Stayed there for a company event. Rooms were very nice decorated and clean. Restaurant is well organized and the food is tasty. Very nice and flexible personnel. The hotel manager was always there when we needed her. The hotel has spacious parking outside and indoor underground parking.

Hotel is in a quiet area, not really close to the old center, or to the base station of the cable, but a shuttle is available. The room was ok, we appreciate that towels were changed every day. It was a real pleasure to be a guest in this wonderful hotel. The room was more than amazing, the whole hotel, all the rooms were warm all the time. You have more than enough food for breakfast (I guess the dinner was also good since we had a half board) and the lobby had a special vibe. For Bulgaria the hotel is of good quality. Delicious food, polite staff. The rooms are already a bit where something in need of repair. Jacuzzi not working. Gym is purely symbolic. To the ski lift 1.2 km away.

The hotel is not well adapted for disabled people. The luggage is hard to get to the room due to missing ramps and well placed elevators.

Holtes is located in a fantastic location within walking distance of the ski lifts, and the food is delicious. However the hotel itself is quite old, and the rooms are not up to par. The hairdryer was not working, and they do not provide towels for the spa in the rooms.

Casa Karina is a nice hotel in Bansko, with spacious clean rooms. Very good breakfast and dinner. A well equipped gym. Also there is a nice swimming pool available along with a sauna and steam bath. Looking forward to my next trip to Bansko to stay at Casa Karina.

Not so far from the ski lift area, and there is a shuttle if you are lazy. The food is ok and the lobby is really nice. The staff are wonderful. Really nice place to be with family. Great place for vacation! Loved the view to the mountain from the complex! The houses are very cosy and we'll done, however they need some renovation as there were some broken pieces of the future around the house. Very good hotel, big rooms and right by the gondola. My only problem was the AC which is only hot in the winter, I opened the window and it was fine but you can hear everything from the street when you do that. Some staff are really willing to help with your needs and some don't. Overall it's a really good hotel but I wouldn't say it's 5 star

The position of the hotel is excellent, the staff is friendly. The food and hygiene are good. The main bed is comfortable, but the sofa bed is uncomfortable and unstable. It creaked all the time when you turn in bed. They didn't want to offer us a garage, even though we asked and there was space there. We had parking in the meadow.

Nice hotel, rooms are not that big but okay. Elevators are ridiculously slow ask for a room in a lower floor because you will use the stairs most of the time. Breakfast is fairly poor, dinner is a little bit better. At most you'll find better selection and variety outside. Pool and spa facilities are good. The hotel has a shuttle service but it's only about 10 minutes walk to the gondola.

Nice and quaiet hotel. Till to city center and to telegondola, there are 600m. There are cars free of charge for telegondola every morning and in the afternoon Kind staff. There is spa, parking, bar, conference hall. Rich breakfast.

The rooms were bright and spacious. They have spa: a big swimming pool, jacuzzi, and dry and wet saunas. There was no soap in the bathroom and only one set of shower gel and shampoo for 2 girls, but I guess you could have asked for them at the reception.

Very well. Why is there no air-conditioning?

The personal cares about the clients. All of them were helpful and followed up any conversation. The gym was closed, the breakfast was enough, but it doesn't almost change. We had a problem with the hot water in the room, and they immediately suggested changing our room. The indoor pool always with 28-29 degrees, and the kids with 34+. The jacuzzi, both pools and spa really clean and maintained.

The Hotel is really at the edge of the village.The walking path from the main road to the hotel at the top is not very safe especially at nighttime. Not that good on the cleaning side. The apartment that we stayed is located in building "D", it is spacious enough for a family with maximum 2 children. The good thing is that it is next to the pool, and the activity park. Also they lets us stay with our dog.
