One word - perfect! 😍 We really love it! The room is very huge and nice! Food is fine - you have all you need! I’ve read that the pool is crowded and don’t have outdoor open spaces - but I prefer it as there are no “helicopters” 🐝 definitely will visit it again ❣️ I was with my kid (2y) and there is no playground near

Lovely place with spacious rooms in a quiet area with beautiful view of mountains. Good spa facilitjes with pool, jacuzzi, sauna & massage. I highly recommend deep tissue massage with Cati!

The food was very delicious, we were here for the day of the Union even, they had special items, which were delicious 😋. The spa and pool area is very interesting and relaxing

The pool has a special filtration system, not with chlorine but with another more natural substance, which I forgot. The staff everywhere were great, especially in the kids area! 🤗

Although the hotel is located 10-15 min walk from downtown, the view from the window of our studio was nice - up to the Pirin mountain and down-to the garden-patio. and the food was above all expectations

+ Tasty Food + Great view from the infinity pool and the restaurant - No air conditioning - We were in Villa 1, and the cleaning ladies room was right below us

We visited it mainly for the SPA facilities, which are exceptional. The breakfast and dinner are also good - plenty of delicious food for everyone. The rooms are good size with a large bed, but no air conditioner

You can go for a walk in the area or you can visit the Veterans Hut which is around 4 km from the hotel

Wonderfully refreshed apartments and pool. The sun was shining and the National Park was breathtaking. The hotel/ apartment was first class and looks great after clear investment

Hotel was busy, but plenty of space to sun worship or take a dip in one of its several pools. Staff on the ball and nice and clear

For me it was lovely to have the pool and sauna and a place that was out of town and away from the noisy nightclubs so that we always slept well. Our favorite restaurants were The House and Leonardo

The town of Bansko has grown a lot since I last visited 13 years ago and has a good selection of excellent restaurants and great Apres ski, virtually every venue we went to has some kind of live music at some point in the evening

After reading the reviews on trip advisor I was worried about the trip that I had planned to Razlog, but I was really impressed when I arrived. This hotel has had a refurb and the rooms were of good quality

They were clean comfortable and very warm. The photos are accurate it is a lovely place and of a much higher standard that some places I have stayed in whilst skiing in the alps

We made use of the spa facilities daily, the pool is small but sufficient. We enjoyed the sauna, steam rooms and hot tub after a long day of skiing. We also enjoyed a wonderful massage

We arrived late at night, missing the dining service but was surprised to find fresh fruit, drinks and snacks in our fridge and a meat and cheese salad plate each, really appreciated

The hotel is lovely, our bedroom a bit tired and dated, but large. Our 13 year old daughters bed was more like a camp bed with an uncomfortable mattress, our bed was fine

The second evening we set up again at the same table and was told we were not allowed to play games, that was a shame for us as a family. Rules are rules but should be consistent

The room was very warm but we were able to turn the temperature down. The shower was excellent and hot. Nice to have the little extras, bath salts, dressing gowns and slippers

This was an Amazing Holiday in Bansko especially in this Hotel. Great Staff in which I also have to mention: Georgi, Mitko, Toni. They were really nice and Professional

The hotel has a pleasant lay out, the breakfast is excellent, the bar is lovely and the food is very good. The spa is good with a small swimming pool, sauna and steam rooms. The only downside is the rooms themselves

The good thing is that it is next to the pool, and the activity park. Also they lets us stay with our dog

The rooms are clean and the location is perfect, giving you peace and quiet, while you are still really close to the town

It's a very nice hotel for skiers and offers great value for money. Ski shuttle bus run every hour. The room was clean, spacious and warm, with balcony offering mountain views

The hotel is conveniently close to the ski area and nearby restaurants and bars. A huge plus is the convenience store located inside the hotel. The staff is very kind and friendly

They offered us free late cheque out, which was extremely useful after skiing. Could use some renovation and additions on equipment (towels, plates and cutlery)

I liked the hotel, good rooms, there is a balcony, a large pool and a children's pool

The cleaners kept leaving 2 bath mats instead of a hand towel. Overall the staff were friendly and welcoming. The bar man was lovely and went above and beyond for us

Rooms pretty big and comfortable although a bit outdated. Swimming pool is large but all the area is slippery. Please watch out, almost everyday there is someone falling. Very slow elevators - use the stairs!

The rooms is very warm and clean! Also the food is very delicious we was half bord but sometimes we eat in the restaurants in the town! Me and my partner decided to go for the hammam package and our two kids had one kids massage each

At most you'll find better selection and variety outside. Pool and spa facilities are good. The hotel has a shuttle service but it's only about 10 minutes walk to the gondola

The therapists did an amazing job. The massage, it felt so good and we were very relaxed afterwards. We rentede ski and also we took nice ski instructor from the hotel and we learned very quickly how to ski

If you are looking for a snowboard instructor, Marian Papakoca is the guy. Perfect teacher, even better as a buddy. He made us stand up and drive on our own in just a few hours

Besides this, with friends, family, short vacation or just to take your mind off things, coming to this place will be fun and satisfying (for the most part). The restaurant as well as the food was surprisingly quite nice

There is a mini bus that can take you from the hotel to the gondolas but only in the morning so you have to be very careful with the timing or otherwise, if you're late the driver won't wait for you

The service form the reception was very bad. They didn't help us when asking questions and the staff wasn't very pleasant

