Breakfast is great. There are some stuff broken in the room, so the room is not really maintained, however room service is good. Some of the hotel staff are nice and some not so much. My most favorite hotel in Bansko with great location and service. The staff is super friendly and the hotel has multiple dining options and wonderful SPA. It is super convenient for skiing in the winter with the possibility to buy a VIP pass and skip the lines for the gondola ski lift.

We enjoyed every moment in Kempinski, most important, service is very attentive, everyone was very kind. Food is top notch, excellent breakfast and barbecue. Spa is wonderful, one of the best. Only thing I would like to encourage is room renovation, since they seem a bit outdated.

Very pleasant stay at this hotel, staff were extremely friendly throughout our whole stay, check in was very quick and also the staff were very accommodating to our requests. An excellent hotel for a family holiday. Large area, fresh air, pine forest and mountains all around. There are children's playgrounds, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, ski and golf equipment rentals, and a couple of shops.

This a very good and new hotel. The staff is very kind. It is very well positioned near the gondola departure, which is confortable for skiing. And above all it is one of the few hotel which can provide VIP skipass which saves you from the unimaginable queues at the entrance of the gondola.

we had a pleasant 3 night stay here during off season, in a spacious studio with a kitchenette. it looks like they had a recent facelift, the interior looks brand new. the bath tub in my room however does need some maintenance for the leak. staff was great, welcoming and always helpful especially at the restaurant. we indeed had dinner there every night.

Not that good on the cleaning side. The apartment that we stayed is located in building "D", it is spacious enough for a family with maximum 2 children. The good thing is that it is next to the pool, and the activity park. Also they lets us stay with our dog.

The staff are very knowledgeable for tourists so if you want to know something, just ask them. The restaurant has also been refurbished and has a great selection of really nice food. Holtes is located in a fantastic location within walking distance of the ski lifts, and the food is delicious. However the hotel itself is quite old, and the rooms are not up to par. The hairdryer was not working, and they do not provide towels for the spa in the rooms.

The hotel received 5 stars instead of 4 stars. We live in a suite, of course it's not 5 stars, but clean, with gorgeous views from the window and at breakfast.

Veey friendly staff and nice food. Suggests transfer to the slopes. The interior is old, some furniture is broken. Room is not very clean.

Nice hotel, rooms are not that big but okay. Elevators are ridiculously slow ask for a room in a lower floor because you will use the stairs most of the time. Breakfast is fairly poor, dinner is a little bit better. At most you'll find better selection and variety outside. Pool and spa facilities are good. The hotel has a shuttle service but it's only about 10 minutes walk to the gondola.

I first stayed at MPM Guinness Hotel in 2017, and after 8 years, I returned in 2025 with the same level of satisfaction. This hotel's location is hard to beat for winter enthusiasts. Plus, the morning fuel-up is fantastic, with a breakfast buffet boasting a bounty of delicious choices. And to top it off, free spa access? Sign me up! However, the spa experience wasn't entirely blissful. The Jacuzzi, unfortunately, felt more lukewarm than warm, thanks to some regulations that restrict the temperature. A bit disappointing...

Not so far from the ski lift area, and there is a shuttle if you are lazy. The food is ok and the lobby is really nice. The staff are wonderful. Really nice place to be with family. There is a ski rental and ski room to leave after a day of riding. I don't recommend to be in the ground area since there is noise from the lobby and people smoking outside your room, also there is a room close to the lobby...

It was a real pleasure to be a guest in this wonderful hotel. The room was more than amazing, the whole hotel, all the rooms were warm all the time. You have more than enough food for breakfast (I guess the dinner was also good since we had a half board) and the lobby had a special vibe. The hotel is worth visiting, I highly recommend it, everything was top quality.

For Bulgaria the hotel is of good quality. Delicious food, polite staff. The rooms are already a bit where something in need of repair. Jacuzzi not working. Gym is purely symbolic. To the ski lift 1.2 km away.

Looks premium from the first sight, but it's somewhat poorly maintained. Smells of smoke and dust in the rooms, no central heating (using Air Conditioners for that), not so great meals, diluted with water juices. You could get more for the price paid.

This a very nice hotel at the end of the town. The hotel is remote and overlooking some fields (and sheep). It's quiet and serene. The rooms are well appointed, and the service is top. The food in the restaurant is very delicious and plentiful, I had the best mini Pavlova! The only quibble is that the lobby is too small. But they fully compensate with a welcome drink 😄

The rooms were bright and spacious. They have spa: a big swimming pool, jacuzzi, and dry and wet saunas. There was no soap in the bathroom and only one set of shower gel and shampoo for 2 girls, but I guess you could have asked for them at the reception.

The personal cares about the clients. All of them were helpful and followed up any conversation. The gym was closed, the breakfast was enough, but it doesn't almost change. We had a problem with the hot water in the room, and they immediately suggested changing our room. The indoor pool always with 28-29 degrees, and the kids with 34+. The jacuzzi, both pools and spa really clean and maintained.

Place is ok, needs small renovations probably here and there but good value for the money. Near the city center.
