We arrived to the hotel.in the reception plamen welcomed us with a smile!helped us with taxi and with every thing we neede! The hotel is in top location!! Big and sparkling cleaned rooms! Fair value for money we definitely recommend and we will come back..

Excellent location of the hotel in the center of Sofia. Very good attention from the reception staff, they assisted us in English and also in Spanish. They offered us different options for our greater comfort. Our thanks for good service.

I stayed here for two nights. It was a decent hotel. It‘s close to Vitosha Boulevard, about a 15-minute walk. So, I recommend it.
The thing I didn't like was the smell inside the closet; I couldn't put my clothes in because it was very smelly. Also, the room wasn't really fresh in terms of air, and something had an unpleasant odor, though I couldn't pinpoint what it was.

The hotel is in an excellent location. Our room was fine - the clerk said it was their best.
There is a good shower with very strong water pressure and dispensers for shampoo, body wash and conditioner. If you prefer bar soap, bring your own.
At the sink are dispensers for soap and moisturizer.
The breakfast is particularly good- see the photos.

2 stars at best. Wifi doesnt work in the room, no AC, rooms look like theyve been decorated in the 80s. Breakfast not included for 100 eur/day price. Found a huge cockroach in the lobby

The hotel was in a good location but I missed some things.
There was no gym, the rooms were okay but I would expect more from Eurostars.
Breakfast was good, with variety and quality. The bathroom was a bit dated as well as the bedroom decorations.

Friendly staff and the service was above expectations, especially when the receptionist was going with me to guide me where to park the car, which was a 5min walk back to the hotel. Even better when the next morning we had to wait in the lobby, while the staff took care of picking up our car and bring it in front of the hotel .... Service with a BIG S 👍.

As the picture description we didn't realise that it could be carpet in out room and that is not so comfortable for us . And the room had a strange smell. The receptionist was so helpful and really nice to us . And we was lucky because the room was earlier ready than 14:00 so we checked in before 14:00 o'clock. Hotel is close to the city center and is walking distance. So we park our car in parking area of the hotel with some extra charge which is absolutely fine .

The room was very cosy but the wall was very thin so i heard people next to me clear and loud. Breakfast is very good.
The staff was kind and helpful. The location is perfect but my general conclusion is that the hotel was overpriced.

I think that a good receptionist should be helpful and Katie has been a great resource for us! We had a lot of difficulties to rent a car by ourselves but thanks to Katie we could rent it in order to visit the Monastery of Rila and save our holidays. She always smiles and she is very kind. Thank you Katie!
