, parking and courteous staff. If there are less than 30 guests at the hotel there is no buffet at breakfast and the choice is from a menu. Delicious dish but no desserts and extras. A bit far from the center but worth the money.

Fantastic stay so far. Staff couldn't be more helpful. Bus to lifts very handy, but note they leave from the carpark to the left of the gondola exit, not the main bus bit. Kids club fab. Eaten in both restaurants so far and both are great.

Great apartment Hotel, located at very good spot, great at summer and also great at Winter, really close to ski road, so you can almost do ski-out , just go over the road and put your ski on.

I stayed in an apartment in this facility and it was spacious and well equipped although a few tea bags and coffee sticks would have been a nice touch. I was taken aback by the fact that we needed to make our own bed at night as the duvet didn't have a sheet (?!). What they may lack in certain features you might want, the staff and service they provide is well worth staying here. We have just returned home from a long weekend and we just want to thank everyone at Mountain View for being so kind and helpful from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. We've had a great stay so far. Staff are all so friendly and willing to help despite the reviews saying otherwise! They upgraded us to a nice balcony room with an amazing view. Food has been great considering the price and the included wine/beer at dinner (which we didnt know about) has been a treat!! Short walk to the rental areas and gondola. Overall experience was good as a budget option. Cleanness wasn't the strong point of that room, as it wasn't very well cleaned. We had to have the bedlinens changed on check-in since they had stains and hair on them. Staff was very helpful and helped with everything.

It was a good place to relax. The rooms are clean although they tend to have one or too things wrong with them. The food tends to be served either luke warm or cold, luckily they do have a microwave in the dining hall though

It was a very nice place, clean and warm. With big rooms and nice personal. It is perfect to visit in every season, but especially during winter. you can acces for free every part of the hotel such as swiming pool, sauna, gym, except the Thai Massage.

Its just a fine 4star hotel. You can cook your own food at the room there is also fridge. The bathrooms are fine too. Reception of the hotel is kind. In 3 days the room nobody come to clean or to change the towels, the food was ok, for spa you have to pay extra for bathrobe and towel and the humid sauna smells a bit like mold. there is room for improvement!

Stayed as part of a Balkan Holiday ski package. Location is good. If you need to walk to the gondola this takes around 8 minutes. The rooms are very nice and they are in Bansko’s style. In some of the rooms there is a fireplace. The big room for 6 people is awesome, especially if it is a maisonette. All rooms have terrace.

The apartment was spacious, the kitchen was badly stocked, if we had wanted to cook it would have been tricky. Breakfast was OK, but no toast, evening meal again was OK, large portions, but no drinks available- we were told water was only for breakfast, the shuttle bus had been replaced with a car which was fine for 2 of us but would have been a problem for any larger groups. Very nice place and for a great price. The receptionist didn't speak English so we used Google translate, but once done, we got a quick and good service. The hotel is a bit distanced from the main street and the gondola to the ski area, but it's quite and good for driving to the mountain.

I'm delighted to recommend this place to anyone visiting Bansko. The family who run it are so kind and welcoming. They made sure we were comfortable and taken care of. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. We will be sure to stay here again during our next trip to Bansko.

It was a nice hotel. Always very warm inside and with modern decoration. But there were some problems. For example, there wasn't a curtain in the bathroom window and we were forced to use it with the lights closed. Also, there weren't extra rolls of toilet paper and the reception was always empty. Nevertheless, it was a good choice and I would recommend it.

The hotel is exactly as advertised. The rooms as spacious and the location is great, only 5 minutes from the gondola. The only drawback for us was the breakfast. The dishes are fixed and you can't eat all you want as it happens in other hotels. Apart from that my stay was very pleasant.

The apartment was great - cozy, spacious, equipped with everything a person could need and most of all terribly clean! The view from the terrace is more than unique - majestic Pirin rises in front of you. The location is great - a quiet place near the center, 10 minutes walk. I strongly recommend !

Large apartments with all you might need inside. The aparthotel is very close to the cabin lift and slope #1 so basically you can ski to your room. Spa was great, swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi worked fine only the Turkish bath was off. They also worked out all our requests. Great for the price.

Descent price/performance ratio. Very close to the gondola. No lifts for upper floors. Spa at the basement is good for after ski relaxation.
