This a very nice hotel at the end of the town. The hotel is remote and overlooking some fields (and sheep). It's quiet and serene. The rooms are well appointed, and the service is top. The food in the restaurant is very delicious and plentiful, I had the best mini Pavlova! The only quibble is that the lobby is too small. But they fully compensate with a welcome drink 😄

It's a lovely hotel. We visited it mainly for the SPA facilities, which are exceptional. The breakfast and dinner are also good - plenty of delicious food for everyone. This was an Amazing Holiday in Bansko especially in this Hotel. It was an Excellent stay. Great Staff in which I also have to mention: Georgi, Mitko, Toni. They were really nice and Professional. It seems to lack maintenance and needs some renovation. The Hotel is really at the edge of the village.The walking path from the main road to the hotel at the top is not very safe especially at nighttime. So if one wishes to move around more in the village better choose one of the hotels there, which are pretty much in the same category. Not that good on the cleaning side. The apartment that we stayed is located in building "D", it is spacious enough for a family with maximum 2 children. The good thing is that it is next to the pool, and the activity park. Also they lets us stay with our dog.

It was a real pleasure to be a guest in this wonderful hotel. The room was more than amazing, the whole hotel, all the rooms were warm all the time. For Bulgaria the hotel is of good quality. Delicious food, polite staff. The rooms are already a bit where something in need of repair. Jacuzzi not working. Gym is purely symbolic. To the ski lift 1.2 km away.

Looks premium from the first sight, but it's somewhat poorly maintained. Smells of smoke and dust in the rooms, no central heating (using Air Conditioners for that), not so great meals, diluted with water juices. You could get more for the price paid.

Very well positioned, very close to the gondola and far from the noise of the center. The food is good. The rooms are clean. Overall, should be invested because you can see the passage of time and some things are a bit degraded. A nice hotel to stay in. Rooms are usually big and comfort. Service was good as well. Breakfast is fine. The best of this hotel is its location, very close to the Gondola (lift). I want to thank coach Max, as for me he is the best coach I have seen there. He taught my brother and sister (she is 3 years old) to ski in one training session. It was also quite fun to ski with him and jump on ski jumps. I recommend him to everyone!!!

Staff is very nice! Good location. It seems that they put effort to renovate the hotel, so we really tried to sympathise with them. The thing I find annoying is that they promote spa, when 1/3 of it is not really usable. For the other 1/3, it seems as if they don’t want to set it up, if the hotel is not busy with guests.

This is a picture from the pool in Chateau Vaptzarov. The place also has a gym and spa. The food is also good, especially the breakfast where you have a lot of different kinds of food at your disposal. The rooms have LCD TV's with cable and also Wi-Fi. The employees are okay, but not the most kind employees you can find.
