Small guest house with basic living room and bathroom and bedroom. No breakfast. No reception. No daily cleaning. And someone was going in the room and turn the heaters all way down daily. Not good…..

Super service. Magnificent value for money. Staff is professionally very polite and cheerful. Location is decent. 10 min walking distance from gondola. 5 min walking distance to main street. There is spa, table tennis. It's clean and cosy.

Great staff willing to help at all times. Excellent cleanliness and the apartments are nicely furnished and the kitchen has everything you need. The breakfast and dinner were also quite good! Definitely recommended!

The rooms are spacious, warm, there is a small kitchen, warm floor at the entrance and in the bathroom. The personnel is friendly and helpful. The location is great, they are close to the ski lift. My only minor gripe would be the breakfast, there is not much choice of dishes, but the available ones are tasty. Overall, this is a great place to stay in Bansko.

Very good location. Well priced and maintained property. Beds could be a little more comfortable but for the price you can't complain. We stayed in the studio flat. Shame the tv's are only in Bulgarian. Also it's very close to the gondola 😁

Great experience! We booked an apartment for 4 nights, it was very clean, new furniture, kitchen with all utilities. The host was very friendly and nice. And the place is very close to the ski slopes. Will come here again!

Extremely professional and friendly hospitality at the same time, rooms in outstanding condition and delicious food (the hosts prepared incredible delicious food). Really helpful staff.Can’t ask for more than that.

Nice people. Family business. Speak French and English. Welcoming and very polite. Tell them what you want for breakfast and they will try please you. Inside the yard parking! Very safe. Heating during winter!

he hosts are so helpful and sweet. Always with a smile! They give good tips for newcomers in bansko and the spa services the hotel offers are very interesting and well maintained. 100%worth the price. The room had all the basics and was clean, we loved everything.

The staff was extremely friendly, and it's in a great location, very affordable. The only problem is that you are not allowed to cook on the stove you have in your room so that the rooms don't smell of cooking? And the jacuzzi water is not the cleanest, but the sauna is great. Also the breakfast is okay, but basically you can ether have eggs and salami or corn flakes.

A very nice hotel in Bansko. The owners are a sweet couple and will make sure you have a pleasant stay, doing whatever they can to help. The rooms are very clean and cosy, heater works perfectly on winter. Walking distance to the gondola and close to the center with all the restaurants/pubs. Couldn't recommend more!

We had an excellent stay here. staff were very friendly and helpful. They even arranged transport to take us to the station.Plenty nearby restaurants and shops. Room was spacious, warm, very clean and comfortable and lovely decorating.Kids and adults enjoyed jacuzzi.Breakfast very very delicious. Great beds and dark curtains. The AC for this summer was needed so it was really nice to have it. The staff is great and really friendly. The rooftop 'living room' is awesome

The place is quiet and peaceful. About 10 minutes from the center. The apartment is tastefully furnished, clean. There is no terrace (junior suite) and in the kitchenette there is a refrigerator, microwave and kettle. No hob. There are cups, plates and utensils. In the backyard there is a parking space for 3-4 cars. The building has no elevator. Features a shared apartment (tavern) with a small stove...

Big, cozy apartment with all utilities. Big kotchen om the ground floor, still you get sink, microwave oven, and mini-kitchen in the apartment. Very pleased. Second time here in 2 weeks' span.

We had a wonderful vacation in this location; cleanliness, warmth, good food and a staff of grade 10; we will return with another occasion for sure.

It's a very nice place in Bansko, clean, with great food, and jaccuzzi. You walk around 7-10 minutes to the gondola for ski. The owner and his wife are very friendly and nice people. I recomend this place for families with kids.

Well located near ski rental and teleski carpark (5 min walk, no need for driving), good breakfast options, clean sauna and jacuzzi. Overall properly maintained premises, staff is polite and speaks good english.

We stopped here to capture some of the ski season in Bansko. We had a family room that was very spacious. Breakfast was included in our stay and this was very well presented and cooked well. The staff were also very helpful and friendly. In regards to location this is an easy ten minute walk to the Gondola. It is also well located for a number of traditional Bulgarian restaurants. Highly recommended...

The location is a traditional Bulgarian House, very well located and closed to main Bansko attractions. The host, Mihael received us very nice, providing a lot of useful info about the resort. Also, the food is top quality, most of it comes from organic farms.

Mikel’s tavern gives you the best Bulgarian Food Experience - every dish was made with full attention, from local and fresh ingredients - dishes we haven’t seen at any other place… that gave us a real glimpse of the Bulgarian traditional kitchen!!! Mikel was full with good willing to help when needed and we had a great time in his place! 😊

Great little hotel in old town Bansko, with a small restaurant in an authentic house that is over a century old. Traditional foods such as handmade salads, soups, cooked meals, from personally selected ingredients from producers around Bulgaria. It's worth the visit for a good meal and a stay!

Clean, nice and cozy. Perfect breakfast. Fried slices or pancakes with blueberry or raspberry or wild strawberry jam can be ordered. Also one morning we ordered a homemade pie with homemade sour yogurt. Unique! Well done to Grandma Sevda. I highly recommend when choosing a place to stay. Arranged courtyard for guests with several tables under a canopy or in the sun.

If you're going to sleep in Bansko, it's better in a house like this than in a hotel. In this you can order breakfast or dinner or something special.

There's nothing luxurious about this place. But it's cheap and it has no problems with the heating or the hot water.

Very much enjoyed staying here with a very friendly host and great, affordable food. The place is slightly far from the ski lift but a cheap taxi or 20 min walk will get you there. It is also in the cheaper and less noisy part of Bansko

Lovely and cozy place. The owner George speaks greek too, the hospitality was very good. About a quarter minutes walk to the gondola lift.

First ever taste off Bulgarian cuisine. The vegetarian option was spectacular! Bean soup with peppers and tomato source sounds dull but it was not.

Me and friend of mine have stayed there for five nights. The hosts were really kind and you won't have so often a chance to meet such a wonderful people. Decent and clean accommodation. All in all i was very content with everything.

The host is the nicest. Even though his English is not the best, he is very kind and tends to your every need. Highly reccomend!

But despite on booking.com it is written that they can speak Russian and English, it is not completely truth. Great acomodetion, clean rooms, friendly owners(they don't speak english, that's a minus, but you can understand yourselves with sogns and google translate) and very good food. 1.5km from the gondola, no shuttle bus unfortunately. Most rooms have view of the mountains, balconies, minifridge and it is very warm inside. All in all, very nice place with great prices.

I really enjoyed our stay here. Very clean and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful owner. Nice garden to sit in during the day. Good wifi. Big parking in front of the house. I would definitely stay here again.

Best accommodation and hosts ever! We loved everything! We spent eight fantastic days at the Hayloft. The apartment we rented was clean, spacious, convenient, with a fully-equipped kitchen and two balconies, one facing Pirin and one - Rila and the Rhodope mountains. The tireless Reni and Ivan have paid attention to the tiniest details, so that their guest have a carefree stay. They are the nicest people...

The hotel is very charming and my stay was fantastic. The best part were the warm and kind hosts who made me feel very welcome and cooked tasty breakfast and dinner to top off the experience. The hotel is not far from the ski lift(a 7 min walk). I will certainly be back for more days.

We always have a wonderful time staying at Reny and Ivan's guesthouse. This is our second time and we hope to visit again in the future. The rooms are very clean and tastefully decorated. The location can't be better - very close to the gondola lift and to the town center, but very quiet at the same time. We love the homemade breakfasts and dinners - the ingredients used and price offer great value...
