Very pleasant stay at this hotel, staff were extremely friendly throughout our whole stay, check in was very quick and also the staff were very accommodating to our requests. Rooms were spacious and clean, shuttle service to the gondalas and only a few mins drive from the ski town so great location.

Not good value for the money you pay - the apartments are old and need some renovation, the food in the restaurant is average, if you have dinner included they don't even serve water and you have to pay for it. The Spa is small, cold and noisy so not relaxing in any way. We also hired bikes that were very old and didn't have working brakes so it was a struggle to ride them. Only the picturesque view...

An excellent hotel for a family holiday. Large area, fresh air, pine forest and mountains all around. There are children's playgrounds, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, ski and golf equipment rentals, and a couple of shops.

My most favorite hotel in Bansko with great location and service. The staff is super friendly and the hotel has multiple dining options and wonderful SPA. It is super convenient for skiing in the winter with the possibility to buy a VIP pass and skip the lines for the gondola ski lift.

we had a pleasant 3 night stay here during off season, in a spacious studio with a kitchenette. it looks like they had a recent facelift, the interior looks brand new. the bath tub in my room however does need some maintenance for the leak. staff was great, welcoming and always helpful especially at the restaurant. we indeed had dinner there every night.

Holtes is located in a fantastic location within walking distance of the ski lifts, and the food is delicious. However the hotel itself is quite old, and the rooms are not up to par. The hairdryer was not working, and they do not provide towels for the spa in the rooms.

Not that good on the cleaning side. The apartment that we stayed is located in building "D", it is spacious enough for a family with maximum 2 children. The good thing is that it is next to the pool, and the activity park. Also they lets us stay with our dog.

I liked it very much, swimming pool, saunas, gorgeous view from the window. True, on some days the breakfast was cut, but still ok. Free transfer every hour to the ski lift and back. It was a real pleasure to be a guest in this wonderful hotel. The room was more than amazing, the whole hotel, all the rooms were warm all the time. You have more than enough food for breakfast (I guess the dinner was also good since we had a half board) and the lobby had a special vibe. I liked it very much, for the personal they were very nice to us and the view is unbelievable, the room had a stair that is pretty nice and the bathroom clean and made out of glass. Spectacular! I will recommend this hotel to everybody I will hear that they want to go sking in Bulgaria. Loved it!

The hotel amenities were great for both kids and adults! The kids room had a lot to offer and was clean. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The food was extremely delicious, rich and even a nice variety for vegetarians!

Great location, great team. the breakfast is above average. The utilities are clean. The thermal area in free and really good. The location is a bit far from the center , 15 minutes by foot. Don't have so much parking around, consider that. The Massage here is nice, good lobby , and average wifi. I do not recommend to take duplex tho, too many stairs, and it's frustrating after a day or two.

I liked this hotel very much. The rooms are very clean. They have jacuzzi, pool, massage, gym and more. They are a bit far walking to the gondola, but they provide free shuttles there so it's not a problem. The breakfast was fine. Not Kosher for anyone who minds. They also helped me with booking. I was trying to extend my time in the hotel, so I ordered from booking an extra 5 days. Things didn't work...

We have been there from 3 to 9 January. Very clean and nice apartment. Very good food and variated food, the swimming pool is big and the water is always warm and good for swimming. The employees were above expectations. I will always return here with great pleasure.

Staff is very nice! Good location. It seems that they put effort to renovate the hotel, so we really tried to sympathise with them. The thing I find annoying is that they promote spa, when 1/3 of it is not really usable. For the other 1/3, it seems as if they don’t want to set it up, if the hotel is not busy with guests.

This is a picture from the pool in Chateau Vaptzarov. The place also has a gym and spa. The food is also good, especially the breakfast where you have a lot of different kinds of food at your disposal. The rooms have LCD TV's with cable and also Wi-Fi. The employees are okay, but not the most kind employees you can find.

Very good hotel. The stuff is amazing. They have a driver that took us every morning to the gondola and back to the hotel after the ski. There ara two saunas and hot swimming pool.
