Not realy a 4star hotel. Rooms are very small, with small closet which can never fit your and your family's skiing gear (jackets, pants...) breakfast is good, so is dinner. Spa is decent.

We’ve stayed here several times with our family and absolutely love this place. The rooms are clean, the service is excellent, and the location is great with an amazing view. They offer an indoor pool, a spa center, and a large field in front where kids can play soccer or run around.

Such a nice hotel right next to old town too, the food in the hotel is OK could do with a rethink on combination and level of flavour, but overall really nice place to be.

It seems to lack maintenance and needs some renovation. The Hotel is really at the edge of the village.The walking path from the main road to the hotel at the top is not very safe especially at nighttime. So if one wishes to move around more in the village better choose one of the hotels there, which are pretty much in the same category. Not that good on the cleaning side. The apartment that we stayed is located in building "D", it is spacious enough for a family with maximum 2 children. The good thing is that it is next to the pool, and the activity park. Also they lets us stay with our dog.

Such a nice place! Great spa and the pool has been recently refurbished. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. The staff are very knowledgeable for tourists so if you want to know something, just ask them. The restaurant has also been refurbished and has a great selection of really nice food. Holtes is located in a fantastic location within walking distance of the ski lifts, and the food is delicious. However the hotel itself is quite old, and the rooms are not up to par. The hairdryer was not working, and they do not provide towels for the spa in the rooms.

It's a lovely hotel. We visited it mainly for the SPA facilities, which are exceptional. The breakfast and dinner are also good - plenty of delicious food for everyone. This hotel's location is hard to beat for winter enthusiasts. Plus, the morning fuel-up is fantastic, with a breakfast buffet boasting a bounty of delicious choices. And to top it off, free spa access? Sign me up! However, the spa experience wasn't entirely blissful. Not so far from the ski lift area, and there is a shuttle if you are lazy. The food is ok and the lobby is really nice. The staff are wonderful. Really nice place to be with family. There is a ski rental and ski room to leave after a day of riding.
