We had the 6A suite for a family of 4 people. For 4 people, the room is relatively small. Cleanliness is not at high standards. On the other hand room is very quiet and has a very nice view. Receptionists are just helpful but they are not enthusiastic about what they do. Breakfast is awesome!! Very wide variety of salty and sweet choices!! That's probably the strongest point of the hotel. Location is also convenient.

I made the reservation on 26 Oct in the morning for the next day. Because of an unpredictable situation, my trip was canceled. I called the hotel in the afternoon and kindly asked them to cancel my reservation. Their reply: can not cancel, if you can not come we will charge your card. I chose my reservation with breakfast. They even charge the fee for the breakfast even if we were not there. I know very good Eurostars hotel chain, many good experiences. This was the worst one.

We had a flight cancellation and called and email the hotel to let them know we will be there next day. We emailed to confirm we will be at the hotel after we land in Sofia coming from London. We talked to Ava over the phone and she confirmed our booking will be keeping but it wasn’t. They send us a WhatsApp message a few minutes after arriving to the hotel to let us know and emergency happened and they have our room to someone else. Also offered to helping us with another hotel and THEY did not. I’m attaching their message. VERY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE, specially because they didn’t take responsibility. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL, get another hotel. Customer service was THE WORST we ever experienced. If you try to talk to a supervisor, good luck, that person is BEYOND RUDE, with NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and very unprofessional. GET AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I’m attaching their very unprofessional text.

We arrived to the hotel.in the reception plamen welcomed us with a smile!helped us with taxi and with every thing we neede! The hotel is in top location!! Big and sparkling cleaned rooms! Fair value for money we definitely recommend and we will come back..

Excellent location of the hotel in the center of Sofia. Very good attention from the reception staff, they assisted us in English and also in Spanish. They offered us different options for our greater comfort. Our thanks for good service.

I stayed here for two nights. It was a decent hotel. It‘s close to Vitosha Boulevard, about a 15-minute walk. So, I recommend it.
The thing I didn't like was the smell inside the closet; I couldn't put my clothes in because it was very smelly. Also, the room wasn't really fresh in terms of air, and something had an unpleasant odor, though I couldn't pinpoint what it was.

The hotel is in an excellent location. Our room was fine - the clerk said it was their best.
There is a good shower with very strong water pressure and dispensers for shampoo, body wash and conditioner. If you prefer bar soap, bring your own.
At the sink are dispensers for soap and moisturizer.
The breakfast is particularly good- see the photos.

2 stars at best. Wifi doesnt work in the room, no AC, rooms look like theyve been decorated in the 80s. Breakfast not included for 100 eur/day price. Found a huge cockroach in the lobby

The hotel was in a good location but I missed some things.
There was no gym, the rooms were okay but I would expect more from Eurostars.
Breakfast was good, with variety and quality. The bathroom was a bit dated as well as the bedroom decorations.
