A wonderful place to spend a wonderful time with your loved ones. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, the rooms are very clean. The SPA center is amazing offering hot tubs, pool, sauna, steam baths

The location of the hotel is bad, 15 minute walk from the lift and the shuttle is not frequent enough and too small

My wife and I recently stayed at the Kempinski Hotel in Bansko, and while most of the experience was exceptional, we traveled after our wedding and in the room there was a bottle of bubbly wine and chocolate that made our day! First, the breakfast was outstanding—easily a 10/10

I would like to especially mention the employee named Tsvetelina, charming, always with a pleasant smile and great kindness. Tsvetelina!!! The food in the restaurants is excellent and the service

Thank you, we will be happy to return to this hotel. There are not enough electrical outlets in the room, these days we all have cell phones, computers, tablets, electric toothbrushes and more

We were 4 nights at the hotel and really liked the stay. The service of the staff at the hotel is excellent, from the reception to the spa, everyone is very respectful of the customers

The egg station was a standout, with fresh and perfectly prepared dishes each morning. The variety and quality were excellent. We were served by Darko during dinner, and he was truly exceptional

Everything good except they don’t fix your room when you walk in the room. It’s warm. Everything is unplugged. You have to plug everything. The breakfast is the best will definitely come back.

There’s so much to love in Lucky Bansko. I don’t even know where to begin! From the luxury SPA procedures to the evening room service with goodnight chocolate - it is a place of pure sweetness and delight

Staff couldn't be more helpful. Bus to lifts very handy, but note they leave from the carpark to the left of the gondola exit, not the main bus bit. Eaten in both restaurants so far and both are great

One of the best hotel I've seen in town. High standard service with very polite staff. Rooms are great quality and we'll isolated. We only had breakfast but it was really a wide offer with a lot of fresh produce

Bansko is known ski sesort, but is very attractive and beautiful during the summer as well

Also there was no safety at the bottles, from which alcohol was served. The rooms were OK and the spa was very good. The location of the hotel is in close proximity to the center but you still need a car to go skiing

The rooms are clean and the location is perfect, giving you peace and quiet, while you are still really close to the town

Not that good on the cleaning side. The apartment that we stayed is located in building "D", it is spacious enough for a family with maximum 2 children

The good thing is that it is next to the pool, and the activity park. Also they lets us stay with our dog

Be careful if you decide to visit it during summer, there is no air conditioning at all in the hotel nor in the rooms. We were on the 6th floor and the rooms were like a sauna

Holtes is located in a fantastic location within walking distance of the ski lifts, and the food is delicious. However the hotel itself is quite old, and the rooms are not up to par

Relative big swimming pool, gently service. In the restaurant, there is no free clear water for drinking and must bez payed. Coffee automat always overloaded (if working), somet parts of meal wchich is empty is no supply

The restaurant has also been refurbished and has a great selection of really nice food. Oh, and don't forget to check out the Juice bar 👍 Lots of improvements since we were last here

The restaurant quality is poor with abnormally high prices. The spa is not included in the room price. Rooms are ok. Location is good though and the lobby is nice with two fireplaces

We spent a week over Christmas day at The Lion Hotel. It was amazing. The staff were great, the room was huge and the cleaner did a great job.

We visited it mainly for the SPA facilities, which are exceptional. The breakfast and dinner are also good - plenty of delicious food for everyone. The rooms are good size with a large bed, but no air conditioner

Katarino is one of the best SPA hotels available in the country. The location is beautiful with an amazing view over the mountain

The high quality of service is visible everywhere - welcoming staff, spotless clean facilities, amazing food (most of which locally produced). Pool and SPA areas are very relaxing and well maintained

You can go for a walk in the area or you can visit the Veterans Hut which is around 4 km from the hotel

They were loud in the mornings, waking us up, and they were smoking below our window, so our bedroom was constantly smelling like cigarettes - Pretty much everything was outworn - The staff were friendly, but lacked experience and organization Definitely not the level you expect for a 4* hotel, it wasn't very bad, but we won't come back

We only used two of the bedrooms when we stayed. There is no bath in this apartment. This was a blessing rather than a curse as we prefer showering

The rooms are very nice and they are in Bansko’s style. In some of the rooms there is a fireplace. The big room for 6 people is awesome, especially if it is a maisonette. All rooms have terrace.

Very nice hotel with clean and spacious rooms, pretty good service! There is SPA centre with one not too big but clean pool, steam bath, sauna, salt room and Turkish bath. Breakfast is enough tasty but not too variety

Granted, it’s not 5 stars, but it’s comfortable. This apartment had a ground floor twin room, a queen sized en-suite and twin room on the first floor. We paid £370 a week which was discounted as we stayed 3 weeks

We never bothered getting the provided minibus to to the gondola station as it's only a five minute walk up the hill - but you're also only a ten minute walk to the old town, so you're perfectly situated

Rooms pretty big and comfortable although a bit outdated. Swimming pool is large but all the area is slippery. Please watch out, almost everyday there is someone falling. Very slow elevators - use the stairs!

Nice hotel, rooms are not that big but okay. Elevators are ridiculously slow ask for a room in a lower floor because you will use the stairs most of the time. Breakfast is fairly poor, dinner is a little bit better

At most you'll find better selection and variety outside. Pool and spa facilities are good. The hotel has a shuttle service but it's only about 10 minutes walk to the gondola

The best hotel in town for the money. I was there a few times already and my stay was perfect: clean rooms, friendly personal and especially great food. I recommended it to my friends visiting Bulgaria

There is one room with one drowned and not the pool. Steam room not working, sauna was for 2. In the Jacuzzi the water was half. A lot of little kids 7 brats parents

Finally, a small but noticeable detail: refilling bathroom toiletries like shampoo and body wash wasn't automatic. While staff happily provided them upon request, proactive replenishment would have been more convenient

A special mention to bartender Idris Ismail, who provided outstanding service and made us feel truly welcome. His kindness and professionalism set him apart. Definitely a place I would return to!

It has a swimming pool, gym, sports room and a double sauna (only one was working during my stay) attached to the hotel. It's riverside location in Bansko is ideal

The excellent Spa complex has a heated swimming pool outside, indoor pool, sauna, Hammam, infrared cabin. Good fitness zone: gym hall 2 squash courts, 2 ping-pong, Billiards, air hockey.

There are children's playgrounds, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, ski and golf equipment rentals, and a couple of shops

The guest house has a spa center and an amazing typical Bulgarian restaurant-Mehana. The room was clean with incredible view. The breakfast has various dishes which are appropriate for every taste preference

We went for a massage for couples and it was amazing. We both felt so good after the session. The girls did an amazing job. We do recomand it. ☺️☺️

The location is maybe one of the best places in Bansko because it is near the city centre and also the ski area. The staff is very friendly and responsive

I am a stranger in these lands. I had problems with my phone and the staff let me use their computer even though I were no longer a guest, to get help with my accommodation It was months ago but I'm still grateful

What are the disadvantages were seen: 1) the Cleaning was done so himself (on the first day, in General, a dead bug lying on the floor), the bed refueled so that I would not have ran at all 2) the Hairdryer did not work properly (turns off after ~30 seconds of work) 3) the water Pressure in the shower leaves much to be desired Overall, the hotel is fully justified
