Small guest house with basic living room and bathroom and bedroom. No breakfast. No reception. No daily cleaning. And someone was going in the room and turn the heaters all way down daily. Not good…..

Super service. Magnificent value for money. Staff is professionally very polite and cheerful. Location is decent. 10 min walking distance from gondola. 5 min walking distance to main street. There is spa, table tennis. It's clean and cosy.

Great staff willing to help at all times. Excellent cleanliness and the apartments are nicely furnished and the kitchen has everything you need. The breakfast and dinner were also quite good! Definitely recommended!

The rooms are spacious, warm, there is a small kitchen, warm floor at the entrance and in the bathroom. The personnel is friendly and helpful. The location is great, they are close to the ski lift. My only minor gripe would be the breakfast, there is not much choice of dishes, but the available ones are tasty. Overall, this is a great place to stay in Bansko.

Very good location. Well priced and maintained property. Beds could be a little more comfortable but for the price you can't complain. We stayed in the studio flat. Shame the tv's are only in Bulgarian. Also it's very close to the gondola 😁

We stayed at Pri Ani Guest House during Feb half term and loved it. the rooms are perfect for a skiing trip with fridge, bathroom, and are plenty warm enough. We were on the top floor, with a good view of the mountains. 1000% recommended. The nicest surprise of our winter vacation was that accommodation. In a central spot, extremely clean( everyday cleaning service), hot, cosy and with an excellent view from window. The owner, Alexander is very polite and friendly. Bonus point: a nice public kitchen with all the everyday amenities you need such as microwave.

Very friendly service and comfortable room. Breakfast was handmade fresh traditional Bulgarian omelette and was tasty. Views over the Pirin Mountains from the hotel balcony were excellent. Would definitely recommend if travelling to Bulgaria for mountaineering or skiing.

Great family-run guest house in the hearth of the town. Calm and quiet place, tidy and clean. And on't miss the home-made dishes! They are dee-licious!!!

Me and friend of mine have stayed there for five nights. The hosts were really kind and you won't have so often a chance to meet such a wonderful people. Decent and clean accommodation. All in all i was very content with everything.

Clean, nice and cozy. Perfect breakfast. Fried slices or pancakes with blueberry or raspberry or wild strawberry jam can be ordered. Also one morning we ordered a homemade pie with homemade sour yogurt. Unique! Well done to Grandma Sevda. I highly recommend when choosing a place to stay. Arranged courtyard for guests with several tables under a canopy or in the sun.

If you're going to sleep in Bansko, it's better in a house like this than in a hotel. In this you can order breakfast or dinner or something special.

There's nothing luxurious about this place. But it's cheap and it has no problems with the heating or the hot water.

Although Bansko is a ski destination, Skabrin does not have a room for skis or to dry boots. It also doesn't have a lounge if you want to stay in the hotel but not in the small room. The triple room was too small for the luggage + boots + helmets that needed to be dried. Clothes were also a problem as there weren't enough hangers in the wardrobe or on the wall for three people's clothes. For me this...

First time in this establishment, my cousins have visited before so I decided to try it out. The room is as expected for the price and some lack of accommodation is to be expected also. But overall its a good hotel if you visit is just to ski or snowboard. Breakfast is included at the price which is great and the buffet has all the necessary ingredients for a breakfast.

Great place to stay in Bansko! Cosy rooms that feel like high-end hotel rooms, with nice wooden furniture and beautiful oil paintings, made by the owner. There is a wardrobe to store your ski equipment and a parking space. You have an amazing view to the mountains. The street itself is a lovely walking area. Hosts are very kind. I was very happy with my stay at Bella Vista! Great clean room with a balcony from which you had a beautiful view of the mountains. The breakfast was of good quality and the selection was sufficient for my needs. Very nice and friendly owners. Overall, very recommendable.
