Although the hotel is located 10-15 min walk from downtown, the view from the window of our studio was nice - up to the Pirin mountain and down-to the garden-patio. and the food was above all expectations

Just a fantastic place, with fantastic rooms great views from the Windows. Great time of the evening, great pool, good gym sauna and salt dialky. Very convenient location walk to the centre, swayed walking to the lift

The food in the restaurant is very delicious and plentiful, I had the best mini Pavlova! The only quibble is that the lobby is too small. But they fully compensate with a welcome drink 😄

We visited it mainly for the SPA facilities, which are exceptional. The breakfast and dinner are also good - plenty of delicious food for everyone. The rooms are good size with a large bed, but no air conditioner

Katarino is one of the best SPA hotels available in the country. The location is beautiful with an amazing view over the mountain

The only things that bothered us were the lack of air conditioning (which is going to be fixed soon), the slightly amortised furniture in the rooms and the lack of complimentary coffee in the rooms ( for a 5 star hotel I would expect such a small gesture)

The high quality of service is visible everywhere - welcoming staff, spotless clean facilities, amazing food (most of which locally produced). Pool and SPA areas are very relaxing and well maintained

You can go for a walk in the area or you can visit the Veterans Hut which is around 4 km from the hotel

We look forward to coming back again!

Not that good on the cleaning side. The apartment that we stayed is located in building "D", it is spacious enough for a family with maximum 2 children

The hotel has a pleasant lay out, the breakfast is excellent, the bar is lovely and the food is very good. The spa is good with a small swimming pool, sauna and steam rooms. The only downside is the rooms themselves

The good thing is that it is next to the pool, and the activity park. Also they lets us stay with our dog

The rooms are clean and the location is perfect, giving you peace and quiet, while you are still really close to the town

I could hear conversations at normal speaking volume fairly clearly from next door and was woken up most mornings very early by children arguing and people having showers

If you like vegetables and salads you will feel like home and if not good luck you will definitely feel hungry as there is not much of the choice for meat. Spa khm khm that is sauna and Turkish bath i mean it was ok

What are the disadvantages were seen: 1) the Cleaning was done so himself (on the first day, in General, a dead bug lying on the floor), the bed refueled so that I would not have ran at all 2) the Hairdryer did not work properly (turns off after ~30 seconds of work) 3) the water Pressure in the shower leaves much to be desired Overall, the hotel is fully justified

Lovely hotel about 25min walk from the gondola area, clean rooms mostly friendly staff, cleaners are lovely (1 was super helpful every day and went beyond the call of duty due to a friend - dont ask) lovely views

Very large clean rooms. Swimming pool - spa for max 10 persons. Only one elevator. Small breakfast room. Nothing to do except spa. Not even a desent bar. Very far from the center. Just for a sleep.

Very well positioned, very close to the gondola and far from the noise of the center. Overall, should be invested because you can see the passage of time and some things are a bit degraded

Good variety of dishes for all dietary requirements, I especially loved the huge and delicious salad buffet. My absolute favourite thing about the hotel was the fantastic Aegeo spa

Rooms are usually big and comfort. The best of this hotel is its location, very close to the Gondola (lift). Near the building is supermarket, and close to the heart of night life

The rooms were not as great as you would expect from France/Italy, however they were good value for the price. My friends and I loved the breakfast and dinner buffets, included in the price of our stay

The hotel is awesome! Nice crew, nice bar and very kind service. They have awesome breakfast and dinner, they have a sauna and a pool. Also you can pay a bit for ping pong or billiard

The hotel is lovely, the pool is amazing, the spa is quite and absolutely enough to have a pleasant stay !:)) As well is close to the old city of Bansko ! Definitely recommend !

Such a nice hotel right next to old town too, the food in the hotel is OK could do with a rethink on combination and level of flavour, but overall really nice place to be.