If you have questions, good luck having them being answered by the staff

A hotel that offers more than you pay. The location is two or three minutes on foot from the cable car. The food we had included (breakfast and dinner) was excelent, especially the dinner, and very diverse

We stayed in March in a deluxe 2 bedroom suite which had a great view and very comfortable. The beds were comfortable too. It is a great location for the ski lift and a walk into Bansko town

The staff were nice and helpful. The spa and pool are a great asset too, along with their staff and good priced treatments. Food was very tasty and a good selection, but if you only like uk food it will not be for you

The breakfast was amazing, the location a 5 minute walk to the gondola, the pool is open in limited hours (its not that great either). It wasn't a good and relaxing experience for us we can't recommend staying there

Room is big if slightly noisy Spa I really liked, wonderful pool, sauna and steam room. It looked basic on the face of it but was really nice and relaxing once in there

It has a swimming pool, gym, sports room and a double sauna (only one was working during my stay) attached to the hotel. It's riverside location in Bansko is ideal

Three stars or four stars? The hotel itself is very nice. It has all the services that you can expect a four star hotel to have. Towels and bathrobes are a nice touch

You have more than enough food for breakfast (I guess the dinner was also good since we had a half board) and the lobby had a special vibe. The hotel is worth visiting, I highly recommend it, everything was top quality

For Bulgaria the hotel is of good quality. Delicious food, polite staff. The rooms are already a bit where something in need of repair. Jacuzzi not working. Gym is purely symbolic. To the ski lift 1.2 km away.

Unique atmosphere, excellent view, quick access to the mountains, clean air, lots of activities and great SPA center. Ideal place to be for a memorable vacation. It's luxurious, but prices are reasonable

Terrible bed but great breakfast at the hotel. The spa is great and includes many good areas and alternatives, I really enjoyed it prior to Saturday when it became crowded to the point I preferred to avoid it.

The only remark that I have this year (compared to the years before as we are their guests for more than 7 years) is about the food - the breakfast and dinner offering is like 3 stars hotel

The Spa is small, cold and noisy so not relaxing in any way. We also hired bikes that were very old and didn't have working brakes so it was a struggle to ride them. Only the picturesque view and fields were worthed

Very large clean rooms. Swimming pool - spa for max 10 persons. Only one elevator. Small breakfast room. Nothing to do except spa. Not even a desent bar. Very far from the center. Just for a sleep.

What are the disadvantages were seen: 1) the Cleaning was done so himself (on the first day, in General, a dead bug lying on the floor), the bed refueled so that I would not have ran at all 2) the Hairdryer did not work properly (turns off after ~30 seconds of work) 3) the water Pressure in the shower leaves much to be desired Overall, the hotel is fully justified

Lovely hotel about 25min walk from the gondola area, clean rooms mostly friendly staff, cleaners are lovely (1 was super helpful every day and went beyond the call of duty due to a friend - dont ask) lovely views

I and my friend got a relaxing and a deep tissue massage with Valea, she is a pro! I highly recommend the massage. They have a spa which is very nice, large pool, dry and wet sauna, hot and cold jacuzzi

The rooms were not as great as you would expect from France/Italy, however they were good value for the price. My friends and I loved the breakfast and dinner buffets, included in the price of our stay

Good variety of dishes for all dietary requirements, I especially loved the huge and delicious salad buffet. My absolute favourite thing about the hotel was the fantastic Aegeo spa

Such a nice hotel right next to old town too, the food in the hotel is OK could do with a rethink on combination and level of flavour, but overall really nice place to be.

Excellent! Very good food, clean, beautiful spa and last but not least, the staff is very kind and attentive to the needs of the customers.

Our friends stayed at a similar apartment in the same building and their pullout sofa was different and very comfortable. We saw poop in the pool and in the jacuzzi

The other is that I think the spa needs dedicated child free times as it often felt like a children’s pool

My son came down with an ear infection and one of us adults got another kind of infection from the pool

The rooms were good and clean, the Spa was great, the treatments we had were profesional, the food was good with a large variety and most of all the staff was very obliging and helpful always smiling and kind

The Hotel is really modern and nicely decorated. If you are skiing, there is a bus to the gondola every 15 mins in the morning and back in the Afternoon

Many facilities including pool table, pinball machine, Olympic style swimming pool, sauna. Jacuzzi massage parlour, bar and restaurant. There is also a FREE shuttle bus service which runs constantly throughout the day

Very comfortable and large reception area. There is a ski shop in the spa centre which even does training as well as equipment hire. We came for a month in mid February

Mosr of the staff spoke good English, and the Bulgarian people were very helpful and always smiling. Definitely recommend this centre

There was still plenty of snow on the piste, but the sun never stopped shining. Wonderful Holiday, and revived us all for our return

This is a top class complex simula to the Dorchester in London but at 1/3 of the price

Stayed there for a company event. Rooms were very nice decorated and clean. Restaurant is well organized and the food is tasty. Very nice and flexible personnel. The hotel manager was always there when we needed her

It is clean, comfortable, good looking, BUT not well maintained. Some furnitures are dirty, some facilities are broken. It is 3 km away from Bansko and Razlog, near the main road, near a forest and small river.

Perfect place for rest. It's quaet and peacefull. The barthender from pollbar is awesome.

There was delicious and different food every day. The water in the swimming pool was warm and perfect for swimming after a good day of skiing
