The staff are all friendly and helpful. Our room got cleaned every day. The spa is just amazing especially the relaxing room with the heated spa bed and automatic soothing music. Food was very delicious and fresh. Also the prices were very good value for money. We had an amazing holiday. Recommended 👌

Everything good except they don’t fix your room when you walk in the room. It’s warm. Everything is unplugged. You have to plug everything. The breakfast is the best will definitely come back.

Beautiful hotel, surrounded in nature! We spent there one week with two little children. The staff was amazing!!! Very kind and generous with the children. Food was great! They use fresh local products. I loved it! Best soup I ever had.

Amazing place with amazing service. The mountain views from the hotel are incredible and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Very suitable for families, as there is a kids playground, huge green places between the buildings where the kids can play. We will be back very soon!!

We’ve stayed here several times with our family and absolutely love this place. The rooms are clean, the service is excellent, and the location is great with an amazing view. They offer an indoor pool, a spa center, and a large field in front where kids can play soccer or run around.

Hotel is in a quiet area, not really close to the old center, or to the base station of the cable, but a shuttle is available. The room was ok, we appreciate that towels were changed every day. The rooms are very nice and they are in Bansko’s style. In some of the rooms there is a fireplace. The big room for 6 people is awesome, especially if it is a maisonette. All rooms have terrace.

Probably more of a 3.5, a lot of good things are ruined by silly small things. We had a 3 bedroom appt which was ideal, except you flooded the bathroom s whenever you shower. Poor wet room design. Plus a lick of paint would be welcome. Food was fine without being great and weirdly the bar was not part of the hotel and wanted cash payment if used. It was like I was at home. Small, cozy, tidy. We lacked absolutely nothing. Extremely clean place. Dishes, utensils, iron, hairdryer, toaster, kettle, books 📚, cleaning products and accessories. We've had a great stay so far. Staff are all so friendly and willing to help despite the reviews saying otherwise! They upgraded us to a nice balcony room with an amazing view. Overall experience was good as a budget option. Cleanness wasn't the strong point of that room, as it wasn't very well cleaned. We had to have the bedlinens changed on check-in since they had stains and hair on them. Staff was very helpful and helped with everything.

Nice hotel generally. The room was big and comfortable. The spa services were great, but the stairs out of the pool were full of water and slippery. Also, there was a broken tile out of our bathtub. Rooms were clean and very well furnished. Bathroom was good as well but the shower cabin was kind of small. The spa center was good but there was only 1 sauna and with a lot of people in the hotel, sometimes you would end up "in a line". There were 2 steam rooms so you could do that while waiting. A cheap and easy hotel in Bansko. No thrills and breakfast is suspect but you can’t really complain given our room was less than a tenner each per person. You can walk to the ski lift but they provide a free shuttle too.

We stayed for three nights (two adults, two kids) and were generally happy. Spa was a bit small and the water in the pool could have been a bit warmer, but other than that staff were kind, responded quickly to all our requests while the room was clean and warm (hot even, I had to turn down the heating).

My second trip to Bansko this month, decided to change hotel and was not wrong. This one is perfect for skiing, practically ski out and ski in, just across from the ski road and only a few minutes’ walk to Gondola. There is also ski hire shop. Everything else was also very good. Clean, warm apartment, beautifully decorated. The pool, sauna and Jacuzzi were very warm, just what I need after skiing...

Very good service at a reasonable price. The location is very convenient as you can rent your skis from the hotel and simply walk to the slope which is one minute away and the ski to the gondola station. We have stayed there twice and plan to do so again this year.

I liked it very much there. The studio was spacious and had all the amenities needed. A fully stocked kitchen (sans food :) ), a sofa that was stretched and made into a bed for my child, a separate bedroom with a safe and a bath in the bathroom

Super friendly staff. The best place for our dog that we've visited so far - there was a separate room with spacious bed and bowls for her and the staff gave us a room with a beautiful garden so that the dog can go out as much as she likes :)

Appartements are good quality for the price. Large rooms, good furniture. Breakfast is good. SPA is not in sync with the apartments. Pool is small, sauna is shaddy, needs renewing.

Nice rooms and big. Although heating is a problem with those huge rooms. Radiators are small. But it's OK. The only thing that is bad is the Sauna. It's two different for women and men I went with my girlfriend and we had to go separate. That's bad.

It was a nice hotel. Always very warm inside and with modern decoration. But there were some problems. For example, there wasn't a curtain in the bathroom window and we were forced to use it with the lights closed. Also, there weren't extra rolls of toilet paper and the reception was always empty. Nevertheless, it was a good choice and I would recommend it.
