Description
Beautiful, very green and large area. Cosy rooms, there is a category of The Level – with a separate restaurant and other privileges. Location: the resort of Golden Sands, 30 km from the airport of Varna city, 200 m from the resort centre.
Consists of one 9-storey building.
The hotel has 727 rooms including 235 with sea views.
Total area: 72 000 m2.
Beach: public, sandy, 100 m from the hotel, 1 shoreline. Umbrellas, sunbeds on the beach – extra charge, towels at the pool for free.
Between the hotel and the beach is the promenade.

The concept of THE LEVEL:
- Accommodation in Dbl room (direct sea, pool view) or the Junior Suites (sea view, sea side, pool view, pool side) or Deluxe Suites* (sea view, park view);

Reviews
The Hotel is nice and clean, but staff is not great and needs trainning. They also don’t do much to resolve any issues reported. Overall our stay was good, and could have been great with a little more help from hotel staff.
Do not expect 5* service from staff, we had better service on a 3*.
We chose the Level package, which offers a quieter restaurant, but even there the staff was the same, only a few make you feel welcome.
P.S.: Good thing at the end: there is "no reservation service" for pool sunbads, so no morning sprints necessary.
1. The tourists that leave their towels in the sunbeds to “occupy” their seat. Maybe you should consider making a beach only for level tourists.
2. The cocktails have a weird taste in a paper cup. Maybe you should consider serving them in glasses.
- The food was very repetitive over the course of a week and also the food did not taste very well. The hadd very few vegetarian alternatives, which resulted in some people almost only eating fries for the duration of the stay.
