There are some stuff broken in the room, so the room is not really maintained, however room service is good. Some of the hotel staff are nice and some not so much

A wonderful place to spend a wonderful time with your loved ones. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, the rooms are very clean. The SPA center is amazing offering hot tubs, pool, sauna, steam baths

So it's going to be even better in the near future!

The banya spa was very pleasant and relaxing after a long day of skiing with free bus from and to organized by the hotel (free entry if you stay more than 5 nights)

There was a stove, sink and (empty) mini fridge. Good enough for me but nothing to write home about. == Food == 5/5 The breakfast was amazing. Quite possibly the best hotel breakfast I've ever had

They offer an indoor pool, a spa center, and a large field in front where kids can play soccer or run around

The bathroom is nice and the bathtub itself was roomy enough for two people. Plenty of hot water as well which I personally love. The bathroom trashcan hadn't be emptied when we arrived

There was a lot of variety and to my surprise, everything was fresh. We stumbled upon a "Greek night" apparently and ate greek food. == Staff == 4/5 The staff were cool

Breakfast is amazing, rooms are well designed and the spa amenities are second to none. Definitely one of the best, if not the best, hotel in Bulgaria

Great place for vacation! Loved the view to the mountain from the complex! The houses are very cosy and we'll done, however they need some renovation as there were some broken pieces of the future around the house

It’s not what it used to be few years ago. Prices have gone significantly up, the level of service have reduced. Food is mediocre, there are cracks on the walls, wallpapers are torn, carpets with stains.

There’s a smaller pool for children too. The food is good - some dishes are better than others. The park in Dobrinishte town is a short walk down the hill

The resort was very nice and Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good but the food in the small restaurant was overpriced and not tasty at all. The indoor pool is small and it was overcrowded during our stay.

Truly outstanding service! The team are the best! So helpful and nice always. Good food, good views, good location! Great for big groups or small families. They will make it work with a smile on their face!!!

Everything good except they don’t fix your room when you walk in the room. It’s warm. Everything is unplugged. You have to plug everything. The breakfast is the best will definitely come back.

it is a good choice for transit when going to/from Greece and I will also give it a chance in the winter for a few days on the slopes (it provides shuttle to Bansko cable car)

very good staff, but it's very bad that you have to go outside the hotel to get into the spa center. The water in the Jacuzzi is relatively cold. I would recommend it

The staff is amazing every time smiling special regards to Todor I think is his name( the guy at the front door). The breakfast is the best from the best. You don’t know what to choose

If not, they have regular shuttles to the gondola area. The best by far was the SPA! Really impressive, great services! Important: If you are VEGAN (like me), you will find it hard to get by in Bansko in general

The hotel is awesome! Nice crew, nice bar and very kind service. They have awesome breakfast and dinner, they have a sauna and a pool. Also you can pay a bit for ping pong or billiard

The hotel is lovely, the pool is amazing, the spa is quite and absolutely enough to have a pleasant stay !:)) As well is close to the old city of Bansko ! Definitely recommend !

Such a nice hotel right next to old town too, the food in the hotel is OK could do with a rethink on combination and level of flavour, but overall really nice place to be.

Bansko is known ski sesort, but is very attractive and beautiful during the summer as well

Still the double bedroom apartment was sizeable and clean. It was weird that none of them staff greeted anyone even though I kept saying good night or good morning

Not that good on the cleaning side. The apartment that we stayed is located in building "D", it is spacious enough for a family with maximum 2 children

The hotel has a pleasant lay out, the breakfast is excellent, the bar is lovely and the food is very good. The spa is good with a small swimming pool, sauna and steam rooms. The only downside is the rooms themselves

The good thing is that it is next to the pool, and the activity park. Also they lets us stay with our dog

Holtes is located in a fantastic location within walking distance of the ski lifts, and the food is delicious. However the hotel itself is quite old, and the rooms are not up to par

We visited it mainly for the SPA facilities, which are exceptional. The breakfast and dinner are also good - plenty of delicious food for everyone. The rooms are good size with a large bed, but no air conditioner

Katarino is one of the best SPA hotels available in the country. The location is beautiful with an amazing view over the mountain

The only things that bothered us were the lack of air conditioning (which is going to be fixed soon), the slightly amortised furniture in the rooms and the lack of complimentary coffee in the rooms ( for a 5 star hotel I would expect such a small gesture)

The high quality of service is visible everywhere - welcoming staff, spotless clean facilities, amazing food (most of which locally produced). Pool and SPA areas are very relaxing and well maintained

You can go for a walk in the area or you can visit the Veterans Hut which is around 4 km from the hotel

We only used two of the bedrooms when we stayed. There is no bath in this apartment. This was a blessing rather than a curse as we prefer showering

The rooms are very nice and they are in Bansko’s style. In some of the rooms there is a fireplace. The big room for 6 people is awesome, especially if it is a maisonette. All rooms have terrace.

