Amazing place with amazing service. The mountain views from the hotel are incredible and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Very suitable for families, as there is a kids playground, huge green places between the buildings where the kids can play. We will be back very soon!!

We’ve stayed here several times with our family and absolutely love this place. The rooms are clean, the service is excellent, and the location is great with an amazing view. They offer an indoor pool, a spa center, and a large field in front where kids can play soccer or run around.

Hotel is in a quiet area, not really close to the old center, or to the base station of the cable, but a shuttle is available. The room was ok, we appreciate that towels were changed every day. Sufficient choices for food at breakfast and dinner. Pool and sauna are a good option for spending time after the ski sessions.

Not that good on the cleaning side. The apartment that we stayed is located in building "D", it is spacious enough for a family with maximum 2 children. The good thing is that it is next to the pool, and the activity park. Also they lets us stay with our dog.

Such a nice place! Great spa and the pool has been recently refurbished. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. The staff are very knowledgeable for tourists so if you want to know something, just ask them. The restaurant has also been refurbished and has a great selection of really nice food. Holtes is located in a fantastic location within walking distance of the ski lifts, and the food is delicious. However the hotel itself is quite old, and the rooms are not up to par. The hairdryer was not working, and they do not provide towels for the spa in the rooms.

It's a lovely hotel. We visited it mainly for the SPA facilities, which are exceptional. The breakfast and dinner are also good - plenty of delicious food for everyone. Everybody is too rude in the hotel. And even i hanged do not disturb sign on my room door, i saw that they entered my room when i was away. The lobby bar is not cleaned properly.

It was a decent stay, me and two friends had a double floor room with 2 single beds on the first floor and one double bed on the second floor. We slept well, and the breakfast was perfect. We also booked massages at the hotel's spa, which I highly recommend. There was no hairdryer in the bathroom, which is a minus and the overall cleanliness of the room could be better. I liked it very much, swimming pool, saunas, gorgeous view from the window. True, on some days the breakfast was cut, but still ok. Free transfer every hour to the ski lift and back. This hotel's location is hard to beat for winter enthusiasts. Plus, the morning fuel-up is fantastic, with a breakfast buffet boasting a bounty of delicious choices. And to top it off, free spa access? Sign me up! However, the spa experience wasn't entirely blissful. It was a real pleasure to be a guest in this wonderful hotel. The room was more than amazing, the whole hotel, all the rooms were warm all the time. You have more than enough food for breakfast (I guess the dinner was also good since we had a half board) and the lobby had a special vibe. Looks premium from the first sight, but it's somewhat poorly maintained. Smells of smoke and dust in the rooms, no central heating (using Air Conditioners for that), not so great meals, diluted with water juices. You could get more for the price paid.

This a very nice hotel at the end of the town. The hotel is remote and overlooking some fields (and sheep). It's quiet and serene. The rooms are well appointed, and the service is top. The personal cares about the clients. All of them were helpful and followed up any conversation. The gym was closed, the breakfast was enough, but it doesn't almost change. We had a problem with the hot water in the room, and they immediately suggested changing our room. The indoor pool always with 28-29 degrees, and the kids with 34+. The jacuzzi, both pools and spa really clean and maintained.
