I stayed at Ramada Sofia City Center, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel offers a great location, making it easy to explore the city. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which had a good variety of fresh and tasty options. Overall, it was a pleasant and convenient stay, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Sofia.

The best thing about this hotel is its location. It is very close to city center. And also they have Casino if anyone interested but the rooms are pretty old and not so clean. There is a disturbing heating problem which they couldn't solve and it was -5 degrees outside. They said its normal but the heating was making the room colder so I told them to shut it of. The breakfast was not what you can expect from a Ramada hotel. It was ordinary and not much to choose from. Gladly we stayed only for one night.

Where do I start!!! The hotel lobby looked fancy but that it. Staff Weren't friendly, never greeted me, had a smell of cigarettes as soon as you walked in.
Put me in a room that was like walking into the 60s, carpet ripped, wooden furniture falling apart, bath had holes in it, air con didn’t work, was way to hot. Bed was as hard as concrete and fridge was so noisy had to unplug it.
Only good thing was the gym and that’s why I chose it tbh.
Casino staff are also rude, asked me to carry my passport in with me although I didn’t see them asking anyone else.
Breakfast isn’t bad.
Location isn’t bad, you can jump on the tube next to the hotel and go straight into centre.
It’s cheap for a reason, won’t pay more than £400 a week for this.

I chose this place for the spa and couldn’t be happier. The breakfast was good, and next time I’d prefer to stay in a higher-level room (business class). The reception staff were friendly, but the security guards need improvement. One morning, there was an important visitor, and the security team rudely cleared the area, speaking aggressively to guests. We never even found out who the person was, but their approach made the experience worse.

First impression is of a fancy, high-end hotel. The staff is always well dressed and professional, and the spa was great with a large pool, many activities and sauna rooms.
However, the room wasn't cleaned. Furniture is breaking apart. Shower and sink had mold. There was no soap or shampoo. There is ample parking, at what feels like another dimension, with horrible smells and a frightening path to the hotel.
Due to a canceled flight, we had to book another night. We payed on the spot and got a receipt, but were asked to leave 3 time the next day by 3 different people who barely spoke a word in English.
The staff looks very professional, but also very condescending and at time unpleasant. We had the feeling we were unwelcome. Ruined our whole experience in Bulgaria, which was wonderful otherwise.

Great place to come to very clean rooms were beautiful swimming pool was nice and customer service was great however, the swimming pool staff member with long hair was very rude he rudely told us to get out of the pool because we weren’t aware of wearing the shower caps. He could have been nicer but he used his dirty arrogance he is a liability.

I can only review the coffee bar, since I've been there twice and in both occasions the coffee was excellent - strong and fragrant, and my Crème Brûlée was simply fantastic! Highly recommend to try it!
The service was good, including English speaking waiters. The security guards were very helpful and efficient - they kept my cabin suitcase with themselves, which made my life easier.

There is nice costumer service and lovely stuff.. breakfast is OK but they have no free espresso.. u shut pay for it if u want..
Dry cleaning prices are so expensive u can check the prices from my pictures.. but room service and diner who I order its ok. Prices too..🙂
