A wonderful place to spend a wonderful time with your loved ones. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, the rooms are very clean. The SPA center is amazing offering hot tubs, pool, sauna, steam baths. The food is simply delicious. Totally recommend the place.

Breakfast is great. There are some stuff broken in the room, so the room is not really maintained, however room service is good. Some of the hotel staff are nice and some not so much. The location of the hotel is bad, 15 minute walk from the lift and the shuttle is not frequent enough and too small.

The hotel is not well adapted for disabled people. The luggage is hard to get to the room due to missing ramps and well placed elevators.

It seems to lack maintenance and needs some renovation. The Hotel is really at the edge of the village.The walking path from the main road to the hotel at the top is not very safe especially at nighttime. Not that good on the cleaning side. The apartment that we stayed is located in building "D", it is spacious enough for a family with maximum 2 children. The good thing is that it is next to the pool, and the activity park. Also they lets us stay with our dog.

A quite nice hotel that definitely needs renovation! The rooms are spacious bit outdated, the mattresses are quite old and the couch is really hard, my daughter woke up in pain. It's a lovely hotel. We visited it mainly for the SPA facilities, which are exceptional. The breakfast and dinner are also good - plenty of delicious food for everyone. The rooms are good size with a large bed, but no air conditioner. You can go for a walk in the area or you can visit the Veterans Hut which is around 4 km from the hotel. Highly recommend.

Rooms don't fully correspond to the five-star pretentions (relatively small, no AC, very basic shower etc.). Service is good though, and the buffet restaurant is probably the best in the whole area

Nice hotel, rooms are not that big but okay. Elevators are ridiculously slow ask for a room in a lower floor because you will use the stairs most of the time. Breakfast is fairly poor, dinner is a little bit better. At most you'll find better selection and variety outside. Pool and spa facilities are good. The hotel has a shuttle service but it's only about 10 minutes walk to the gondola.

The best hotel in town for the money. I was there a few times already and my stay was perfect: clean rooms, friendly personal and especially great food. I recommended it to my friends visiting Bulgaria. Hope you try it yourself and for sure you are going to enjoy it!!

Food monotonous. Wrote that there is a Spa..... lie. There is one room with one drowned and not the pool. Steam room not working, sauna was for 2. In the Jacuzzi the water was half. A lot of little kids 7 brats parents. All the rest, but not rest.

It was a real pleasure to be a guest in this wonderful hotel. The room was more than amazing, the whole hotel, all the rooms were warm all the time. You have more than enough food for breakfast (I guess the dinner was also good since we had a half board) and the lobby had a special vibe. The hotel is worth visiting, I highly recommend it, everything was top quality.

For Bulgaria the hotel is of good quality. Delicious food, polite staff. The rooms are already a bit where something in need of repair. Jacuzzi not working. Gym is purely symbolic. To the ski lift 1.2 km away.

Looks premium from the first sight, but it's somewhat poorly maintained. Smells of smoke and dust in the rooms, no central heating (using Air Conditioners for that), not so great meals, diluted with water juices. You could get more for the price paid.

Terrible bed but great breakfast at the hotel. The spa is great and includes many good areas and alternatives, I really enjoyed it prior to Saturday when it became crowded to the point I preferred to avoid it.

Not good value for the money you pay - the apartments are old and need some renovation, the food in the restaurant is average, if you have dinner included they don't even serve water and you have to pay for it. The Spa is small, cold and noisy so not relaxing in any way. We also hired bikes that were very old and didn't have working brakes so it was a struggle to ride them. Only the picturesque view...

An excellent hotel for a family holiday. Large area, fresh air, pine forest and mountains all around. There are children's playgrounds, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, ski and golf equipment rentals, and a couple of shops.

This a very nice hotel at the end of the town. The hotel is remote and overlooking some fields (and sheep). It's quiet and serene. The rooms are well appointed, and the service is top. The food in the restaurant is very delicious and plentiful, I had the best mini Pavlova! The only quibble is that the lobby is too small. But they fully compensate with a welcome drink 😄

Nice and quaiet hotel. Till to city center and to telegondola, there are 600m. There are cars free of charge for telegondola every morning and in the afternoon Kind staff. There is spa, parking, bar, conference hall. Rich breakfast.

Nice hotel generally. The room was big and comfortable. The spa services were great, but the stairs out of the pool were full of water and slippery. Also, there was a broken tile out of our bathtub. Apart from these, the breakfast was great with a big variety of products and the staff was very kind. Not everyone from the staff knew English, so it wasn't really easy to communicate.

It is clean, comfortable, good looking, BUT not well maintained. Some furnitures are dirty, some facilities are broken. It is 3 km away from Bansko and Razlog, near the main road, near a forest and small river.

Really friendly hotel with a great welcome from Krasimir and Maria. Krasimir has contacts with a ski equipment rental shop where we had a good reduction in charges. Krasimir gave us lifts to the slopes and to a nearby spa - there was a charge for this of course but it made a big difference to our holiday. I would be happy to recommend this hotel to anyone.