Bansko is known ski sesort, but is very attractive and beautiful during the summer as well

The pools are mostly good for soaking, but the saunas, steam rooms and warm lounge beds are great. The food is tasty, fresh and very varied. Drinks, including alcohol, were included, which is a plus

I truly believe these fantastic people make the place so special! We've also enjoyed the high quality of hot drinks on the terrace overlooking the majestic Pirin mountain and the wide selection of meals during breakfast, lunch and dinner

We stayed for 3 nights in October, 2024 with our chihuahua. We were very pleased with the hotel and the service. It is pet-friendly! This is the biggest plus for us. Although, the hotel has many other great features

Unfortunately we couldn't visit the Spa center but have seen a lot of relaxed and happy people coming out of there :) The small kids were pampered by two nice animators

At the same, the adults were also enterntained by a talented singer and DJ at the cosy lobby bar of the hotel. Shortly, I could definately recommend this place

Best place as base to ski in Bansko. Not in the center but it's better because is very calm. Tried the full body massage and the spa, very good! Breakfast is normal (I'm Italian) but it's standard.

Mosr of the staff spoke good English, and the Bulgarian people were very helpful and always smiling. Definitely recommend this centre

Very good hotel with big rooms, clean, good WiFi, good breakfast but far away from the center of Bansko (about 12 km) and the connection with the shuttle bus wasn’t very often .

Fantastic hotel no fussing about in this place you check in enjoy your stay and check out, we've been here for a week and have had a great time they leave you get on with your daily snowboarding/skiing there's a storage room for all your gear, towels where changed daily and room was nice and clean daily, the staff do not speak very good English but are as helpfull as they can be, the sauna we couldn...

Staff are friendly, the house keeping staff even washed up and made our beds while we were out. The paid WiFi service for rooms though is bad as we struggled to connect to it

Room was comfortable but not clean. There were some food leftovers in fridge and dust on some places. However, hotel stuff were nice and professional and made up for that

We have been there from 3 to 9 January. Very clean and nice apartment. Very good food and variated food, the swimming pool is big and the water is always warm and good for swimming. The employees were above expectations

They have jacuzzi, pool, massage, gym and more. They are a bit far walking to the gondola, but they provide free shuttles there so it's not a problem. Not Kosher for anyone who minds. They also helped me with booking

I was trying to extend my time in the hotel, so I ordered from booking an extra 5 days. Things didn't work out with the flight. Booking wanted 300£ just to cancel ( it was one hour later)

So they talked to them in the phone and helped me to cancel the cancellation fee. I WILL go to this hotel again next time I visit Bansko

The location is on the outskirts, but Bansko isn't that big and it would take about 20-25 min to get to the centre of the town on foot

It's not bad. The personal is OK, but the food is not that good. I personally like the rooms - they are big and good looking. For winter this place is amazing!

The poll was warm but with to much chlore the apartment wasnt so clean. The food was very good. The waiters were not so polite. Passable. Although the price was good

Cold swimming pool and SPA area air temperature was 25 degrees during the winter. Air conditioning system doesn't work- no fresh air and humidity is like 99. Children play zone looks like ghetto.

Good value hotel in a good location if you're in Bansko for the mountain - 5 minutes from the gondola. The rooms were basic but had what we needed

The sauna and steam room facilities were good however the "jacuzzi" was more of a pool as it was luke warm

This hotel has such a wonderful atmosphere.. A really cosy vibe! I just love the bar/shisha area beside the pool, so chilled and relaxing after a long day skiing! I really recommend this place!

The spa area was amazing - only regret is not using it sooner! We had problems with our hot water - apparently the switch for the room turns off the water heater, and the cleaner kept turning it off during the day so we'd come back to the room with cold water each day

The room where we were accommodated was of average purity - for example a three-star hotel in my opinion. We had a problem with our soul and that's why they changed our room

On both sides of the front door there were two houses with two huge caravans on thick chains that would literally tear us if one of the chains had been broken

Really friendly hotel with a great welcome from Krasimir and Maria. Krasimir has contacts with a ski equipment rental shop where we had a good reduction in charges

The rooms are spacious, with a balcony, tv with a big amount of channels, refrigerator, mirror. The beds are very comfortable and there is a good temperature in the room. The stuff is very polite and cheerful

in a quieter and pretty part of town but still easy to get to the gondola (they have a shuttle). roaring fire and traditional decor down stairs. excellent food and enjoyed getting half board

They have good good hot showers and sauna for after skiing. The whole place smells of wood burning fires which we liked but everything will smell when you get home

Radiators are always on full blast so you can have the balcony door open and still be warm. Breakfast was what's fun to see what you would get. Mini bus to and from ski lift but it's only 5 or 10 minutes walk

Beds are comfortable, I like stiff mattress so I slept really good after skiing. Location are perfect, 5 minutes walk to the gondola. Total experience was very good!
