The same goes for the breakfast — good variety, but average in terms of quality. It felt more like a solid 4-star hotel rather than a true luxury resort

I stayed at Premier Luxury Mountain Resort in Bansko with high expectations, given its name and rating. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but I can’t say it lived up to the “luxury” label

One of the best hotels in Bansko. The location is superb, rooms are spacious and well equipped with all kinds of amenities. The staff and the overall service are exceptional. The spa and the restaurants are excellent.

I had a spacious 2-room suite with an additional room, both with a view of the small town. The new furnishings in these two rooms were good. However, even this 3-year-old room was already showing very clear signs of wear

The lobby bar service was also inconsistent. I can recommend the cakes, though; they're really excellent

Torn topper, dust on the headboard of the bed, thick dust on the picture frames in the living room, hair on the topper as well as obvious stains, obvious stains on the bidet, dirty walls in the bathroom, water stains on the mirror, rusty toilet brush container, dirt on the shelf with the glasses, dirt on the shelves, a curtain could not be closed, the sliding door to the walk-in closet was removed...

I could expand this list, but that would be too much. Everything was reported to the hotel immediately, and whatever was wrong was fixed immediately. (Maintenance could only replace the telephone with an old one

The staff were nice and helpful. The spa and pool are a great asset too, along with their staff and good priced treatments. Food was very tasty and a good selection, but if you only like uk food it will not be for you

Top level restaurant: every day for dinner new dishes, all products are good and excellent quality, all products are natural. On the third day stopped myself and did not eat extra

The Hamam and Sauna were good, but again they were working only during the weekend, on Monday they were not. 3 euros for small beer?! C'mon

The location and the Food are the only good things about this hotel

We stayed in March in a deluxe 2 bedroom suite which had a great view and very comfortable. The beds were comfortable too. It is a great location for the ski lift and a walk into Bansko town

Everything perfect! Look forward to visiting in the winter when we will come skiing . Apartments make you feel like you are at home. Spa is clean and the restaurant food is excellent whether a la carte or buffet

Everything good except they don’t fix your room when you walk in the room. It’s warm. Everything is unplugged. You have to plug everything. The breakfast is the best will definitely come back.

The children's corner - big, with a program for the children and lots of games. The rooms - big and with a great view, especially after the renovation of the rooms it is number 1

In the gym you can find everything you need. The masseurs are top level! Hygiene, cleanliness, service - perfect! I highly recommend!

The rooms are clean, large, and excellent for 2 with all your own gear, we also had a mountain view, which was an added bonus. The facilities are excellent: pool, sauna, spa, mini bus to the Gondola every 25mins etc

For the cost of this hotel, it can not be beaten, I can't see how you could not give it 5 stars?? Proper enjoyed our stay

If I were to add a suggestion, it would be to have the safe deposit boxes in the room instead of at reception

The snowboard teacher was the best teacher I have ever known he how to do it his tips and the way he taught us everything wan amazing because of him after his lesson I learned way much faster than I thought thank you max your the best of all time if come back here some time I want to do it with you

Good accomodation, friendly personnel, good facilities, varied breakfast. Enjoyed the view from the balcony in our room. You need to do a bit of walking if you want to go to the gondola.

There was plenty of space both upstairs and downstairs with a sofa that pulled into a sofa bed, bathroom, a separate toilet and wardrobes downstairs and upstairs too. We had a balcony with amazing views of the mountains

The spa / pool area is lovely and clean. You could spend a good few hours relaxing in there. The hotel is just located off the main street with bars and restaurants. 5 minute walk to the gondola too

The therapists did an amazing job. The massage, it felt so good and we were very relaxed afterwards. We rentede ski and also we took nice ski instructor from the hotel and we learned very quickly how to ski

At most you'll find better selection and variety outside. Pool and spa facilities are good. The hotel has a shuttle service but it's only about 10 minutes walk to the gondola

The rooms is very warm and clean! Also the food is very delicious we was half bord but sometimes we eat in the restaurants in the town! Me and my partner decided to go for the hammam package and our two kids had one kids massage each

If you are looking for a snowboard instructor, Marian Papakoca is the guy. Perfect teacher, even better as a buddy. He made us stand up and drive on our own in just a few hours

We are a family of 2 and spent 5 days at this hotel in early January. We booked a studio and a family of friends with 2 kids booked an apartment. The first impression was nice, as the lobby looks amazing

There were also good parts of staying here: the cleaning was done daily and the cleaning ladies were amazing, there is a shuttle bus to and from the gondola and the hotel has a ski rental

Please respect the staff, they are great people and don't forget your service will as good as you treat them 😉!

The breakfast food was really good and varied. The restaurant also has tasty food. The rooms are very warm and the hot water is actually hot

They even opened the lobby bar for us half an hour early on our departure day, so we can have coffe before our driver picked us up! You can tell these folks really love their work there and care for their guests! On a side note only thing that I found a bit disappointing was the lack of AC but to be honest it's understandable because it's a ski resort and well summers there didn't used to get warm

Excellent location beside the ski road with car parking. Decent breakfast at the restaurant and spa facilities for apres ski. Not to forget the friendly staff at the reception as well as at the ski rental shop

Absolutely fantastic, brilliant location, lovely staff, food is a good mix between traditional Bulgarian and modern food. 2 min walk to the gondola (that's with 2 under 10s), 10 min walk to shops and old town

We opted for the half board (breakfast and dinner) and we certainly weren’t left hungry! The buffet breakfast was very comprehensive and we filled up well before the day’s skiing and the evening meal (of 4 courses - salad, soup, main and desert) was certainly enough to re-fill after a full day on the slopes

My family and I stayed at the MPM Hotel Sport for a ski trip over the Easter holidays. The staff were friendly and welcoming and were very helpful when we had any questions

The pool and spa facilities were great too. If you’re a gym goer like I am, you’ll be disappointed in the gym facilities, but that’s the only thing I could complain about

You have more than enough food for breakfast (I guess the dinner was also good since we had a half board) and the lobby had a special vibe. The hotel is worth visiting, I highly recommend it, everything was top quality

For Bulgaria the hotel is of good quality. Delicious food, polite staff. The rooms are already a bit where something in need of repair. Jacuzzi not working. Gym is purely symbolic. To the ski lift 1.2 km away.

Breakfast and evening meals both had lots of choice and were of a good quality. The spa area was of a good standard, and much needed after a day on the slopes. Which were only a 5 /6 minute walk away

The hotel has a convenient ski storage room, which made it so easy to store our ski equipment. They also provided shuttle services to the gondola, which was really helpful

The hotel in general is high value for a very affordable price: nice SPA centre, with the best Hamman I know so far, good airco, 24 hours reception, variated and complete breakfast, free parking space nearby

If you like vegetables and salads you will feel like home and if not good luck you will definitely feel hungry as there is not much of the choice for meat. Spa khm khm that is sauna and Turkish bath i mean it was ok

What are the disadvantages were seen: 1) the Cleaning was done so himself (on the first day, in General, a dead bug lying on the floor), the bed refueled so that I would not have ran at all 2) the Hairdryer did not work properly (turns off after ~30 seconds of work) 3) the water Pressure in the shower leaves much to be desired Overall, the hotel is fully justified

The gym is compact but there is enough in there for a workout if you want to. The bar has a good pool table and some comfy seats if you want a chilled put evening away from the bars in town

Such a nice hotel right next to old town too, the food in the hotel is OK could do with a rethink on combination and level of flavour, but overall really nice place to be.