Very nice hotel with clean and spacious rooms, pretty good service! There is SPA centre with one not too big but clean pool, steam bath, sauna, salt room and Turkish bath. Breakfast is enough tasty but not too variety

5, a lot of good things are ruined by silly small things. We had a 3 bedroom appt which was ideal, except you flooded the bathroom s whenever you shower. Plus a lick of paint would be welcome

Great view from the apartment, tasty food, friendly staff (bed for my newborn plus extra towels without a problem), nice garden and a spa - what else would you want from a holiday. The hotel is better than expected

Ill tell you my experience the staff is nice and all the restrant staff are npcs im pretty sure the bus is also pretry easy to catch the room is good the hotel is nice and open now ill say the negatives for one you the bar open to like 11 00 which means you got music and people talking loudly and getting drynk to like 12 00 and you cant say anything because the hotel is encouraging you also hear the...

Finally, a small but noticeable detail: refilling bathroom toiletries like shampoo and body wash wasn't automatic. While staff happily provided them upon request, proactive replenishment would have been more convenient

And to top it off, free spa access? Sign me up! However, the spa experience wasn't entirely blissful. The Jacuzzi, unfortunately, felt more lukewarm than warm, thanks to some regulations that restrict the temperature

A special mention to bartender Idris Ismail, who provided outstanding service and made us feel truly welcome. His kindness and professionalism set him apart. Definitely a place I would return to!

This hotel's location is hard to beat for winter enthusiasts. Plus, the morning fuel-up is fantastic, with a breakfast buffet boasting a bounty of delicious choices

Although the hotel is located 10-15 min walk from downtown, the view from the window of our studio was nice - up to the Pirin mountain and down-to the garden-patio. and the food was above all expectations

The food in the restaurant is very delicious and plentiful, I had the best mini Pavlova! The only quibble is that the lobby is too small. But they fully compensate with a welcome drink 😄

Went here with Bulgarian friends, we are from the Netherlands and the UK. An amazing family run hotel, where we felt warmly welcomed. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable and have a great view of the mountains

Peaceful location but within a short walk to Restaurants, shops and 10 minute walk to the Gondola. Nothing was too much trouble for the Hosts who were very friendly and charming

The two single beds are in the common room (dining room + kitchen), separated by a wall. 2 The location is also one less star because of the view to another complex. The apartment is located on the first floor

What are the disadvantages were seen: 1) the Cleaning was done so himself (on the first day, in General, a dead bug lying on the floor), the bed refueled so that I would not have ran at all 2) the Hairdryer did not work properly (turns off after ~30 seconds of work) 3) the water Pressure in the shower leaves much to be desired Overall, the hotel is fully justified

Very large clean rooms. Swimming pool - spa for max 10 persons. Only one elevator. Small breakfast room. Nothing to do except spa. Not even a desent bar. Very far from the center. Just for a sleep.

The hotel in general is high value for a very affordable price: nice SPA centre, with the best Hamman I know so far, good airco, 24 hours reception, variated and complete breakfast, free parking space nearby

Spa is decent with a small heated pool, big sauna and steam bath. It needs a bit of renovation though. Overall the hotel is a perfect place for a cheap getaway with the children

I give 4 stars because at the bathroom the bathroom faucet was a little bit broken and the furniture seems outdated. In the morning the breakfast was okish

We only stayed there for one night with our children(15 yo and 10 yo). They each slept in an armchair bed and I can say the king bed was really big

Rooms are usually big and comfort. The best of this hotel is its location, very close to the Gondola (lift). Near the building is supermarket, and close to the heart of night life

The position of the hotel is excellent, the staff is friendly. The food and hygiene are good. The main bed is comfortable, but the sofa bed is uncomfortable and unstable. It creaked all the time when you turn in bed
